My loved on has only been at Woodbourne Place for about a month and a half. So far it has been good for my father though. It is still pretty early, but as of right now everything is very highly rated.

At Marquis Gardens Place they were very helpful as far as facilitating the move. The staff made arrangements for her to have a TV while we waited for hers to get there. She ended up in the hospital at one point and the staff made a point to come see her. I just thought that was really nice. They are just really attentive and helpful. The nurse is also wonderful. I am really pleased with this facility.

This is a big high rise building. They are a very active independent community. It was a nice place. My parents enjoyed it until the need for more care became necessary. If you are independent and active, then this is the place to go.

They are doing a pretty job at Benton House of Brunswich. Mom is settling in quite nicely. She is happy and comfortable at this facility. I really think it was a good decision. I have no complaints and things are going well there.

Right now both my parents got placed there, but we are having a problem because my mom is not able to stay. The staff is friendly though and they pretty much do anything my dad asks them, so they are accommodating.

Marquis Gardens Place is a phenomenal place. I was there so long touring this facility that the staff actually forgot I was there and I was so pleased with the way everything was run. I tour buildings for a living and was so impressed by the cleanliness when I accidentally walked into the kitchen. It was spotless! The cleanest kitchen I had ever seen in a facility like this. The staff there is just outstanding. The residents there all seemed very happy. This facility ended up not being right for dad for various reasons but I was so impressed. The staff even followed up and made sure I was okay since I wasn't knowledgeable on how this process works.

My Mom is a very fussy lady and she loves it here. The staff is always so sweet and kind. If she isn't feeling well, they will check on her and bring her meals. The place is spotless and they have some nice activities inside and also great field trips to Trader Joes, the mall, etc. I couldn't be happier with the Woodmark.

They should get a gold medal and a purple heart. The people here are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. They were competitive in price compared to the others we looked at. With everything they provide and all the services, it was worth every penny.

The staff was very attentive and cooperative. I thought they were very good. They were very accommodating and helpful as far as making it easy for my mother to move in. They were very flexible. It is a good place.

Overall I think they did an awesome job in taking care of my father-in-law. He was at another facility and it was just awful there. But when we moved him to The Woodmark they took really good care of him.

They were very responsive to any needs and concerns, generally speaking. They charged me a late fee, and they keep charging me five months later, so their bookkeeping area could improve. Overall I think they do a good job though..

Loved the people (Leigh)and facility. Rooms and general areas were bright and clean.

It is a beautiful new facility. We were out of state and the staff was extremely accommodating in assisting with the move. They also gave a discounted rate for all levels of service, which was competitive with other older facilities in the area. All-in-all, a great place with a great value and great prospect for the future.

If you have a family member that needs assisted living, this is the only facility that I would recommend. I toured other places and I was not impressed by them. The Benton House is more like a family to my loved one. I would highly recommend the Benton House of Titusville. This place is valuable to me because I know that my loved one is safe here. Everything has been going very well. I rate them five stars.

interest in the residents is paramount

Everyone is outstanding from ED to housekeeping to dietary, ALL great! The staff really show how they enjoy their jobs and are always very helpful. The community is very well kept, clean and so nice. The Barrington of West Chester has so many activities for residents to choose from and the happy hour entertainment is always enjoyable. I would definitely refer someone to BWC.

We recently had a Senior Prom Party. I was impressed with all the preliminary effort put into the program. I was not feeling very well the day of the party, but when I walked into the party room and saw the beautiful flower arrangements and everyone dressed up for a good time, I forgot my problems and ended up having a great time dancing. I wanted to recognize Mangrove Bay for their efforts.

Any time I go to visit my mother in law a Lake Barrington Woods , all the staff is so friendly and helpful. They encourage her to get involved in the activities, which she has done. I really think the place is wonderful!

We moved my mother into Mangrove Bay one year ago and the experience of living there has exceeded our family's expectations. Most importantly Mom has transitioned from "never moving into one of those places" to truly enjoying the everyday living and security of Mangrove Bay. From day one the staff has made every effort to make living there a great experience. We visited many independent living facilities in Palm Beach County-Mangrove Bay is at the top of it class-you will not find a better place. To be frank, Mom smiles so much we hardly recognize her!

We met with [removed] yesterday. She was very helpful and professional. The community one time fee of $4500.00 is a deal breaker. [My loved one] also had concerns because the community is 4 stories with 192 unites in an emergency it might be very difficult to evacuate.
