It is a very nice place but they are short staffed. The care was good and my mom loved the food. It is expensive to stay there though.

I am completely satisfied with everything for my loved one. The food is okay. The cost is high,t but most places seem to be the same price. The community is clean, and they have answered any questions that I had. Overall, everyone was very helpful.

it was a lot of money. I have already recommended, Woodbourne Place to other people. APFM was really helpful with helping to find this community.

Our family loved Liberty Heights and they had several more amenities and features than what we ended up choosing. But had chosen the other based off individual care needs we felt fit our loved ones special needs better. Definitely a top contender though!

For meals and dining they are fantastic. They have a large selection for the residents to chose from daily. They also allow family to join for a small donation or small amount of money. The activities program is fantastic , take photos of you're loved ones and send them to you during the activities of each day and or week. The only downside is short staff at times, but they are working through it as best as possible. The majority of the people and staff that we have met especially the Head Nurse have been with Addington Place of Clarkson have been there for many years which is nice. We are extremely pleased!

As soon as you walk in the door it is very impressive, it looks like a 5 star hotel. I found some of the others that I looked at to be depressing and that is not the case here - it is gorgeous. I love the staff - they remember everyone's name including ours. They are were so friendly from the get go and continue to be to this day. They keep track of my mom and seem to really care. Activities are great during the week but I do wish they had more provided over the weekends for my mom specifically, but I understand there are probably not as many staff there. Overall we are very pleased and I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

This was a beautiful community. They had some amenities that my loved one wouldn't have used and they didn't want to pay for these amenities.

Husband says the food is very good and better than most places. Beautiful personal grounds and people on the site. Staff goes above and beyond, they are fairly new so don't quite have activities program that we are aware of. Fell my loved one could not be in a better place than with the Wellington at Hershey's Mill.

The staff care about your loved one here. There is a full time nurse on staff and I think this is key. The community are very knowledgeable, she is very involved with all the residents, and knows what is going on with each resident. This was very important for the family and our loved one. There are three meals a day served, snacks, and the community provides choices for the residents to choose from. My loved says the food is good in taste. The menu is posted in the community for the family to see to help our loved one choose their selections if needed. The community does send a monthly activities listing to the family via email as well. There are only 40 residents in the community and this makes a difference in my opinion.

Upon walking in the community is up to date, its bright and current and we were able to see those living in the community were out and about. The apartments are spacious, up to date and before our loved one moved in the updated the carpet, put in new hardwood, new appliances and countertops. The washer and dyer is in the unit and you get cleaning service every two weeks as part as the monthly fee. They have always been willing to work with us which we appreciate it. There is no buy in fee which was huge for us. The monthly rent is very reasonable, its a very good value that is month to month. They also really want your loved one to age in place so they are always willing to work with you if you need to bring in any outside services to help out with your loved one. They also have covered unground parking which is very nice, also each garage unit has its own storage locker. They have local transportation and doctors on sight

My mom’s life changed dramatically for the better when she moved to Bayshore! The workers are very good and there are always things to do there to keep her busy!

I never ever thought my Mom would go to any facility. Thought I could care for her until the end of her life. When this became impossible for me to continue I was recommended to Addington of Stuart Memory Care by her Concierge doctor. I can not say enough good things about her care. The staff is amazing, caring, loving and patient. Excellent communication! This is an extremely difficult job. Angels work there.

The Sheridan at Oak Brook is so Positive and Welcoming. Each employee is very carefully...selected. It is a positive, safe and active...lifestyle with a ton of learning and fun activities to select from each day. All staff is extremely well qualified for their positions. Everyone...SMILES and it is friendly and very helpful. The Food is exceptional. Made in-house by two great chef's and their large staff. The wait staff is helpful and kind. My favorite employee is the Super educated & talented Recreation Director who keeps us active, smiling and learning with so many wonderful and creative projects. We Love our Theater & such wonderful Movies - that we get to select. PLUS educational ...trips to the Zoo's and Baseball games and VAN trips to go shopping & to Dr. Appts. We see and learn about the many national and international Parks around the World. There is a Hair Salon - AND LIBRARY. Our apartments are kept clean . Help is close always. l LOVE IT.

They have a great food menu, which is very accommodating, and sometimes they have ice cream or sugar free ice cream for the residents. It's good value for the money, and it is expensive but I have no complaints. The people are incredible. My loved one fit right in, and was able to adjust. It's super beautiful and my loved one loves the activities. It's the best thing ever. Overall, I would give it an A+.

My husband is very well taken care of. They are very professional , the staff is very courteous and polite. Everything is very well handled at Liberty Heights.

With the help and guidance of family members [name removed] and I were invited to tour the Sheridan of Oak Brook (in Illinois) for [name removed] need for Memory Care and for me wishing to live in Independent Care in a separate apt . One review and tour was all necessary. We were overwhelmed with the entire facility but understand better now why they call it a Community . Seeing is not only believing but sells itself:, looks , staff, meals and dining , surroundings, location, class, social activities, events, medical care of residents , opportunities to meet other residents who have become friends and proximity to family within a mile all are pluses! [name removed] is getting the best of care as a dementia patient and I am relieved to have now a quality of my life back, once again . We, without any qualifications, highly recommend Sheridan of Oakbrook for your review and visit to understand fully why it is so highly rated. The move for both of us from Bloomington/Normal Illinois was the very best.

We chose Aspire at West End because of the contemporary look of the facility as well as the newness and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and we were impressed with the accommodations available as well. We did not stay here because mom ended up needing more care than they were able to provide. I would recommend this facility to independent seniors.

I would say that if you do not have Long Term Health Insurance or a lot of money, it is very expensive.

Park Creek Place is one of the best places ever. They are so caring. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. The facility is bright and cheerful. The rooms are bright, and you can decorate them so it looks more like home. I can't say enough about the staff. They were absolutely wonderful to my husband, and to me as well. They were like family. I would definitely recommend Park Creek Place to anyone looking for a special place for their loved one.
