What we like the most about Preferred Care at Home is that they g nuinely care about clients, about matching caregiver to client, willing to be flexible. Go above service to check on clients. Yes, definitely I recommend their services to others

They were in home, but I'd go 5, because, they were receptive when things weren't right. They were not defensive- and that's how you improve, In business and in life. Consistency is key. Being able to have the same care person as much as possible. Also, if it's a through the night care person, they should be able to be up through the night. Assisting Hands was attentive to our needs and concerns. The owners showed true empathy.

They were excellent. Highly recommended. They were flexible, good communicators and they took great care of my mom. The caregiver made a genuine connection. They did a great job of keeping us updated on everything.

We were very happy with the company very pleased with the people. It was just that at that time we didn't want to pay that kind of money to just have somebody sitting on the couch or not putting the food away when it was cooked. I'm sure I will be contacting the company again shortly I will be needing more help , I'm just really solo on this right now.

My mother has been with Preferred Care At Home for a few years now and we love them. The caregivers are wonderful, caring, very attentive and consistent. We have never had to worry about who was coming or if they would be on time. With past home health agencies, we never knew who was going to show up or when, but Preferred Care has always been extremely reliable and we highly recommend them. Their office staff is always friendly and willing to help or answer any questions we have. Again, we highly recommend them and have referred them to anyone who has looked for a reliable agency.

I didn't use them for very long before I whole one morning and found that I could not stand. When [name removed] (my caregiver) came that evening and found that I hadn't let my doctor know, she called [name removed] (owner) who called my doctor. He told them to call an ambulance and send me to ER. They were so sweet and kind, and concerned. I loved them. I spent a week in hospital, followed by 3 weeks of rehab. From rehab into home Health. They helped with PT/OT. My husband has been taking care of me since, with a few breaks. If I needed care again, I would call [name removed] and request [name removed].

I have very specific hours I want to be out of the house. It makes it hard to find a caregiver that can work into my schedule. Its easier because at this point all they need to do is watch her and take her downstairs to her hair appointment. Mom has been able to get along with each of our caregivers. And I've never had any problems with them either.

My loved one uses home care services through Preferred Care and she is very happy with her caregivers. Hopefully she will eventually be comfortable enough to start using more of their services.

I picked them because of the promptness and getting back to me and I liked everybody that I worked with in the company, I have recommended over 2o people.

They were very good. Only complaint is that if the helper called out sick, they weren't able to find a replacement them for the day. We picked this community because it was a small business. I spoke directly with owner. It felt more friendly.

I considered asssited living but preferred care at home to meet my needs at home. Someone comes to prepare my meals a few times per week.

Everyone who came out to our house was always on time, kind, considerate, hard working. We loved all of the workers. They were so. I would definitely recommend Preferred Care at Home of South Alabama. Thank you!

They have been very responsive. They could not find a caregiver to meet our schedule immediately, but they were very communicative and kept us up to date on what they were doing and gave us a back up plan while they were working on that. That was super nice having that option they gave us. When we had a caregiver who wasn't the best match they said no problem and found us someone else. We now have a fulltime caregiver that we absolutely love and things are working out very well. She has been super receptive and she and my dad get along very well and we trust her. We have been very pleased with their services provided by Preferred Care at Home.

It definitely is an investment but worth it for the safety of your loved one.

The staff are very knowledgeable. Care was arranged and very helpful. It was hard during the pandemic but the staff made sure we had great staff to provide the best possible care. They were easy to work with. If you need help with care for anyone in your home, contact them.

They are a very good home care service. I have two caregivers, and they're both great and very friendly. They're punctual and stay with the program.

They're very friendly. I can't rave enough about them. The people in the office are very concerned and caring. If they don't' have the answer to your question, they'll find someone who does to get you an answer. I feel like I've adopted our caregiver, that she's part of my family. My other family members have met her, and they feel the same way. Right now we have just the one caregiver, which is working out better for our family. They've been perfect, no complaints at all. They are a little expensive, but they're definitely worth it.

The staff is very accommodating, friendly, patient, and are open to feedback. They have been professional and caring, and have done a great job. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I can't say enough good things about our caretaker. She's wonderful. She's efficient, very friendly, very loving, knowledgeable, a hard worker. She's just terrific. She anticipates my every wish. Before I even say it, she knows it. She's on time and punctual. She's the best. I know it's expensive, but I think it's worth every penny. They were a little cheaper than other organizations that I called. And I've used other services where the caretakers did absolutely nothing. So I appreciate what they do here.

Our experience with Peferred Care has been excellent, the nurse practitioner who comes to see our loved one every couple of weeks is outstanding she is perfect. If we have any questions after hours we can get on the online portal and talk to someone about our loved ones health, or talk about their medication. We just think they have gone above and beyond. We absolutely would recommend these home services to other families.
