New Perspective Senior Living

So far things are good. She is still is adjusting, but we haven't had any complaints so far. The staff seems very, very, nice. Things have been going really well. We haven't had any issues. We liked the location, and we liked the size, it wasn't too big. I like that they don't just throw extra charges for every little thing, though it is very expensive.

Although it seems expensive, the Sunrise does have an atmosphere that I would find myself comfortable in. Ashley was instrumental in helping us get the job done and my mom accommodated in this new place on a very tight schedule. I'm thankful I had my daughter and son in law to help. Both my sister and I live far away from the U.S. so we find it important to have her in a safe and comfortable place. Mom said she was lonesome the first few times I've spoken to her, but now she has met people and is getting on better. She has told me she likes her new room although it is smaller than what she had. The Sunrise seems more like a home as far as the building and atmosphere than an assisted living facility, they even have a dog, Annie. I'm just happy that we got her into a good place and with less worries on her wellbeing.

My parents stayed in a furnished studio for respite. The Lighthouse went above and beyond to accommodate them. My parents were very satisfied with the meals, activities and accommodations. They made friends quickly. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to experience senior living. When the time comes to permanently relocate, they will be back.

My wife and I visited the Lighthouse in Waconia and were overwhelmed by the positive atmosphere. The facility and the staff was very welcoming. We were most impressed by the cheerful attitude of the staff. Five Star Food!!!

Fantastic is what I would say to describe this community. It is a beautiful place my father has really adjusted well to the community. Everybody from the cooks to cleaning ladies and the staff are genuinely friendly to you. They have really gone above and beyond my exceptions for them. The food is great my father loves it. There are good activities for the residents. Everything they promised to me they have followed through with. It was an easy process, but this is an expensive community. I would only recommend it if you are financially stable.

My parents have been at Keystone for 10 days. So far their transition to being in assisted living has been fairly smooth. The two things that are outstanding at Keystone are the excellent staff and the food! The staff are kind and caring and go out of their way to be helpful and responsive. The food is delicious!

My Mom is enjoying being at Lighthouse of Sun Prairie a lot. It feels like a nice hotel. It's a little more upscale than some other communities. They offer a ton of activities, and she is starting to participate more. My mom loves the food. I've eaten there and I thought it was good as well.

The lighthouse took great care of our father in his last days. They were so kind and open their doors to me and my husband. They went above and beyond to help us through this hard time. We only wish he could have been a resident there before needing to be placed their with hospice. Great people and great place! I hope it is still the same when it is our time to think about assisted living! Thank you to the entire staff!

Keystone communities is such a friendly place to live. It isn't an "elderly home", it is "home". The staff take great care of everyone, keep the building and ground neat and clean and the food is "just like I used to make". I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to move into an independent or assisted living.

So far it's been great. My mother has been very happy. She is delighted with the apartment. She is joining in the activities, and I haven't heard one complaint. I would give them a four and a half or a five.

A close friend of mine lives at Keystone Communities. I visit her often and am always so impressed with how friendly everybody is to me. The residents are always smiling and everyone seems so happy. I always leave feeling happy knowing that my friend is in such good hands.

They could definitely improve with the activities. They need more outdoor activities and no so much of the card games they play. I do not receive any care services at the facility but still rating them at a 5. They keep the facility very clean.

The staff members were very accommodating and they all worked with me to get my loved one moved in as early as possible. They were all just very, very friendly over there at the Keystone Communities facility.

Activities are the best thing they offer. All around everything is great.

We are very happy with Sunrise. They are doing well. They had a care conference, and any concerns I had they were able to address, and reassure us that they were here to support us. They feel like it's their responsibility to take care of him.

Our experience with Island Shores has been a very good one overall. The facility is clean and well kept, and the person that we worked with, Rebecca, was a huge help throughout the whole process.

Sunrise of Golden Valley is a very nice community, I'd give them high marks across the board. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking after the residents. My loved one is safe and comfortable, and they've gotten right in touch with us if any issues have come up.

My grandma is as at Keystone for 2 months. My mom and I had a hard time putting grandma into an Assisted Living. She have lived in her home for over 50 years. I worked in senior living and knew what to look for and what to be wary about. We could not have picked a better place for grandma. The staff was incredible, the food was good, the place as clean, and the communication was amazing. My grandma was so excited about the upcoming holiday parties with her new friends, and her new home. She passed away last week quickly from cancer. I will sing Keystone's praises for as long as I can. They were there for grandma when we couldn't be (we lived 4 hours away).

I came to the Lighthouse from Fl. My daughter urged me to relocate. I am so very happy here! Staff is fabulous! I have a nice apt. with my own things. The library needed some TLC so I stepped in. Our residents enjoy the offerings. I have discovered the fun of painting. The activities offered are good-geared to an over 70 age group. A caring community for a safe place for Mom or Dad to enjoy themselves, keep busy + be active mentally + physically.

My parents have lived here since August 2014. They are 90 + 91. I cannot say enough good things about the staff + facilities. After a bad experience with my father-in-law at another facility, the Lighthouse is like a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend them. They are truly a cut above.
