I am seeking Independent living for myself within the next couple of years and would like to have options for when I am ready. I visited this community years back when it was river view and have always wanted to come re visit. [name removed] & [name removed] who are apart of the management team here have kept in touch with me throughout these years and that meant so much to me that I had to come back. Even though I am not ready for this at the moment, coming in and putting a face on these guys who have always been there was an absolute delight. Knowing there is people like this here who actually care about you is great to know and not to even mention the beautiful environment within the community. I wish the rooms were bigger but the place is filled with amazing water views throughout the building and fun interactive events to do around the place. Once the time comes, I will be sure to come back to grand villa and I recommend this senior place for one in need.

My mother thrives here. The staff is amazing. Everyone knows her by name. The on-site salon and boutique are fully functional and adorable. Grounds are impeccable and my piece of mind....PRICELESS!

Everyone can imagine that needing help for a parent who is suffering from dementia is an incredibly DIFFICULT situation. You hear of horror stories of assisted living places, and I feared I could never find an acceptable place for my Dad. I stopped in on a Saturday just to inquire, and was greeted with kindness & care! I was incredibly impressed by how Clean, warm and welcoming it was!! I left my phone number for the Leasing Coordinator to call, and when she spoke to me … I was BLOWN AWAY!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE it got even BETTER! [name removed] and her entire staff WELCOMED me and my Father as if we were FAMILY! [name removed] went ABOVE & BEYOND to meet our families needs!! She took the time to talk to myself & my family answering all our concerns and questions, no matter what day or what time. I cannot “Thank” her enough for the help she provided & I know without a DOUBT this is the BEST PLACE in Florida for anyone in need of help with a family member or friend in need! I guarantee there’s no place be

1 - 8 all 5's one item that my family is having a hard time with is the accessibility and ease to get into the memory care which is arduous. I dread it for each visit to see dad. We ring the bell on the first entry wait for a caregiver who by the way are busy taking care of the residents so it takes awhile then head upstairs and wait for another caregiver to let you in - this then occurs as you exit.

From the time I came here to live, I felt welcomed. I have been retired for several years and am very intrigued by the place I am living in. Mostly everyone here is retired and after speaking to the residents here they all feel the same way. I have a wonderful room that is kept clean by the employed staff here. The common areas are kept clean, as in my room and the rest of the floors. The food is very much to my liking and cooked well.

My doctor found it for me as I was living elsewhere in Florida. She was impressed with the genuine friendliness and sincere welcome from staff and residents. The facility itself is beautiful and appears well maintained. The grounds and ponds are nicely manicured and accessible with sidewalks going all around the bldgs.

I was able to do a lunch tour while looking for a place to live for my parents. The Leasing Coordinator [name removed] gave us a great tour of the rooms and overall building. Afterward, we were treated to lunch and served by [name removed]. He was the best server we could ask for and made us feel welcome! I'd love to live here already. Amazing first impressions

I had the opportunity to see Silver Creek to look for a dear family member. I normally don’t post reviews that often but was asked to give feedback by the sales assistant there. The lunch tou elsr was very nice. The food is great with a wide variety of items on the menu. Everything is included with the meal including dessert which is a really nice touch. The place looks very clean and the servers were as friendly as you’d hope for this kind of retirement home. I can’t speak for muche but I appreciate the opportunity to visit

I’ve never been to an assisted living facility that cleans as much as this one. I saw housekeepers work very hard cleaning the floors and freshening the air so it smells as lovely as it does. I know the residents certainly appreciate it and I’m sure the families do too. Maybe every day is different. Certainly not every place is perfect and maybe I was there on a few good days. But I’m satisfied with the level of care and attention to detail

Walked in for a tour on a Friday and was greeted, tour was for memory care was given a lot of info. Coming back for lunch with my loved one!

I love G.V. for my 84 year old mother. She thriving here. It gives my family a piece of mind knowing she is safe and happy! Thank you G.V. staff.

I saw friendly and familiar faces, which was a breath of fresh air during a very difficult time. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating to my mother's needs. I also met with others who lived in memory care and they were very happy and friendly as well. I know I made the right choice with Silver Creek and it's great to know she's right around the corner from home and in a place that will cater to her needs.

I couldn’t be happier with the people at Silver Creek for not only taking care of my mother-in-law, but the rest of my family as well. The sales team was nothing but kind and easy to work with from day one. Since the move, things have been going great. My mother-in-law is happy, we get to visit whenever we want, and we feel so much better with her being in a more social and safe environment. Thank you so much!!

After walking in and taking one look at this beautiful community we were sold. We are so excited to bring our father back for a tour. They invited us for lunch as well. The staff was so friendly and everyone knew everybody. It seemed like a great family atmosphere.

Walking in the door we were greeted by the sweetest reception [name removed]. She introduced us to the sales ladies and we began our tour. The ladies walked us through the entire process and we were greeted by multiple staff members along the way. Everyone knew everybody and everyone seemed so happy. The community was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. Especially the closet. They invited us to stay for lunch and we did. There were many options on the menu if you did not want what they were serving. The burger was fantastic. What a great experience. We are excited to bring mom back when she moves down here. I definitely think she will really like this community.

Very clean building. Feels like a spa! Everyone has been really friendly and convenient with the move in process for my sister. The lunch was very good too. I'm looking forward to visiting more often.

After meeting with [name removed], the manager on Saturday, I decided to put a deposit to move in my mom in the future. It’s very active socially from my experience looking around myself and I’m happy with the quality of the rooms I’ve been shown. It isn’t easy making a decision like this but it’s the best course of action and Silver Creek has shown me they’re the best place to move her into.
