I love the Charleston. They have such good care of me. I think I have died and gone to HEAVEN. Happy and healthy!!!

I love it. I think it's a good place to be. It's not fussy and I feel comfortable here. I think it's wonderful. I really like how they do the music here. I like the church group and music. I think it's very nice. I like the activities and special events.

The food is really good. I feel safe here, I love the friendships. One of my best friends lives here and I have known her forever and ever- almost! Never had any problems with the staff; they are good.

I think it's been great. I was quite excited to come. When I came it was better than I thought it would be. I love ti here and have great friends. The food is delicious. I feel blessed. It's been great and wonderful here. I love the residents and my friends. They lift me up if I have had a bad day- I really enjoy that part. I'm impressed with how Wayne interacts with all the residents.

Estancia is a beautiful community with a lot to offer its residents. It is very clean with an open atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly!

Tuscany has been my home for 5 years. I like the atmosphere at Tuscany. The size is a big plus for me, small enough that you can easily know everyone. The food is good. The chef checks in on us often. There are plenty of activities including good exercise classes. Our staff is great. The residents care about one another; we're a close community.

I moved into a Villa at Tuscany last January. Housekeeping and maintenance made the move a breeze. Everyone was welcoming and friendly so I did not feel alone. Dogs are welcome and mine are happy here. Dining staff is warm, friendly, and accomodating. Food has been delicious and there are lots of choices. Then came Covid: the management and staff went above and beyond to keep everyone healthy, happy, and safe during this pandemic. I personally felt safe and cared for. There are enough activities to keep my busy 7 days a week. I moved to Arizona having no family here, but I have come home.

Although my husband and I have lived in our villa less than a year, we knew Tuscany was where we would choose to live when it was time to downsize. We've visited Tuscany periodically over the past 10+ years as part of an entertainment group that performs in a variety of senior communities in the Valley so we've experienced firsthand the atmosphere and met numerous residents from a number of communities. All things considered, there was no question Tuscany would be our forever home.

Being a small, charming boutique community, with all the amenities, Tuscany is a wonderful place to call home. I can't say enough about the friendliness of all staff members and all they do for residents, but for some reason, there is high turnover. Gourmet meals are served and are a little over the top for me and would like more simple food. There is plenty of activity and entertainment choices to keep everyone busy and happy.

When I moved to AZ three years ago, I came to Tuscany Independent Living. I have been very happy with my decision. The facility is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents too are very welcoming. I have made many new friends and live close to family. There are many daily activities, exercise classes, book club, happy hours, discussion groups, all of which have made my choice an excellent one!

We have toured the community and were very impressed with their staff and the friendliness of the individuals who work there. We have been able to participate in the pen pal program and my four-year old loves writing his friend there. It’s been a fun way to keep us engaged during the pandemic.

I was very glad as was my family but I chose Seven Lakes Memory Care in Loveland, Colorado for my husband. The staff was excellent. The director and nurse always helped me when I had questions and I had a lot. They were helpful with his process. He did settle in and when he no longer asked to go home with me I knew he liked Seven Lakes. The place was always clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed the fish tank and pictures together. He liked the food also.

Homelike living for dementia and Alzheimer's seniors. Very loving and caring environment. Works very well with families and provides activities and personal care including salon hair care which mom loves. Small care home great services.

My mother was a resident at this facility from 2017 through 2018 when she passed away. She received excellent care and respect. We chose Seven Lakes as it offered small quad living arrangements while allowing residents a more home-like environment and more visibility to staff. The activities were entertaining, interesting and educational. Meals were appetizing, especially desserts. Staff always advised me of any changes in my mother's physical and or mental help. I always felt confident that she was being well cared for and would definitely recommend that this facility for a loved one.

My mother was in Seven Lakes for a year-and-a-half. She was very well taken care of. The staff always had her best interest in mind and heart. I was kept informed by all of the staff and directors. They always had time for my questions and concerns.

Everything is top-notch!!

My husband was a resident at Seven Lakes for three years. I was so impressed by the variety and number of activities from music to restaurant visits to horseback riding. As is to be expected, he declined and the staff was with me to know what to expect. In his last days, again the loving staff help me through a difficult time.

My mother will soon be 92. She moved in March. With all the Covid issues I have had complete confidence and how every issue was addressed. Mom has felt valued, not locked up, like her friends and the other facilities. She feels respected. This is really comforting to all of us six kids. Dad died. She went from home with him to Seven Lakes, we didn't have a funeral. She had no closure. They made her changes and new home feel good. None of us have been able to hug or see her except through the window. Seven Lakes has helped her understand this. They have kept us informed about her and on all levels. I can't praise her enough.

My husband lives at Seven Lakes memory care and he receives compassionate and Professional Care. The staff is exceptional! I highly recommend Seven Lakes if your loved one requires 24-hour care.
