I was very pleased with the service at Grand Villa. They looked in on him often. He did so much better with the people contact rather than just being at his home alone. For meals and dining - My uncle was a tall man with a healthy appetite. A lot of the meals were not enough for him and he was too embarrassed to ask for more. I would bring him extras from my home. Overall, it worked out well for him to be someplace close (instead of 3-4 hours away) where I could check on him often.

A family friend lives at the community. The environment is very clean. The staff is professional and helpful. The food is good as well as entertainment, they really like it there. It feels like home they are doing a great job.

After visiting a few places that didn't feel right, Grand Villa of Sarasota was a relief. The staff, especially [name removed], are kind and attentive. The atmosphere is warm, the activities are engaging, and the location is great. It truly feels like a second home for residents.

I’ve had a mostly positive experience visiting memory care at silver creek. Sometimes it can be so busy and the nursing staff tries their best to cater to everyone’s needs. The activities offer a lot of variety and excitement to the residents. I think continuing to provide new resources and ideas will make their experience even better! I really like the ice cream sundae bar they do every now and then. I can tell silver creek takes pride in their kitchen and food service

The employees are very helpful. During hurricane they cleaned the wet floor quickly and get A/C and get A/C back on.

After touring many communities, Grand Villa made its way to the top of my list as soon as I walked through the door. The facility is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a facility for themselves or a loved one

When I arrived first thing I noticed was how elegantly the place was decorated and how nice the meals smelt they were preparing ..The staff was very kind and the Management I won't forget...Especially the gentleman who's name sounds like it comes out of an action Novel...Sword was very engaging and kind. I would definitely recommend this place as a home to your loved ones!

The entire process with moving in my grandmother has been a 10/10 experience. From the contract signing with the director to the move-in with the sales assistant. As soon as we moved her in, a nurse came to help her around her room. The staff have been very friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering the situation itself. My family appreciates everything.

My mother-in-law has been living at Silver Creek for some time and loves her roommate and the staff. Personally, I love the atmosphere of this assisted living facility. It’s very comfortable and active. The food is very good. Better than I expected! Also, the Wi-Fi is super fast and reliable too. Very convenient for my family.

I think Silver Creek is friendly. PT focused and clean. The staff goes out of their way to assist a patient. Staff is always smiling.

Silver Creek opened their command "arms" to my mother after a hip fracture. She enjoyed making new friends, and loved the staff like family.

The memory care section provides good care for my wife. When I was originally searching, I wasn’t expecting this level of professionalism. Silver Creek really is the best place for her. The staff are considerate kind. They have been accommodating to my family since day one. I will keep recommending Silver Creek to my friends and family.

From the initial tour I was very impressed with [name removed] in sales as well as [name removed] the Executive Director, and everyone I have dealt with at Grand Villa. They all made the transition for my mom so much easier than I feared it might be and the staff does such a great job of being attentive and caring for the residents. Would definitely recommend Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach to others. I have been so impressed with all of the staff there. They are all so amazing and very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the nurse LPN's on my mom's floor. They have been doing an amazing job and are very thorough with their care and keeping me informed of things when needed. This goes along with how impressed I have been with the staff there and the nurses who are on my mom's floor. All of the staff, including housekeeping have done a great job of caring for my mom and making sure if and when she needs something, they are on top of it right away. They seem to have very good food and a lot of options for the residents to choose from everyday. My mom has even mentioned to me how good the food is. They do seem to have quite a few different activities planned for the residents everyday, however I gave it a 4 only because my mom has mentioned a few times to me that she wishes there was more to do. She says the activities get a little repetitive, however that could just be her personal opinion. For value - This is one where it is hard for me to know for sure if the value to cost is comparable or better to other facilities since I did not look into many of them before deciding on Grand Villa. However I feel like for what you get at Grand Villa it is a great value to what my mom pays.

I am a speech language pathologist here at Grand villa Palm Bay. Very friendly staff and very clean facility, some aids are more helpful than others.
