Merrill Gardens

My mother will be moving into this community soon. She is very pleased with what this community has to offer. The staff is kind and very helpful. They were informative and answered our questions. We have tried four meals, and all of them tasted great. I feel that my mother will be comfortable here and they are going to take good care of her.

I toured many facilities prior to choosing Merrill Gardens for my grandmother. She is happy there. It is a bright, cheerful and happy place. The food is excellent too!

My dad was at this community for about a month before he had to go into the hospital. Once he improves he will be going back to his apartment. The food is fine and I would give it a 4. I am not able to speak about the activities as he is in the memory care unit and I am not sure what they offer. The community is clean and well maintained.

They do such a great job with the show and tell and it looks like a wonderful place for my friend however she balked at the 6000 non-refundable deposit. A beautiful place for anyone who has just a bit more money.

I found the staff helpful and understanding., both to me and my brother. The transition has been difficult and I appreciate their flexibility. The idea of ambassadors to guide the newcomers is especially helpful..

My mother was here for respite stay and everything went very well. This community is great, and every area is very clean. The staff was great, they were very welcoming and concerned about my mother. They do offer a lot of good activities. I did check out a couple of places and this one was the best. If I had to look into a community to move my mother to permanently I would choose this one.

We had lunch and toured with my mother last week and have put down a deposit to hold us in place but we are still looking. The area is great and the apartments are good size. Waiting list of 5 months.

Hotel atmosphere higher end look. Staff not overly welcoming or caring. Representative was very nice and accommodating to my needs. Responded very quickly to my e-mails.

So glad that we found this place. It is a great value with very friendly staff members. They work hard to provide the best living situation possible for their residents. I love that there are live-in managers. The managers and sales staff were easy to work with to get our family member moved in and definitely went the extra mile for us.

Overall they were pretty good. The caregivers were really good, but we did have some issues with medications. It was very clean, the food was good, their activities program was really good.

What was not made clear was if she fell nobody can help her they can only call 911. It should have been made clear.

I have had the opportunity to be involved with the staff and residents at Willow Park for the past 4 years. It is a welcoming, beautiful home for Seniors that have different levels of care needs. The residents are happy and the care provided is excellent. The food is delicious and there are always fun activities going on. You will always be greeted by a friendly face when you come for a visit! I would recommend Willow Park to anyone looking for a new home for themselves or a loved one!

Sunshine Villa isn't perfect but it's pretty good. The value is good. Nana has been doing chair exercises and going on scenic tours. They are really good about getting her involved. The only complaint I have is nana hasn't been there very long and they have already lost 2 black pants in the wash. The housekeeping needs a little more organizing. I just think there are some different strategies they could use to keep up with everything better. Also sometimes nana complains about the service in the cafeteria being too slow. Other than that she loves everything about this facility.

I think they have done very well setting up everything. It is kind of like a nice hotel. In the memory care unit they have about three really, really good caregivers. But it is very difficult to get in and out as a guest because of the lockdown situation and I don't know what they can do about that. They could also address the food too. Overall it is the best place for the value though.

1 complain not a ramp from parking lot . needed to get up from car. or out to car.

Sheldon Park was great. Mom was only in there a few weeks and then she passed away. It was a good experience. I have no complaints at this time.

Mom is here. Satisfied with room, services. Unfortunately, too expensive for our budget. [pricing removed] She doesn't require all the amenities; she doesn't express any interest in enjoying them after regular, gentle encouragement.

I have no complaints at this time about The Legacy at Georgetown. Things are going really well there. The facility is clean and the staff are really friendly there.
