Oakmont of Simi Valley knows how to treat their residents right! My grandmother has never been happier. They provide quality care and have a loving team. There’s so much to do there as far as activities, the facility is so clean, and everyone seems so happy. Five stars for sure!

We are good at Oakmont Valencia. We picked this community because it was the best and close.

After months of trying to determine what the best possible situation would be for my mother-in-law, my brother-in-law found Oakmont. The facility is gorgeous and feels more like apartment style living than an assisted living home. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. From the director, [name removed], to activities team, [name removed]/[name removed], to maintenance staff, [name removed]/[name removed], and nurses...everything has been above expectations! After months of interactions, beginning with [name removed] who helped us navigate through the initial process, all I can say is that I am impressed. I am grateful that the staff not only does their job but that it is done with genuine concern for the residents. Attention is given to their personal needs and desires. The chef provides food that is far beyond any expectations I'd had. It is nothing like typical cafeteria style food and there are plenty of choices available if the menu for the day is not what someone personally desires. Absolutely wonderful experience.

What our family has enjoyed the most so far about Ivy Park at Cerritos is that our loved one is incredibly happy there!

I'd say it's great and I would highly recommend it. They have wander guard and they do a great job of keeping the residents vibrant and entertained. Also, the food is top notch.

The staff is very caring and were extremely supportive and attentive during my father's hospice care and passing. My mother is very comfortable with everyone on the staff and feels cared for. I visited numerous assisted care facilities and my parents resided in two others prior to moving into Oakmont of Redding 6 years ago. This facility is by far the cleanest, most organized and professional environment over all the others.

Activities at this community are full of fun, laughter, and wonderful interaction between the director and residents- makes you want to move into the community yourself, for the activities alone! I give them a thumbs up, plus toes!

Oakmont has been a blessing to both our parents as well as our entire family. Mom and dad moved into Oakmont when Iakmont first opened 8 years ago due to an unexpected fall mom took. Oakmont staff have provided care, kindness, support and friendship to our parents through every phase of their diagnosis of Alzhimiers but have cared for the family as well. The devastating diagnosis of Alzhimiers of not just one parent but two slowly slipping was most difficult but was meet with compassion and strength from the staff. Mom and dad always felt so lucky to have “the most beautiful apartment in the whole place” as well as lasting friendships from residents, their families and staff. When our parents moved into the Traditions unit I felt an overwhelming relief and our parents blossomed!! Staff have continued to be a vital part of our family with our dad in the passing of our mother. They will forever be angels to all of us.

The staff at Oakmont of Lodi are friendly, they seem to be attentive to each resident. The housekeeping does a pretty good job. The move in process, you are on your own to facilitate. Be prepared with help. Communication with the family has been up and down, having a transition with administrator in the Memory Care department (maternity leave, I think). Overall, things have been great for my loved one at Oakmont of Lodi, but I think that the cost is really expensive.

This community is in a beautiful park like setting. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great activities. Boutique style senior living in the cottages gives residents a truly home like feel. I highly recommend Elk Grove Park.

Great place to bring your family. I toured it with my loved one, and absolutely loved it the excitement my family member had on their face was impeccable. They had activities going had a chance to try the lunch, and it was amazing actually came in on another tour for a second one, and I was able to try the dinner wonderful got to meet some of the residents and all of the management team was there to support us and making this tough decision

So far everything with Oakmont of LAs Vegas has been great. They are kind to in-laws and the food that is prepared is great, it is a clean facility and all the amenities are fabulous.

The staff at Ivy Park at Seal Beach are all very friendly and helpful. We get regular updates on our loved one when indicated or if something is needed. The food is very good and there is a dinning room on both the Assisted Living and Memory Care floors. The house keeping and laundry are both done weekly. The rooms are comfortable and there are planned activities for the residents. There is a beauty salon and a movie theater for the residents to use also. This facility is well established in the community and we would definitely recommend them to others seeking Assisted or Memory Care services.

Ivy is a nice place on the memory care side . The staff appear to be nice to all the residents. I use appears because obviously I do not know what happens when I am not there. I presently use a hospice for some of mom's other care. I did surprise one of the care givers and they were brushing her teeth which I thought was great. Another care giver figured out how they could do hygiene care by themselves which to me means they are observing who mom is, to me that is another positive note. Moms activity levels are limited. She is in a chair, can't see nor hear well. She is in the later stages of Alzheimer's. However they do bring in a gentleman who plays gospel songs and she seems to engage with that. She eats all her food. Of course we are in CA and breathing is expensive however they are less then the previous location (Silverado) which I left because short staffing and I don't think she was getting the services that was worth [fee removed] a month. I really liked the ladies there but it wasn't fair for mom nor the care givers. I miss them but things are 100 % better for mom as well as for me and my visiting her.

Oakmont of Redding is not just Best for Seniors in Nor Cal, it is the best senior living facility that I have visited in the country! The Staff are awesome! Every one of them is dedicated to caring for each and every resident! The Facility is gorgeous! Tall ceilings. Wide hallways. Large apartments. Beautiful foyer with a grand piano (that my mother loves to play). Raised-bed gardens for my mother to practice her gardening skills. And the VIEW is to die for! The Clamath mountains in the distance, and the Sacramento River immediately below your window! The Food is delicious! I love coming to visit my mother and have lunch with her in the "dining room"! It's not just a dining room! It is really a first-class dining restaurant experience, where you order from several entrees, side dishes, and desserts!

Mom moved in the week that Oakmont opened and is still there today. Family visits with her several times a week and we have no complaints. The staff is caring, the facility is clean, and the dining is fine. Safety of the residents is utmost. They were evacuated during the Carr Fire and were carefully managed during Covid.

We had my aunt here and she adored this place. Our family was so thankful for her happiness and joy talking to her many friends. We loved visiting and experiencing with her the great food, entertainment and awesome staff. Superb place!

Mom has been at Oakmont since they opened 7 years ago. The staff are so caring and loving and treat mom like family! It has been a wonderful experience for her and our family. She lived alone in her own home after my father died for years, but she was so socially isolated. At Oakmont she has made so many friends among both residents and staff, it has really enriched her life in her waning years, and we are so grateful for all Oakmont has done for her and our family.

My visit at Oakmont Senior Living was delightful. The building is well maintained and very clean. While I was there all the residents were incredibly happy. All the staff was more than welcoming! [name removed] was a fantastic point of contact for us very responsive and helpful. I would send my loved one to live here in a heart beat! I can’t say enough great things about this community. Even their lunch prepared by the kitchen looked delicious! All around I give Oakmont a 5 star, easily. It was an absolute pleasure to see nothing but happy well taken care of residents. If you’re in the market for an assisted living community don’t pass this one up!

It's good value for the cost. The experince was good. We picked this community because of the cleanliness. I would recommend to others.
