I cannot say enough good things. The staff cares knows everyone by name. My dad went to the hospital and the Director called to see what hospital went to visit him. I'm struggling with my dad's health and everybody there know asks about him and truly cares

Arden Courts was phenomenal and so helpful when we were struggling to find the right location for my aunt. When I needed a place for my aunt, the sales director (her name is escaping me) spent time explaining everything. She went to the hospital to evaluate my aunt who was having dementia related behavioral issues. She assured me Arden could help. She help us get my aunt moved quickly and get settled. Unfortunately my aunt didn't live long after moving to Arden but they were so compassionate when she passed...calling me and sending flowers. So thoughtful! I live in Texas so had to manage all this over the phone.

My husband has been a resident of the Yardley location for about 18 months. Care is exceptional and the Activities staff and programming is top notch. [name removed] and her staff go above and beyond for every resident and family members.

Everyone is very helpful and extremely friendly. They treat the residents with very respectfully. They want everyone to feel comfortable in their surroundings. Residents can safely walk around the path. Highly recommend!

When it came to the time where we needed to find a place for my mom, we toured many places. Arden Courts met all our needs. The caregivers are wonderful, the activity staff couldn’t be more attentive and everyone else is just great. It feels like one big family. I am glad we chose Arden.

Unfortunately my wife was diagnosed with dementia and it was necessary to locate a suitable memory care facility in our area where we hoped she would receive the best care possible. Locating such a facility became a family goal with everyone doing their part. Our daughter in law contacted A Place for Mom and they provided us with a list of suitable facilities nearby. We looked at several facilities in our area and finally decided on Arden Courts in Yardley PA.. During our visit to Arden Courts we were given a pretty transparent look at the staff and the facility. The rooms were of a decent size and had a warm and accommodating look to them. The overall appearance of the facility was warm and inviting. I visited Arden Courts of Kenwood right after my partner/wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. She did not enter the facility until a year later. The director, [name removed] , was so helpful and compassionate. So was my contact [name removed] . Now I visit often, different times of the day and evening. Their activities director is amazingly patient and compassionate. So are the aides. The only minus is that [name removed] is not thrilled with the meals. Of course she was used to eating out quite a bit with many choices. She has her own room, small but adequate. One thing I especially love about this place is that they can go outside (gated), with a walkway, flowers, and tables to sit at. Being outside in nature can be so healing; this amenity won me over!

My parents had a dear friend who resided at Arden Courts of Harrisburg, and they were beyond pleased with the level of care and compassion they witnessed during their visits. The caregivers here truly go above and beyond, providing not only expert dementia care but also a warm and loving environment for residents. Arden Courts has a well-earned reputation for its expertise in dementia care, and it’s evident in everything they do. My mom was there until she passed away but I wanted to write a review and say that she did like living there even though she had little memory left. Its a good facility and they took good care of her while she lived there. I recommend it highly.

Tell your friends about this place if you are looking at memory care. Staff is great, it's clean and my aunt has made friends. She loves the outside patio and likes to watch the people who live there. I like that bit is smaller in size. Good place!

5 all around. My sister and I were blown away by the quality of care at Arden. Staff in every department is exceptional. These are people who are truly passionate about providing love and care to their residents. As a family, we also felt loved and supported by the Arden staff. The facility is clean and attractive. It's easy to navigate; has safe access to outside areas. There are many activities and, if a resident is unable to attend group activities, the activities team will visit the resident in his/her room. Totally, 100% happy.

Working at Arden Courts of Silver Spring has been a rewarding experience. The staff truly cares about the residents. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping does a great job keeping everything sanitary and welcoming. The staff is caring, hardworking, and supportive, creating a team atmosphere that makes a the job feel meaningful.

They were very friendly, accommodating, and very attentive to my Dad. He was in Memory Care so, they kept him busy with activities, etc... The location was great and close to my home. I will use them again!

Arden Courts has been so wonderful in so many ways, from the very beginning to now. The experience has been very smooth. All of our mothers need are being met.
