The reason I chose “Summit Place” was because of their reputation for quality care. Its grounds are very pleasant with plenty of shade and nice places to go for walks. Mom hasn’t complained about the food and she seems to be adjusting well. I will happily talk to anyone about “Summit” and recommend them. They are the best that’s available in town.

Kathy met with me and gave the tour. What a lovely place. I could see Mom living comfortable there but we have a long way to go in getting her place cleaned out in PA and getting her here. The price is high and we would have to use all of VA benefits and whatever other benefits are available in order to cover the cost...but it's a beautiful, comfortable, professionally run place for Mom.

This facility was very nice. It is in excellent condition, and the residents appear well cared for. They do have an opening, and are in our price range. They will hold the space for a deposit fee.

Very impressed, very friendly, assisted living rooms very large refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, Memory care rooms are just like a hotel, bedroom with enough room for sitting area, large bathroom, lots of staff,

I was extremely impressed with the facility and staff. I was told that alot of my church members volunteer there as well, and that was a plus for me. I liked it because it is directly across the street from the professional medical buildings, and Piedmont-Fayette hospital as well.

this is a very nice place,well kept,the residents all seem happy,the food eas very good.think my mom might be happy here.

Carpeted, low pile. Daily exercise. Therapy could come in. Wheelchair accessible van takes on trips and out to eat. Price is all inclusive. She would be under basic care price with medicine dispensing included. Has only 18 apartments for assisted living, 1 apt. available now. Other 31 beds are for memory care unit.

all-inclusive for petite suite to include Medication Mgmt. Plenty of enclosed couryards, bright and airy, carpeted throughout, handrails everywhere. Memory Care available if needed - a contained area. visited this one. Beautiful views out every window. Very upscale in terms of decor and well-conceived floor plan.

we really enjoyed touring this home. The staff was warm and friendly, hats off to the Director who although we were early, rolled up her sleeves and gave an excellent tour. Clean, fresh paint, well maintained and we especially liked the opportunity to observe how the care givers interacted with patients in Memory Care. Great food , diverse , an overal great tour!

Very nicely kept, staff seemed extremely helpful. liked the bristol cafe which provided constant snack if needed and the upstair patio/balcony. had a small outdoor area in back. seemed most residents stayed around the front on patio. Sounded like they would possibly work with you on the price and also seemed they offered free promos on the upfront cost $2000. A little confusing in layout, might take awhile to get use too

Pros: Very nice environment. Numerous activities. Mandatory employee training on elderly care. Cons: Size. Expense.

New, great area around center, good interaction with those in charge. Top choice for us based on size and what is included in care.
