My 90-year old Aunt recently moved to Ivy Park and I've been hugely impressed with the degree of care and support they've given her. The exec director [name removed]has gone out of his way to make her transition a smooth one,. Thank you [name removed] and all the staff at Ivy Park.

My mother moved in a few days ago for respite care. Crescent Landing Garden Grove made the transition go smoothly. [Name remove] and [name removed] were available when we had questions. It is very easy to get in contact with management. We met several of the caregivers. All were welcoming and friendly. It’s never easy to take this step with a loved one. We are happy that my mom is somewhere where the staff truly cares about the residences.

The staff is good. My loved one has not complained about the food, and is happier when they have activities, such as Bingo. They always have a list with different activities. It's a very nice community, and it's close to home. I would highly recommend A Place for Mom.

The caregivers and staff are great with the residents. They truly understand how to treat someone with this disease. They are nice and caring and patient. They listen to us too when we are frustrated and anxious. The monthly meetings for the relatives is going to be very beneficial for me. The first meeting was very good and I’m sure there will be more joining us after the holidays. The food is excellent and the activities are many and varied. So nice.

Putting your loved one in assisted living is a really tough decision. But when it's in a place where the people genuinely care about the people they're serving, it makes it better. The caregivers at Ivy Park are lovely people. The meals are consistently good. They offer a lot of activities. It's expensive, but they do a lot for your loved one.

[name removed] and [name removed] are caring and mindful of my concerns of moving my mother from her home to their facility. [name removed] is exceeding my expectations and [name removed] is also warm and caring. The place is bright and warm and the staff that I met really seems to care about the patients. I look forward to having my mother here.

My first experience with memory care and while it is t an easy process, the staff, at every turn, is friendly, CARING, accommodating, and reassuring. The facility is spotless, contemporary and the food is good. O can’t say enough good about Crescent Landing

Great start to a joyful future. The transition to care away from my home for my husband has been wonderful. I was helped with all the details and patient explanations and my husband has been helped by great workers wonderful food exciting entertainment and good friends in the making.

I love Oakmont - it's a beautiful place, and the surroundings are beautiful. It feels like a whole other world with beautiful trees, and there's a lake across the street . The staff is wonderful. They're beyond friendly. There are plenty of activities, with movies every night. The food is good. My friend is doing absolutely wonderful there. If I had to go and could afford it, I would go there myself. It's just a really special and unique place, especially compared to another place I've experienced.

They did a great job and went out of the way to make my uncle welcomed and comfortable. Food was excellent. Staff is awesome and great activities were available.

I toured this community. Very helpful, friendly staff, easy to navigate layout of the building. It did seem to be a place for much older folks, so not ideal for my loved one.

Westmont is an amazing community and they have really made the transition for my mom very peaceful and fun actually. They treat the residents with so much compassion. They facilitated engagement with my mom and other residents by escorting her to the various activities and meals. They made sure to sit her with different people until she got acclimated and started making her own relationships.

Crescent Landing at Santa Ana is such an amazing community. The care is exceptional the staff is very caring and patient with the residents. Many of the staff have been with the community for years and the experience just shows. The team is so helpful. Its an experience beginning with the marketing director, executive director and concierge. Very Welcoming environment all around! Would definitely recommend the community!

Comparatively speaking mind you because I toured a few. The facility was bright and lively. Lots of different ages milling about making use of the facility. Greeted by everyone when entering and passing in the halls. Her apartment was very clean and updated with paint before she moved in. New carpet or very clean carpet in her apartment. The staff per my mother were all very kind. The admin. staff were lovely and thorough. I didn't eat at Oakmont but my mom loved the food. The dining area also very bright and lively. Sadly my mother didn't make use of the activities but I was impressed every time I visited her because there was something going on: speakers, craft classes, music like singing and piano. I thought the security measures in place were good. We sat outside to have lunch in the courtyard and it was also lovely.

I am sharing my review in hopes that it will help other families, that may share in my experience. It was necessary that I move my father closer to me, as quickly as possible and did a great deal of research in the process. The care and personable way in which Oakmont of Las Vegas shared their services and commitment to my father, gave me great comfort. With this and with ease, I choose to move my dad in. Due to his condition at the time of his move in, it required that he be placed with their memory care team. I knew in my heart, that my father was not yet in the stages needing memory care and hoped with him settling in and their assessment, this could be changed. The team at Oakmont of Las Vegas from the first moment of his arrival, were attentive to our hopes and my father's needs. After two weeks and getting to know my dad, they moved him from memory care to assisted living. I am incredibly grateful to all, for this and the continued personalized care they provide.

I had my Mom move in with me after her husband passed away..she lived with me nearly 2 years..I loved having her but I couldn’t be all that she needed.. When I first approached her with moving to a senior living facility she was not to happy with me or the idea ! It took some talk and time but she agreed and now she is so Happy! Mom is making new friends and loves having her OWN apartment.. She enjoys the Bistro with is warm fireplace and coffee.. She looks forward to meeting friends in the Dining room for meals. The Living Room for all the social activities…and the Library with its fireplace and Sitting area reminds her of the library she had in her home.. Oakmont is warm and welcoming! In addition it’s beautifully decorated and clean!! The outdoor courtyard is awesome..not to mention the Movie Theater and the Craft Room where she can work on her Hand Made Quilts! The ENTIRE Staff consist of Kind, Caring and Happy People ??

Toured and very impressed with friendly staff. I met some that have been there for 8 years. Residents were engaged with live music. Apartments are perfect and they are experts on all things Alzheimer's. Concierge was friendly too!

Crescent Landing Santa Ana is a beautiful community!! They have wonderful and caring employees who have a huge heart for their residents. I highly recommend this community!! [name removed] is their amazing Sales Director and is the best!

I'm very happy to support Oakmont. We were very pleased with the care [name removed] received from Oakmont of Torrance. Very good service and nice facilities. Bit pricey
