Based on our experience with Addington Place we would recommend them to other families and have actually recommended it to a friend of ours.

I toured this facility, it was more expensive than other places that I toured. The décor was nice, the place was more centrally located.

The staff at Walden Place are very helpful and cooperative, especially considering that they are short-staffed. They are doing the very best they can. And the staff who are there are great. The facility has been very nice. It's very comfortable, and they decorate nicely for every little holiday that comes along. I think they're doing an amazing job considering they have so little to work with. And I would highly recommend them to others in need of care.

We really like how Park Creek Place is a smaller community so it is not overwhelming at all and the care is a little bit better. We also like that it is all on one floor so it is easily accessible. We are glad our loved one is there and they do seem to have quite a lot of activity going on. Based on our experience we would recommend Park Creek Place to other families.

The Addison of Pleasant Prairie has been a wonderful experience so far for our family, and we would absolutely recommend them to other families. We really appreciate that when it comes to the activities they are adult activities, they do not treat them like children. They have exercise classes after breakfast, our love done enjoys painting throughout the week with their acrylic paint. There are music classes and she sings in the choirs on Sunday's. We are totally thrilled with The Addison.

When I was looking with my relative for a place to live independently, I worried that the staff at The Breakers were only being nice until the sale closed. Nope! They have been nothing but kind, respectful, and accommodating. The move-in was flawless. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a great view. The weekly housekeeping service is great and the food options are decent. (There is a grocery store just down the street) I feel good about my relative being there. The biggest con is that the elevators are slow and I wish they could solve that problem. It isn't a mechanical problem (there are 4 large elevators). The wait to get on and off can be frustrating. Otherwise, I think it's a great place.

I think this is a great community. I would recommend you check the community out to see if it is a good fit for your loved one. The staff communication with family is great when we have questions

Woodbourne Place is more casual and laid-back. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. The most important things like care and attention to my moms needs are always met. That's what really matters and they are great.

Woodbourne Place was a wonderful location and residence for my mother. She was comfortable and happy. And we were content as her family members having her there. The staff were great - they were very helpful and caring.

The community is beautiful, upscale and welcoming. There seems to be something for everyone. The food is excellent. They are responsive to requests and provide plenty of opportunities for resident input, from staffing to dining options. The executive staff is very hands on and present in the community. I think resident housekeeping services could be improved.

My loved one is getting good care, we are happy so far. They are doing well with, keeping them clean, along with washing their hair, and taking good care of their clothes. They notify me daily when my loved one is participating in activiites. They have activities, such as; Bingo, entertainment, a variey of things, discussions about history, and music. It's better valued, than the previous places that we were at. We picked this community because it was recommended by A Place for Mom and a friend.

The staff really care and are great about checking in with families on different things. They have been very inclusive with my mother and the activities. If I have any questions or concerns they are quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Lowrie Place to others.

My sister chose Acclaim at East Beach because she said the virtual tour was amazing and blew the others out of the water. She said the gal was super friendly and introduced her to another resident. The apartment sizes are ok, she is in a one bedroom and it is a good size for her. She is short and some of the cabinets in the kitchen are higher than expected, but the kitchen is really big and nice. The placement of the washer and dryer is weird- it is in the living room. They are a little bit disorganized on the timing of the activities - but they are learning their ways - it is a newer facility. The food is really good, but they have not really changed the menu since she moved in. I think they could use more variety, but the quality of the meals is amazing. I would definitely recommend Acclaim at East Beach to others, my sister is happy.

My Dad moved in about 6 months ago and we couldn’t be happier. After living alone for so long I never thought he would be active again, but I was wrong. He is so happy now that he moved and has made several friends in the community. He’s very satisfied with the meals and all the activities they offer. Legacy has changed his life for the better and leaves me knowing my Father is in good hands. 10/10 to Willow Pond, the Staff and Residents are so welcoming and make this transition a million times better.

Legacy at Willow Pond is by far the most accommodating, clean, friendly community I have toured with my Mom. We sat for a lunch tour and the service and meal was incredible. The ED was so understanding and knew how life changing this decision was for our Mom and family. Willow Pond really blew us away with their activity offerings, dining selections and the warm cozy atmosphere. It was a no brainer when we decided to move Mom in!

The ED and all the staff are really striving to make a warm and welcoming environment for each resident. The facility takes pride in being clean, having courteous staff, and providing personal touches to help residents feel at home. In general the residents seem happy and healthy, there are good meals and activities available, transportation to groceries and basic services, and the apartments are completely renovated upon move-in with new appliances and flooring.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They treat the residents respectfully. We picked this community, because they don't require residents or visitors to wear masks.

This is a really nice community. Only complaint was the 10 percent increase this year but I guess that is on par with the crazy prices all over. the residents and my mother in law say the food is just OK. But probably cause they have to do all that no fat/salt etc. for dietary issues. I would move there if I was (real) old.

When it comes to quality of care it is the small things like his finger nails aren't cut (very long) and they are not good about brushing his teeth. However the great Activities director-makes sure to tailor Activities to each residents interests. He needs a lot of care, so very expensive, but much nicer than skilled nursing and less expensive. Overall pretty happy with Marquis Gardens and would recommend

Our family had an in person tour and we liked everything we saw within the facility and all the staff members, it was a great tour experience but at the time it was just not going to be the best fit for our loved one
