This senior community is wonderful. My mom has been on the memory Ward as well as the regular assisted living and both departments treated my mother so well. The food could be better but they are given quite a variety in the Assisted Living section. The staff is very loving and caring. there are constant activities and outings and they treat her as family. We couldn't be happier with this facility.

I think they do a great job overall at Elmcroft of Lewisburg. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been friendly and helpful. They do a great job interacting with the residents to ensure everyone is busy and entertained!

We think this place is great! Everything has gone exceedingly well here, my Mom loves it! The people who live here are all very friendly, and Mom has already made a lot of new friends. In the community she was in previously she'd just sit in her room all day, but at Las Palmas she is out and about all day! The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and well kept, and the staff do a great job taking care of the people who live here. I'd highly recommend it, we couldn't be happier!

Very clean facility and nice staff and residences.

We had an outstanding experience with Elmcroft of Dillsburg. My mother resided there for approximately seven months. Mother was 98 and so required their highest level of care. We could not have asked for a better facility for her last months. The entire staff was "vested" in her well-being. She was not merely a resident or the old lady down in room 112. Somewhere along the way they started referring to her as "our Mary". Elmcroft's facilities provided a home-like environment but it was the staff that made it home for mother. The staff went above and beyond what was required. Their communication with me was excellent. Regardless of day or night, there was always someone to answer my questions or fulfill my requests in a timely fashion. If they didn't have the complete answer when asked, they were prompt about getting back to me. The facilities were always clean. They had many different activities both on-campus and off-campus available to keep the residents engaged. The food was good and the kitchen would cater to any special dietary requirements which arose. Their on-site medical team worked closely with mother's hospice care givers. My mother, like many of her generation, was adamant she did not want to go in a "home". In her mind, a "home" was the stereo type "skilled nursing old people warehouse". Unfortunately, she had reached the point where we could not care for her in our house and the medical professionals were strongly recommending that she needed to be placed in a facility. Elmcroft was so NOT that stereo type that mother had in mind. If it was, I could not have comfortably placed her there. Elmcroft provided a true home like setting and their staff provided true "family style" care. They enabled me to be able to live with the difficult decision I had made. Our experience with Marion Woods has been a very good one so far. They really did an excellent job welcoming her to the community and helping her get settled in. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are all very friendly caring people. I would highly recommend this place!

Very nice facility - Licensed Assisted Living (All private apts - 40). Age in place - meaning as your assisted living needs increase the staff will adjust to meet your needs. No transfer to another unit. There are no other units at this facility. One dining room for all residents. Menu items seem adequate. Lunch was good and nice serving size. Scheduled meal times in place. In room dining available when needed. PT/OT available on site. Lab draws and Xrays available on site. No Medical Director but work with Dr. P Kumar for medical concerns. Secured Facility - 24/7. Visitor's welcome 24/7. Monthly rate includes Laundry (done individually - per resident), Housekeeping. 4 rooms types available with kitchettes and large closets. Pricing book given for us to review. Families are permitted to stay overnight in room with resident. No guest rooms available. Facility Calendar provided. Many activities listed - In house and Out of house. Beauty Shop in house. Pet friendly facility. Residents range in age 65 and up. Staff very friendly and introductions were made. Facility clean and in good repair. Updated furnishings throughout. Church services on site - Pastor from New Paris Baptist Church. 83% retention rate of employees. Staffing is assessed weekly and adjusted based on current resident needs. 30 Staff associates in total. Day shift - CNA 3 to 4, RN 1, LPN 1 Eve shift 3 to 4, RN 1, LPN 1, Night Shift (after 10pm) CNA 1, RN 1. Director of Nursing - Lora Cruse (1 yr with facility). Poditrist visit's every other month. Outdoor areas are also secured. Transporation is available to outside events, etc. Personal Hygene Items are the responsiblity of family. Medication is through Grandview Pharmacy. If you choose to use other pharmacy there will be additional fees. Cost breakdown - One time process fee (one month's fee). As you need more assistance you are charged depending on the service - Alacart. Those fees are included in facility packet. Suggested that if you are interested in this facility - you should put your name on waiting list as they stay at full capacity. You can stay on this list as long as you want. $500.00 charge to be on list. $400.00 of this is applied to your 1st month's fees once, you move in.

