What we liked most about the Oakmont of Las Vegas community is the sense of safety as well as personalized quality care. We would recommend this community to other families looked for a place for their loved ones based on the experience we had.

I rate The Palms of San Lauren a 5+ on everything. Could not believe that there are the most caring and helpful people there. I just hope when my time comes that I am able to find such a place. Such kind, thoughtful, and very helpful people there. I'm extremely happy with our experience.

Ivy Park at San Juan Capistrano is very clean, the staff are friendly, and there are a lot of activities and outings. The one bedroom suite very spacious and updated. The entire facility is new and very nice. Some of the food choices on the menu are odd. As far as value goes it is a culture shock, expensive when the added ADL assistance is included.

Santianna is a lovely setting with plenty of activities for our older loved ones. The rooms are lovely. The most spacious studio I've discovered throughout my hunt. My visit left an impression on me. My mother just chose on a location closer to her existing residence, [removed]

Caregivers and staff are friendly and understanding. The facility is clean and up-to-date, and the food is good. Already have recommended to someone and they moved in. The experience is great. We picked this community, because of the dual placement and affordability.

The staff has been very proactive in helping my loved one maintain her mobility. The facility itself has a lovely setting and many great amenities to offer for the residents. The activities director is wonderful, but lack of drivers means excursions haven't happened. I would recommend Oakmont of San Jose to those looking.

My mom could not be happier with this community! What we love most about Santianna is just how clean the entirety of the complex is. The meals that are prepared are great. The staff members and residents are extremely friendly. And based on the experience we have had so far, we would for sure recommend Santianna to other families.

I would recommend it to others. It's a nice community, the building looks good and they maintain it well which creates a positive environment for the residents. It has been very positive. The staff is kind and helpful and the residents are nice. I was able to get a bigger apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition it was a nice community and the staff was nice.

My family and loved one have had a good experience with The Lodge at Glen Cove. The community is clean anytime we visit our loved one. The front desk staff is great and friendly. Some of the line staff are less so. Dining room staff is fabulous. Overall this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones.

The staff at Sunrise of Alta Loma are wonderful and supportive to not only the residents but their families as well. The facility is very clean, and there are various activities for residents to participate in.

Everyone is friendly. There are activities and meals to assist with socialization for the residents. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others.

I would recommend. I appreciate A Place for Mom for helping me narrow down and set up all my visits. It was a HUGE help. We picked this community, because It was nice but not too fancy. There were other people in the same situation as my mom= needing walkers. It was close to myself and sister and the room had been updated and was my moms taste= traditional. And the room didn't look like a hotel room. It is the perfect transition.

The Cottages of Carmel is truly an outstanding residential community for elders seeking assistive care. The entire staff is exceptional - kind, compassionate, skillful, and respectful. Many associates are long-standing employees with a wealth of experience in making life easier, safer, fulfilling, and more dignified for residents. My father has resided happily in an assisted living studio since [date removed]. His unit is bright, quiet, and comfortable with high ceilings, a fireplace, and a welcoming patio. He raves about quality and presentation of meals, attentive dining room staff, scenic afternoon drives, and elaborate holiday dinners. Recent renovations elevate the entire community to the highest standards with inspiring art and inviting areas for group activities and conversations with other residents. Most importantly, my father has thrived and remained COVID-free during his entire residency, thanks to Watermark’s industry-leading safety protocols.

We are very impressed by how genuinely caring the staff is with my father. My father feels safe and happy, which is critically important to us. Cleanliness in the common areas is excellent, although room cleaning could be better. They also need to watch more carefully for incontinence issues, but otherwise the care is good. Key staff are excellent and stable, but it feels like there is a fair amount of turnover in junior staff. All things considered, we would recommend Sunrise (soon to be Ivy Park) for a family in our situation. We're very pleased with our choice, and my father is happy and secure.

My experience with The Cottages of Carmel, Carmel CA: Caring staff. Appreciate that there are high level staff who are nurses who work on site. Med tech’s are responsive and helpful. So are managers, caregivers and activities staff. The facility is clean. In fact just doing some renovations that increase the sparkle features. Food is very good and tasty. Communication is open with family and those who assist the resident. Good light throughout the facility. Safety is a high level concern for the residents.

We toured the facility with [name removed] (Sales Director) and [name removed] (Executive Director) who were extremely warm and loving with our mom. Being greeted by the smell of fresh baked cookies in the lobby had me hooked right away. But touring all of areas and being able to talk to some of the staff and concierge gave my mom more assurance of what is ahead. Gina even invited to us to have lunch to feel the atmosphere and taste the great food that is provided! We loved it!! Hopefully we can make it happen for my mom.

[name removed] and staff at The Cottages are amazingly caring people. The quality of care is first rate. My parents feel very happy here, and my sister and I feel very grateful to have them surrounded by such a supportive team. [name removed] made us all feel supported and welcome from the first time we met her. Also the Cottages are beautifully maintained. The Cottages is a first rate elder care home, my family is very grateful to have their support.

I’ve had wonderful experiences with the staff and working alongside them to come up with mutual decision on behalf of my family members. Working with a solid care team takes the worry out of who my loved ones will be with. Thank you!

They work continuously to ensure that residents have their particular needs understood and addressed. My mom feels cared-for! The main reason we chose this facility was just the feeling of being in a house and not a "facility". Also because of the friendliness and cleanliness. And the food. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Claremont to others.
