I have lived at Del Rey for a short time, 2.5 months. But in this time I have come to realize this is not just a place to be but is home. The staff are all caring and make you feel at home.

This place is the perfect place to live. The workers are the best and they take care of all of us. When we ask for something, they get it to us.

This place has the best quality for you to live. It has a good reputation. you get the best service here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love it. I have been here 11 years in November. I love the shakes they have. They do my laundry excellent, change the sheets, and all that. I love the place!

It is a great place to work. The staff and the residents are wonderful people.

I love this apartment complex. My wife and I looked at all complexes in Scottsdale and Phoenix. This is the best tons of things to do.

Tuscany is a relatively small community- 57 apartments and 16 villas. that is one of the prime reasons it is such a great community. Almost everyone knows everyone else, it is very friendly. Newcomers are welcomed and gathered in. Doctors and the hospital are conveniently nearby. Grocery shopping is literally just down the street. And there are a lot of small restaurants around. We've had some challenges with food in the past but the new chef has fixed that. So, I can honestly tell you that having lived here for over 5 years that we picked the right place. It's great for independent living.

I have never lived in a community where so much loves is shown from resident to resident as well as to all who work here. Boy do I feel blessed to have found Tuscany.

Tuscany is a wonderful place to live! It has a warm- welcoming-homey feeling! The facility is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is remarkable! Always friendly and helpful-willing to go above and beyond for each and every resident. Activities are designed for everyone- Menu's are varied and tasteful. it is a blessing to live here!

Perfect location for a memory care facility. [name removed] the sales manager is very passionate about caring for our elders and knew all of the residents by name and their individual stories. The facility itself is lovely and feels like home. The residents appeared happy and are provided wonderful activities.

No complaints [name removed] loves the food and service. [name removed] likes to keep busy in her room. [name removed] loves being here. And yes it feels like home.

I have been at Chancellor Gardens for 1 1/2 years my husband and I moved in when my husband was diagnosed with progressive deadly disease. He passed after last October and I stayed because I have Parkinson which is also progressive. I have done very well here. It feels like home everyone here is very nice and friendly and they all live like family. We have lots of activities, good food and warm and friendly staff.

My husband lived with me for a year and then he passed away. In January they took very good care and them they have taken excellent care for me. It is wonderful.

I like how nice the facility is and how it keeps up. I'm happy the people here are friendly and know your name. I've enjoyed the meals and size portions.

We felt that our mom received excellent care at this facility. She enjoyed having family members dine with her (pre-covid closures) and formed many friendships with staff members that were kind to her-and many went above and beyond to make her feel welcome.

We just moved my mom into Cottonwood ad she loves it. She is always doing an activity or meeting a new friend. The process was pretty smooth with me staff especially {name removed} who helped work through our special circumstances. We feel safe and happy having our mom here!

I never thought that I could be happy in assisted living but after over two years . Here at Cottonwood Creek my expectations of happiness have been more than realized. I would recommend higher to anyone faced with the choice of assisted living.

It's very comfortable and homey. I like living here.
