I am looking forward to this facility opening. I have reserved a unit for my parents to move in once they open. The building is beautiful from the outside and the staff i have met seem very passionate and caring. I actually didn't know that the building was not open yet and walked right in. I didn't get too far before a construction worker informed me that i was to go to the sales trailer I was very impressed with the inside of the building from what i saw. There have been delays with construction but I feel that it will be worth the wait once we are able to move in.

They offer a variety of activities at Grand Villa. They have happy hour, music, people come in to entertain and they take trips out to lunch. The food is not the best as it seems like institutional food. The staff are very friendly, helpful and encourage dad to participate in the activities. I would recommend this community.

The staff at Grand Villa Delray East are a true team. Many times I see Nurses, Managers, and clerical staff walking around the community interacting with the residents, pouring them coffee, stopping to chat with them in the dining room. Even the ED will stop to bus a table or take a resident from their room to an activity. They definitely walk on water when it comes to the residents and really care about them!

Staff is courteous and competent. Security is excellent in Memory Care Unit.

The perks of this place are-it's clean, caregivers and it's a beautiful property. A few months ago I was contiplating moving my Aunt out but now with the new manager they have running the place things are improving! Not to mention she is a caring and dedicated person! Definitely recommend to everyone I know looking for a place for their loved one!

My mom was one of the first handful of residents here. I visit often and the staff and management are always so pleasant and answer all of my questions. There has been a few changes in management but for the better. Anytime I have a concern management is able to ease my mind and make my mom happy here.

It's very favorable. It's great for my mom. She's very independent, and this is a fantastic fit for her. It's a transitional community. It's a brand new community, and it's beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly, and can talk to you for hours! I'd recommend this community for people that are still independent.

My father-in-law is now residing at this community, the move-in was simple and comfortable. The staff are respectful, friendly, and nice. The staff also assist in shaving, bathing, and everything that is necessary. The food is good and the community is very clean in and out. The provide lots of activities and my father-in-law has participated in a few already. I would recommend this community, it been very good so far.

a beautiful facility right on the river! the views are spectacular Great staff a must see before you make any decisions... its brand new as of 2016 all the services and activities you could imagine !!..Make sure you check this one out before you make your choice.Beautiful !!

Excellent facility. Lots of space outside and inside to roam around alone. Very clean and nice staff. The semi private room they offered was $3400 per month and our budget is $3200.

My husband has been here for about two months now, he complains about the food but, he always does. He is still trying to adjust, he wants to come home but, that has nothing to do with where he is. The only complaint that I have is the parking, however I would guess that they can't do anything about that.

Almost 4 years ago Mom was living alone in Brooklyn, NY. We decided that it was time for her to make the move to an Assisted Living Facility in Florida, because that is where we lived. Truth be told, she did not want to go. We looked at a number of facilities from Boca to West Palm Beach and decided on the facility that is now Grand Villa East. Mom said that she would stay for 3 weeks at most. It has been close to 4 years and she now calls Grand Villa East "my home". The facility is extremely clean. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. She has a lovely 1 bedroom apartment and enjoys 3 wonderful meals a day. She spends her times doing activities, listening to lectures and enjoying the entertainment provided weekly. She is very happy there and that makes us very happy. We would recommend it highly.

Grand Villa East is a five star Assisted Living Community that Looks Like Home and Feels Like Family. We excell in the Care for our residents and their Safety. If it was time for my family members to move into a Assisted Living environment, Grand Villa East would be the place I would choose.

They do a great job at Grand Villa of Ormond Beach! The facility itself is modern looking, clean, and always very well kept. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking out for the residents! I've also been really impressed with the food, it's all home-made and fresh! I highly recommend the place to anyone looking into care in the area!

My brother and I took my parents, who are in their 90's, on tours of various assisted living facilities. Alycia Altman, senior living advisor, was incredible resourceful in not only helping us find places, but also in offering suggestions as to how to help my parents take that big step. She was a wonderful support to our family. After our first tour of the Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs my mother knew that she had found the place for her. Staff was incredibly friendly, the place had a comfortable, homey feel, the residents were very gracious in acknowledging the presence of my folks, even though they were complete strangers and the food was the clincher. We appreciate the fact that the chef is committed to serving low fat, low carb, low sugar meals...perfect for my pre-diabetic father and the layout was easy to navigate. It was a more difficult decision for my father to move so we put them on a waiting list. When at last they moved in, (about 6 months after their first tour), the process went wonderfully smoothly. They have been there for almost 3 weeks and have nothing but good things to report...from the friendliness and efficiency of housekeeping staff, the quality of the food, the helpfulness of the med techs, the watchful eyes of nursing staff, the diversity of activities, one-one help as needed....and even how the maintenance staff helped make minor adaptations to the lighting to accommodate my father's diminishing eyesight. Our questions and concerns that we shared about our folks have been treated with respect and appropriately addressed. Our family is so glad to have found Grand Villa and that it is truly feeling like a good fit for my folks...not exactly home as they knew it...but home enough to feel like this is where they can make new friends and, in time, will be home enough.

Grand Villa of Ormond Beach is 14 karat. We checked out 8 places before deciding on this one. This facility is the best. The food is good. The staff give us plenty of attention. What more could you want? I am very happy with this facility. I highly recommend it.

Now this place is really beautiful and the staff very caring and appreciative that people come there to live. They seem to "get it", when it comes to customer service. From the person who cleans up to the person who runs the house, they are all out there orking eveyday to make the people who live there happy, nobody sits around.

Wonderful visit. Lots of information that I needed to know. Very friendly staff. The residents looked like they enjoyed living there. Very clean. I would recommend this facility based on my visit there.
