My mother moved from another facility in Austin. The other facility was more expensive & offered less care, attention, lack of communication & I got the feeling she was not given the support she needed or deserved at their price level. Great move for my mother. It has only been 1 month but I honestly can say, I only wish we had moved her to begin with to the Holiday Renaissance. Just far it has been a great stress relief for me (son). The staff has given me every assurance in terms of communication, steps they take, their actions that my mother is in the best place in Austin.

We visited this facility and talked to the marketing director who was extremely helpful and showed us around. It is a nice, clean facility with good meals and activities for the residents. The staff are very caring and helpful when there’s a health need. My Mom likes the other residents and has fit right in!

We chose Bristol Park at Amarillo because of the friendliness of the staff, happiness of current residents there, the ease to access staff regarding any questions or concerns and pricing. The staff have been great and always make sure residents make it to meals and activities provided.

My mother moved into memory care but after a few weeks it was evident she could go to assisted living. The transition and move was handled easily and in a few days as there was availability. Mom is doing well although in her declining years at 97. I always feel secure that someone is keeping an eye on her and she is never forgotten. I love the small population of residents and the staff from top to bottom do whatever it takes to get the residents what they need. It’s a blessing to me and my family to feel mom is comfortable and safe.

We had a wonderful tour. Very informative. We made our decision after the tour. All employees were friendly and welcoming during our tour and after we moved in. We have recommended to a friend of ours.

I have learned a lot since I have been here. Our activity director has encouraged me to do and I have taken her advice and I am still learning.

You have many opportunities to meet and greet people. The activities are fun and you learn from others. Makes for a fun day and the music and dancing is great.

The staff are kind and caring. Administrative staff are always available to assist with questions or concerns. The onsite availability of medical caregivers, personal services, etc are a big help to the family of the residents.

5 on everything. It is very expensive in Memory Care, but the facility and staff are outstanding. I have zero complaints about anything. We chose Viera for the ease of moving from Assisted Living to Memory Care. Some of the staff work in both units which is a big comfort for the residents when moving.

The staff is the best, great atmosphere, beautiful facility.

It's been good so far. My renewal is coming up so we'll see what the increase is.

I enjoy the activities and the people here. It's so nice to make new friends and have many interesting things to occupy my time.

My parents were previously residents at HarborChase of South Oklahoma City. Overall, they were great to both mother and da.

Moving here has been a very good choice for me. I have lived in many communities and Fox Run is at the very top of the list. Most of the time, the staff is very patient and caring. My only complaint is I would like more bus time.

When I first moved in to Fox Run, I was pleasantly surprised at how simple and convenient things were. The laundry room is close to my apartment. We get three meals a day. My room is cleaned weekly. There's always someone I can talk to.

I came for a tour yesterday and lived the look and feel of the community!! Hoping we can talk mom into moving!! We have visited a few others and either they seemed very sterile, or dark and dreary. Heritage Oaks had just the right feel.

I have lived at Fox Run for several years. I think it's a great place to live. The staff is a great group of people. The building is currently being renovated and is going to be very pretty. Fox Run has always felt like home to me.

The staff are wonderful. All very warm and engaging. The meal service is great and very social, mom loves the food. It's in a really great area with a nice park & lake. Many people have dogs. The residents are all friends and there's always things to do. The building feels like a nice hotel more than a "old folks home". All for $[removed]a month. It's a dream. We feel very lucky and mom is so happy. Highly recommend to anyone!!