The Crossings at Riverview is a highly anticipated and soon-to-be amazing residence for senior adults. As we began the process of finding a new place to call "home" for my father, we researched, communicated, listened and toured. No other assisted living community has compared to what we have experienced thus far. The first phone call to Jennifer King, the Administrative Director, confirmed that there is something unique and special coming! Jennifer's knowledge of the needs and concerns of seniors and those needing memory care is extensive, and her passion for their care is inspiring! She is and will be an extraordinary administrator. Jennifer has selected a qualified staff, and like Jennifer, they are committed to the complete care and well-being of the residents. Jennifer and the department directors have designed an environment for an enthusiastic and compassionate team--a team whose primary objective is to meet the needs of each and every resident. Every aspect of the residents' care is being thoroughly planned, from their medical needs to social and spiritual activities to nutrition (with a culinary-trained chef) to a comprehensive plan for a pleasant and attentive community that demands excellence at every level! Space has been expertly designed for on call physicians and other health care personnel, including physical and occupational therapy, Multiple activity rooms are available for every possible need, including a state-of-the art theatre room, library and salon! Jennifer is assembling an exceptional housekeeping and maintenance staff that will keep all the activity rooms, residents' rooms, common areas and the entire building and grounds in immaculate condition. We have observed a comprehensive and extensive plan for an incredible, cheerful, and attentive senior adult community. What a joy and a privilege to be a part of this phenomenal and nurturing community! We eagerly anticipate the move-in date for my dad!

My Grandmother has been a resident at Brentwood for a year and a half. We both could not be happier. The Staff is wonderful. When I come to visit I'm always greated by name. I have never asked a question that didn't have an immediate answer. The Nusring staff is outstanding. They update me on a weekly basis. I like how everyone employed there knows my grandmothers name and makes a point to speek to her. Wonderful place if you are looking for assisted living. always clean, meals are fantastic, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are all well equipped.

We visited before construction was complete, but enough was done that we could tell it would be a grand place to live. Jennifer was most gracious and knowledgeable about the needs of elderly residents, so I'm certain that it will be a marvelous experience for anyone who decides to reside there. I was quite impressed with her vision of what things will be like upon completion. Looking forward to visiting again and definitely consider it as a possibility for my dad's future needs.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Clare Bridge so far. It's a lovely place, always clean and well kept, and the staff all seem very friendly and caring. Everyone is very attentive and hardworking, I've never seen anyone giving less than 100% when I have visited.

Five big stars! My parents feel like they are at summer camp. I want to live here now - so many activities. The staff is the BEST. Very, very pleased. Wonderful place. I agree with others that the north door is not secure.

Attractive and comfortable. Very friendly staff and residents. More amenities, activities and life enrichment opportunities than we had seen before.

My mom is 97 years old, but since going to Desoto Beach Club you would never know it. She is very active, has met a lot of good friends, etc. It is a very nice place. We are very thankful to have found it, and it has been a truly wonderful experience.

The people at Brentwood at LaPorte were very good at making us feel welcome. They also have really gone out of their way to help, including doing doing any little tasks we asked of them, etc. It is a very nice place. There was one small issue with a bill that we received that caused a minor inconvenience, but when we brought it to their attention they were able to work it out and we got everything settled. I would definitely rate them highly and recommend them.

Everybody has been very friendly at Elmcroft of Loyalsock. They have made the transition very smooth and easy. It is what they advertise, not one of those situations where you think you're getting one thing and end up with something else. We are very happy. Five stars across the board - they are awesome!

My father has been a resident at Manresa for about three months. He and i love the scenery and the friendly caregivers. I recently met the nursing director, Gwynn, who has been a God send! I have raised some concerns (minor, of course) to the Director who was completely dismissive of me. Today I was able to meet with the Nursing Director who was able to resolve my concerns in a matter of minutes. The Director should take a course on humanitarian skills from the nursing director. Kudos to all if the other staff who are compassionate and love their careers!
