Y'all need to stop changing staff! You have the best staff ever. They step up to the place when short handed. Namely [name removed] and [name removed]. Kitchen staff was just the 2 of them and by themselves got everyone fed and only lost 10 minutes. It's hard to find staff as good as these. Complaints seem to come by the truckload when it comes to the elderly. Don't lose what you have.

My mother is getting the care that she needs and the therapy that she needs. The dinning room is good food and the activities are great if she would be more open to participating. She just has to get used to the changes and the staff are nice and open with the residents.

This is my home & I love living here. I enjoy helping others because I worked in healthcare for 30+ years. I have an endless supply of coffee that I get to drink all day while assisting our Lifestyles director, [name removed], do crafts and bingo with all the other residents. One of my favorite things to do is sit in the movie theatre and watch my favorite movies (Sea Biscuit or Hachi)!I have made a lot of friends since moving in and plan on making many more! The staff here is really attentive to our needs and they are very kind.

This community was our second choice. It was a good community and well appointed it just did not have enough staff to keep a close eye on my loved one. The tour was very nice.
The staff we talked to on our tour were nice. Just about every facility we looked at was in the midst of repairs from the winter storm, and there was some building and construction going on here at Fox Run Estates. But the tour was great. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions.

I knew upon entering that this was the place for my mother-in-law! Everyone was welcoming, accommodating and no pressure. Facility was clean and orderly, fun activities were underway, residents seemed engaged and happy. Had two maintenance requests that were handled immediately. Grounds are lovely and serene. Totally understand why this has been ranked number 1 for 7 years.

I never give perfect scores, but HarborChase gets a 5/5 from me. They were the most expensive but by far the nicest facility that we visited. Mom is a country girl at heart though, and she felt out of place. On our tour, she had lunch with the residents and felt like she was out of her depth.
