I drove by to see the building up close and I saw some of the residents walking their dogs and even walking with what looked like nurses. I don’t know if that’s normal but it’s nice to see seniors and staff just spending time together and getting along. It can be really difficult in old age to meet people, especially younger people, and get along. I do worry about the lack of a gate or railing around the lakes nearby but as long as there are no accidents, I guess there’s no reason to have it up in the first place.

I briefly visited when there was a family dinner event happening close to Christmas and I was really impressed with how lively the dining area was. The servers looked very happy and were serving drinks and food. Gentleman in purple shirts were bringing more tables to accommodate the people who were waiting. I was just dropping off a friend but maybe when my parents want to downsize!

Congrats on the recent award! I just had a few questions: - does your facility have all day dining or specific meal times? - do you offer haircuts and other grooming? - is there a way I can receive an activities calendar?

One time I was walking down one of the hallways and I saw a family eating lunch together in one of these little corners and I thought it was so nice to see a family gathered together like that. I know it’s a retirement/assisted living place but when I think of it, I worry that families don’t visit as often as they should. It’s nice to see that sense of togetherness

Grand Villa is an experience I will always remember. The activities are vary but each activity is planned ahead and very appropriate for the resident. The care services are done in a kind way and the residents one treated with respect. The meals are provided in a caring way. In my opinion breakfast is the best. Dinner and lunch my vary but they are tasty.

My sister in law, my friend and myself had a wonderful time with the tour We were very impressed with the facility beautiful very clean Everyone so nice [name removed] was our tour guide we couldn't have had a better time with her. She showed us the facility explained a lot to us We were so impressed. She was the greatest.

I have been very impressed and pleased with the helpfulness and support provides by all the staff. They are the best. My sister loves the dining facility of variety of meals offered. I would highly recommend Silver Creek to anyone looking for a quality facility for a loved one.

I visited my sister at Grand Villa and was welcomed by friend staff and residents. Everyone was smiling and happy. They had live music that day and my sister and I went to listen to it. The residents were dancing and singing. It was a very enjoyable visit and I look forward to visiting her again soon.

Life at Grand Villa of New Port Richey is grand. We are all treated like family. Our family is quick to make new residents feel at home. Staff are always available and willing to answer questions. We have a wonderful activity director and activities and varied. Our chef provides three wonderful meals a day. Amenities are many. Life is grand.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Grand Villas of Delray. From the moment we walked in, I felt a sense of relief knowing that my husband would be in a place that truly cares. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. The atmosphere is always cheerful, and the facility is spotless and well-maintained. I am beyond grateful for the dedication of everyone here. Thank you for making such a difference in our lives!

Grand Villa of Ormond truly does feel like home. Staff are all always very friendly and inviting. The community is very clean and doesn't lack that friendly touch. Very happy with this community.

Locale is very pleasant tidy and easily accessible staff is super helpful, courteous and friendly dining is very pleasant and maintained well, chef and staff mindful of needs and wishes. Housekeeping done on schedule and well maintained transportation available on schedule driver great! Grounds kept neat, clean, tidy residents pleasant and accepting. Activities abundantly scheduled and fun.

Grandvilla is an extremely well run friendly place to live. Employees go out their way for all of us without exception. My favorite things are all the activities on campus and daily excursions off campus. My wife and I feel like we are living at a resort with great food. . Our Med Techs are able to distribute to all of us. Medication we are prescribed by our doctors we are truly happy and content.

My older brother was involved in a drunk driving accident in which his wife was killed instantly, physically he is all right, but sustained a brain injury which exacerbated his dementia. He needed a place to stay, and when his daughter looked at grand Villa, she liked the reviews they had I went with her and we toured grand Villa and were very impressed by their facilities and employees,,[name removed] who is the leasing coordinator is very kind and was very informative in this process. I would recommend it highly to anyone that would like to visit.

My 93-year-old mother has been living at Grand Villa, and she absolutely loves it! From the moment she moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming her with warmth and kindness. It’s clear they truly care about the residents, always going above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The residents are also wonderful, and she has made so many new friends. She enjoys the activities, which keep her engaged and entertained every day. Whether it’s social events, exercise classes, or special outings, there is always something fun happening. Her apartment is beautiful—bright, comfortable, and perfect for her needs. It truly feels like home, and knowing she is so happy and well cared for brings me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking for a caring, vibrant, and welcoming senior living community. It has been a fantastic experience for my mother, and we are so grateful!

We looked at several places and decided on moving our Mother to Grand Villa of Delray Beach. The entire process from the initial contact to moving in was easy and very comforting thanks to [name removed] and [name removed]. Both made us feel at ease and guided us through the process. Everyone is so helpful and caring. There are different activities which our Mother enjoys. She has made friends with some of the residents and they include her in activities and gatherings to sit and talk. We feel we made the right choice!

My mom has been at Grand Villa for a little over a year. Her experiences with the staff, the nurses and the assistances have been exceptional. In particular the director Felicia is excellent. She exhibits kindness, compassion, and empathy for the residences. She goes above and beyond for each of them. It’s amazing! As far as the nursing staff the leader, [name removed]is unbelievable. She is kind , considerate shows compassion, and empathy and is on the ball she gets the job done. I couldn’t ask for anything more for my mom a nicer place or nicer staff. It’s unbelievable.
