No one has to ask me to say nice things about Camellia Place. I would do anything for them. There is nothing more important to me than my Dad. He says they do everything for him before he can even ask. He says he doesn't deserve it, but I know he deserves it all and more. Camellia Place is absolutely the best!

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the community was just not in our price range

I would tell others that the community is good and thorough, especially about the pandemic. The staff are cordial and kind to the residents. Some of the activities available are exercises, movies, arts and crafts, games, bingo, and more for the residents to participate in.

I loved the design of the household model from the moment I first saw it, but what a blessing in covid-19. My mom was not isolated to her room, she got to live in her house, eat meals in her home with her other house mates, and maintain her schedule of activities. Way to go Camellia Place!

I looked at every community within a 20 mile radius before selecting Camellia Place for my mom. Best decision ever! They deliver what they say they will and that is just so rare. This team truly cares and it shows. High 5's all the way around.

We chose Oaks at Savannah because it was a little more reasonably priced and the people that we dealt with before we moved in were people I thought would be approachable and easy to talk to and it has turned out to be just that. The room sizes here are very good, they are all private. I think they need more staff to cook the meals, the food is just mediocre. Overall I have been very pleased, they are very attentive to my husband and he is always clean when I see him.

We chose Oaks at Douglasville because of the quality of the facility. We were satisfied with the room size that our loved one had here. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Until this past year, my 95 year old mother had been living alone in her home of 58 years. After a mini stroke left her unable to drive, and declining health due to congestive heart failure made her house too much we made a move closer to me this past July. After a few months in another facility, we made the move to ELSL, and it has been the best decision we could have made. The director and staff are caring, competent, and friendly. They can call residents by name, and they are always willing to assist in any what they can. I can now rest assured that my mother is receiving excellent care, and that the staff is able to give me helpful feedback on my mother’s status. I highly recommend Eagles Landing Senior Living for your loved ones in need of care.

I'm very happy with them. I've been very pleased with the care and the comfort that they provide. They made it very clear, if there's' anything at all that you need, press that call button. And the vast majority of the time they're right there responding to those calls. My loved one tells me the food is good overall. She loves breakfast, but she said that lunches and dinners are starting to go downhill a little bit recently. As far as activities, I know they do manicures once a week, bingo, and they often have outings on the bus/van. They celebrate all the different holidays, and they do celebrate them very well and make them special for the residents, even the smallest little holidays. If there's any opportunity to celebrate, they do. I made a suggestion to the activities director that they could send the activities calendar to the family members too so we can encourage our family members to attend the events.

It is expensive, but, the friendliness of the staff members go way above a five on the rating scale, everyone there has been phenomenal. The quality of the food is not good, but they do have a lot of activities going on, they are just great. Our loved one has made friends, and is really enjoying her time there.

The staff was excellent, caring, wonderful and the community is clean and beautiful. The location is good and the communication is great between the staff and our family. I think you would be very pleased if you use this community. I would recommend highly.

Very nice, very comfortable, clean and caring environment. Just what my sister would need. We are just not ready to take the step to move yet.

We've had a good experience They've been good to deal with, and I haven't had really any issues at all. They've been nice to work with, and they seem to really treat my loved one well. The only minor issue is it's not a full fledged nursing home, so they don't have medical staff per se. I think they have one during daytime hours. So they like to call the ambulance a lot. But I think that's pretty standard across most assisted living facilities.

Their communication has been really good, we think they went beyond making the residents feel comfortable. They assist in anyway possible especially during the pandemic. They made our loved ones transition very nice, it was awesome and we are very appreciative

I am pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the concern management and staff have for the comfort and safety of my sister. The building is spotless and in two years I have experienced no bad odor which is amazing. The staff is polite and caring . [name removed] the director works tirelessly to maintain such a phenomenal facility.

The staff are great and very friendly. They are cooperative with the residents. It has been during the pandemic for the time I have been here. They are showing movies on Thursdays, and have other activities. The food is 'good'. It is cooked well, and you have choices of the food. They do have a main menu and some alternative menus available, except during the pandemic.

During these scary, unpredictable days, Camellia Place is such a blessing. While the virus seems to rage on the outside, we can rest assured that our loved ones are safe, secure, and we’ll cared for within this wonderful community. The many activities keep the residents engaged and smiling. The dedicated and caring staff have become an extension of our family, and we can’t be more grateful. Thank you Camellia Place!

I would recommend this community to others. It is a smaller community with approximately 27 residents. There hasn't been any cases of COVID. The staff is good and able to answer my questions about my loved one.

The rooms at the community are very nice, they are large and well maintained. There are two common areas in each building, there are six residential buildings with green spaces between them. The common areas offer a lot like book and TV's. The food is extremely tasty, but the problem is there is to much fat. They cook with fatty ingredients that are found from find resurtauts, they cook gourmet but there is just to much fat and carbs. The staff is extremely friendly and caring.

I feel the need to say thank you to as many Healthcare staff that I can. During the stressful time we appreciate you coming to work giving it your all, especially when you could be surrounded by your family. I appreciate your hard work and dedication. You are a blessing not only to the people you helped during the day but to your community. Thank you for being an inspiration. Please stay safe and healthy.
