everyone friendly, food is good, cleaning people friendly do a good job & much more. Too soon to say much more.

My father is doing well since his move into Sheldon Park. They try 3 times 3 people to encourage their residents to join activities and interact. The medical technicians are very on top, they are watching my father constantly and call me with any concerns. I also like that they have lectures and comedy acts, it is kind of interesting. I really like the facility and I like the openness. If you have a concern, they don't get offended. I would like the incontinent care to be tighter. The facility is always clean. I am assuming the staff are paid well and treated well here because they genuinely seem like they enjoy being there and really care about the residents, it has been a very good experience.

It had been a slow adjustment process for my mother with her move to this community. However I do feel we are starting to make some progress. I'am satisfied with her move to this community, it is a nice place. The staff have been attentive, and responsive to any concern I have had. The meals are good for the most part. There are plenty of activities available for the residents. Everything is working out well, and I would recommend this community.

Just started my search for help for my parents; I was immediately impressed with the friendly staff and pleasant environment. The residents sitting in the lobby looked happy and even answered some of my questions. I did not have an appointment and they still took the time to give me a tour and offered lunch.

We were all set to move my loved one into Siena Hills, but we found another community that fit her better. I do not remember much details but I remember it was very nice and we would have definitely gone with them If I had not found the new community.

Siena Hills was actually our first choice. We preferred it over the community that we chose for my loved one, but they could not accommodate his level of care. The facility was clean and very nicely set up.

Mom has been a resident of the Syringa Memory Care unit of Willow Park for 3 1/2 years now. Very pleased with the medical oversight provided to all residents as well as solid recommendations for additional services such as physical therapy, speech therapy, etc. [Removed] is an outstanding nurse, always completely focused on the well being of those in his care and it shows. [Removed] does an amazing job lining up stimulating, fun activities to meet the needs of all residents, regardless of their abilities. The kitchen routinely turns out nutritious, home cooked meals and provided numerous special dining occasions for every holiday. Food quality is top notch. My mom's quality of life has increased immeasurably. She is always clean, well dressed and I've witnessed how much she enjoys the wide variety of activities and outings. She has gone from living alone and rarely going out to a very active life with great friends. The staff has truly enriched her life and provided me with great peace of mind. This is my second experience, also having had my mother in law in the assisted living area until her passing. Such a great feeling knowing your loved one is surrounded by such loving people and capable staff. Thank you Willow Park.

I couldn't pick a better place for my loved one. I love how the staff treat the residents like family.

The Merrill Gardens was a very nice place. The staff was very attentive and responsive. They have continued to follow up with me and answer any questions I have. The reason why we did not choose it was because they did not have a memory care unit.

This is a pretty nice place. It is better for my parents, they have a lot of staff there helping my parents. I like the way it is set up and my parents can pick their own schedule. The meals are good with enough variety. The neighborhood streets are wide and simple for my dad to drive through. When I toured, they took you right in like a guest. We did what everybody else was doing. It was more friendlier and warmer and they are looking out for the family. Once we were there we knew it was the one.

The Village is clean and comfortable. The staff is willing to work with you and your loved one. Memory care patients are carefully monitored and adjustments are made to accommodate the patients.

My loved one has been doing very well at the Bay Park. He is very involved in activities and group events. The apartment that he is in is great, he has a lot of room and natural lighting. He likes to go outside and feed the wild turkeys. The place may not be perfect, but it is pretty close to it.

We think the caregivers at Sheldon Park are genuine. The place looks more like a hotel, and the atmosphere nice. Have heard good things about Sheldon Park, have known friends and neighbors who have lived there, and now experiencing with our own family member. Thank you!

I have a spacious apartment with a washer, dryer and full kitchen. They clean my apartment once a week. The staff are delightful and quick to respond to your needs. They offer restaurant style dining and the food is excellent. There is a mixed group of interesting residents and I would recommend this community.

Great place.Cant say anything bad about it. The staff is fantastic,they really just get it.The food is great to,mom loves it there.We can't ask for anything better for her.

Finding Willow Park has been a blessing. Truly a care facility. All the care givers have been kind gentile with my parents. After the passing of my mother, my father had to move into memory care, the staff suggested we use there bridges program to help with the transition, it was seamless and smooth. I can't say enough about everyone at Willow Park. They have helped at every turn with my parents and family.

This senior retirement home. Is a truly a five star facility,excellent food, programs, service and a beautiful place to live in. c B and D H

We moved our in laws into Willow Park almost a year ago! Wow, we had no idea how impressed we would be. The staff is so amazing. The employees are not just "working" there but are like family to all of us. Each of them takes special care to connect and love on each resident. We feel so blessed that we chose Willow Park as a home away from home for my in laws! Cannot recommend this place enough! So compassionate and above and beyond our expectations!

It has been a great experience for my father here at this community. They have a good staff here, I know my father is being cared for well. I would say the cleanliness could be better. They are trying their best with everything. Overall he is safe and in good hands here.

My grandmother has been here for a month and it is still going well. The community is a nice looking place. It is in a good location and the community is close to where I live. It is the best location and I would recommend this community.
