My mom was a resident in their memory care facility until she fell in Fall 2020. Grand Villa has been diligently working with us to have mom return to their facility. Sadly, due to her declining health, we had to move her to a skilled nursing facility and she is unable to return to Grand Villa. I cannot say enough good things about this location, the Executive Director and the Memory Care staff. If you are looking for a memory care/assisted living facility, I highly recommend you check out this location. It really does have a "home-like" feel and I was so appreciative of the precautions that they took due to COVID-19, while still allowing us to visit her. That meant more to us than they will ever know. Side note: Prior to moving in here, my mom really struggled with eating. For every meal I was present for, my mom ate everything on her plate. That was huge! She would not do that at home for us! ;-)

My 93 year old parents moved into Grand Villa of Altamonte in August in the midst of the pandemic. In fact, my parents are always commenting about how nice everyone is to them. We chose the one bedroom for them which was spacious enough to accommodate their queen size bed easily. My wife and I are very happy that we chose Grand Villa of Altamonte.

It's a very well run and organized facility. Their communication is very good. We get weekly covid updates and they really seemed to care. The maintenance dept is very good also. I would recommend this community to others.

I had a wonderful experience here. [name removed] called me and said this apartment was available so I came and toured it and I really liked it. I also met 3 of the ladies who live here and thought I could really love it here so this is the place we chose. I do think that they need more activities such as arts and crafts, they have more activities for the memory care side rather than independent living. They have a magnificent chef, the food was very good. He really went above and beyond for every meal. They had a great breakfast. I would say this is the best facility in Saint Augustine. All of the staff members were amazing to work with.

Grand Villa had activities like music, buffets, bingo, movies. The food was just okay, they could do a lot better. This community is very well laid out. The rooms are adequate. The staff there is very very friendly.

Thank you for keeping my father safe. Tuscan Gardens is a wonderful facility, with caring staff at many levels. I sure miss visiting dad in person but the video and window opportunities are very nice!

They took very good care of my father. The care was consistent. My dad was in memory care. They were always on top of the care. The activities director was incredible. It is just a good bunch of people. My dad really liked the food. I would recommend them to anyone.

We chose this community because of the location, it was closest to my residence. The room size was very small. The food was not that great. I would recommend this facility to a friend or family member.

Had a wonderful experience here. The place was always clean and the staff was very attentive. It was the perfect place for our family members. The care was exactly what we needed as well and they did a very good job. The activities were amazing as well.

The care was very good. They did a phenomenal job with my mother and the staff was very caring. One of the care givers in particular was very good with my mother. She would send me photos of my mother interacting with the staff and other residents and engaging in community activities. My mother even enjoyed being there, despite her short stay. My mother, who is very hard to please, had nothing bad to say! The only thing was that the toilet was too low in her bathroom.

From the moment I started speaking with the directors of Grand Villa Boynton Beach it was apparent that this facility was going to be different. The overwhelming show of support, attentiveness of each of the directors, nurses, and staff have been fantastic. I had questions and they had easy to understand answers and invaluable suggestions. I feel secure in knowing my loved one is safe in great hands and that I will be contacted and included in the daily care and progress of all issued. I highly recommend Grand Villa Boynton Beach and look forward to a long relationship with them.

Everybody that works here does an excellent job. That's a fact. It ain't lying if it's true. They do an awesome job.

Our mother loves Gran Villa. As daughter's you want to feel you parent is safe. Also the director [name removed] will gets back to us so quickly when we have a question. She truly cares that the family wants their parent to have the best care.

My Mother is in good hands at Grand Villa. I feel assured that she is getting the best care and is in a safe environment! The facility is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and there are lots of activities (thanks to the activity specialist [name removed]) to keep busy. Thanks to everyone who cares for my Mother on a daily basis!

My father has been at Grand Villa a little over a year and loves it here. It has given him his life back with all the activities, friends, wonderful, loving and caring staff. Delicious meals, served in a beautiful dining room. Spacious room with private bath and kitchenette, allowing him to have some of his favorite snacks and privacy. He’s busy playing cards or Bingo, going on field trips, art classes, Bible Study, and trivia. He just is so happy and so are we!

Very nice, clean,freindly. Lots of activities.

If you are looking for a facility with a large memory unit, you should definitely see if this property to see if it fits your needs.
