The staff are wonderful. They took very good care of mother in law who had severe Alzheimer's and dementia and it wasn't just the staff in house it was also the management. They availed of themselves to my wife and I at all times of day and night Even on their days off. They answered their cell phone when we called with challenges or issues. It was a great experience. If I ever needed assisted living or memory care, I would move there, that's how much I like the facility, the people, and the food was very good, too.

The team at Seven Lakes is caring and compassionate. It takes a special person to work in a community of dementia patients, and Seven Lakes is a chock-a-block full of such individuals. They emphasize the fact that their residents are adults who want to be treated as such and they allow the residents to choose for themselves as often as possible. This gives the residents maximum dignity while living a difficult diagnosis.

The workers and food are excellent. Everyone is PATIENT! We were kept safe during Covid.

The staff are very caring and patient both in the memory care and the assisted living. The rooms are set up for the residents skills and abilities. The activities are excellent. My mom and my uncle are both there now and are extremely happy. The food is good and before COVID, was served in restaurant style dining but now is delivered to the rooms. They community has managed to keep the residents safe, protected, and COVID free. I would recommend this community to other families.

The staff were amazing, from the administration to the maintenance staff. They were like our second family. We chose this community because you could age in place within your our apartment. When I walked in the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a small community the staff knew our names and knew who we were here to visit. I would definitely recommend this community. The community was always clean and the food was good.

We love that the location is in such a quiet neighborhood. The living conditions are clean and spacious. We love that this facility provides multi-tiered support without having to change facilities as needs change.

We toured this facility and my mother made the decision to go there. I feel comfortable with my mother being there. She is a happy and so I am happy. The staff are outstanding. The care is from there heart. They are always smiling and you can feel it. I just think its wonderful and I can't say anything bad at the place. I looked at many facilities, but they were exactly what we wanted.

My wife has been at MPOG for over three (3) years now. During that time I have seen many staff changes but never a change in the care my wife receives. Prior to MPOG she was in memory care in Calif. and the care was marginal. About half the time when I visited her she was wet. At MPOG in 3 years she has never been wet. The staff in memory care is outstanding.I have had dinner with my wife a number of times and the food has always been good. Great dessert. The Site is well maintained and very clean. This is not an easy job but it's done well. I would like to thank the staff for an outstanding job. THANK YOU

My cousin was in the memory care unit, and they had a great staff to resident ratio. They always knew exactly where my cousin was with her care and always had answers immediately if I asked a question. There was never any issues with her medication. The activities in this part of the community were constant. There was always something available to engage the residents. For the level of care, Welbrook Arlington was definitely worth with price.

The community did all they could to help us and we were very happy with the service. The staff was very attentive. The community is a good value for the price of care. The staff was always doing the best they could to meet our needs. Didn't attend most of the activities, however they were available.

We had a terrific experience at Hacienda Del Rey. My dad was able to enjoy his last days there.The staff was terrific. Room sizes were good. It was new and it was every clean.I liked the layout, everything ran off from the main common area.

I was drawn to the cleanliness of the community and the professionalism of the staff. I feel the rooms at Seven Lakes are a nice size and comparable to room sizes at the other communities that I toured when placing my uncle.

We love having our mother at Seven Lakes Memory Care in Loveland. Our mother has been in this community for 1 year (since March 2019) and we have been so very impressed with the first rate quality of care she has received since the first day she arrived. Seven Lakes Memory Care is the best memory care facility that we have looked at. The staff are well trained to understand the unique challenges of memory care (which is very different and much more difficult than general assisted living). The staff does an excellent job of tracking each resident’s daily needs and ADL’s, including documenting and communicating each resident’s daily needs among staff and between shifts. We know that if our mother has any special need or request all staff would know about it and would work to meet her needs. We have also been impressed with the medical oversight of residents. [Name removed] (RN) is outstanding and works carefully with the medical NP to closely monitor our mother’s medical needs. Our mother feels loved and cared for as this community cares deeply for all of its residents. Seven Lakes Memory Care is a true gem and we highly recommend Seven Lakes to anyone looking for the perfect place to call home.

I am totally satisfied with living here. It's like having Christmas every day! I'm still trying to get used to having everything done for you. And the meals remind me much of what my Mother used to make. It's a very nice atmosphere to be living in. I'm now able to manage my health much better! I'm totally satisfied!

Beautiful facility, the staff was very kind, informative and understanding.

Our tour went very well; this facility is very nice and has a good variety of apartment sizes to choose. We would definitely keep this in mind for the future.

Our tour was wonderful; [name removed] took us all around and explained everything they had to offer. I personally loved everything about this facility. My mom liked it as well, although she's still not sure if she's ready to give up her current home. She also expressed wanting a place a little closer to where she currently lives. We are definitely keeping Welbrook Arlington in mind.

Observed sing along in main room. 62 resident facility. Assisted Living side and Memory Care side. Common rooms for families to gather and visit including ice cream parlor. Full schedule of activities, dining room, patio area. Bring in own furniture, studio apartments, companion studio available. MC side had slight odor.

I love helping and seeing the patients that live here. There are wonderful staff members. The place is neat and well organized.

So far we were very happy with what we saw on our tour.
