The administrative team is very responsive to the families of its residents, patiently explaining any and all changes that impact residents. The patient care teams are remarkably attentive to the residents, even under very difficult circumstances. They take special care to point out for me, any changes in my wife's condition - i.e., sleeping more, not eating, etc.

Staff is attentive and friendly. My dad feels like he is home. I would highly recommend Silver Bluff Grove.

We really like that it is solely focused on memory care. The community feels very welcoming and all the staff are always friendly and ready to help. The entire facility is bright and clean, residents appear well cared for.

This program has the staff to provide many services, activities and a beautiful living environment. We just had Senior Olympics and had many participants who earned a medal. We had a delicious Hawaiian picnic to make the awards We have workshops and and classes to keep us informed on availability of assistance to make our living easier. We are given opportunities to share our experiences in our past lives. We have movie night, we have Physical Therapy. Occupational therapy here in our apartments in private. As well as transportation for shopping, medical appointments , manicures here in the activity room,. We are taken on trips to see the City , to Casinos twice a year, we got to tour the Denver Mint, the Botonnical Gardens, Garden of the Gods and many sight seeing trips. We were taken to see the Christmas Lights around the city. BASEBALL GAMES, WE HAVE A VERY COMMUNITY. We have cooking classes, Arts and Crafts. We are a Pet Friendly community and our pets are very important to our life and shared with others. We have beautiful yards that are so pleasant to sit and relax. We have beautiful walking trails both for us to walk and to walk our dogs.. We do have some complaints regarding our food service but, we do have 3 full meals per day, beautiful dining areas, and we service approximately 200 persons per meal. This community has Independence Living, Memory Care, Assisted Living, so as we age, our health needs change so we do not need to leave our community to acquire these services, we can be accommodated without leaving to seek other accommodation. THIS MEANS S I MICH TO OUR FAMILIES. AND OUR CLIENTS AS THEY SEE THE SAME FRIENDS, AND DON'T HAVE TO GO TO STRANGE PLACES. THIS IS OUR GOLDEN YEARS! MOST OF ALL WE ARE GREATLY TAKEN CARE OF NOT LONELY. NOT HUNGRY, KEOT CLEAN I FAILED TO MENTION WE HAVE: HOUSEKEEPING, LAUNDRY, APARTMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND ABOVE ALL OUR ONE OR TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS, ARE EQUIPPED WITH KITCHENETTES IF WE WANT TO COOK, ALSO MAINTENANCE STAFF TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS. YOU JUST CANNOT FIND A MORE ACCOMMODATING PLACE AT OUR AGE! IF THIS ISN'T "THE GOLDEN YEARS"???? WHAT IS. WE DON'T HAVE TO BOTHER OUR CHILDREN, ALTHOUGH WE SEE THEM COMING TO RUN ERRANDS, TAKE MOM, DAD, GRANDMA, GRANDPA TO DINNER OR HAVE LUNCH OR SUPPER HERE WITH THEM! I ALWAYS SAY, GOD WAS WITH ME WHEN HE HEPLPED MY SON FIND THIS PLACE.

I think it is a good idea to look at multiple places and decide what is the best fit. Downriver Estates was by far the best facility for my family. The staff, on all shifts, are amazing. They know my grandma well, and they treat her like family. They all know us, her family, as well. They work seamlessly with outside providers and handle medications in-house, which makes things easier and more efficient than having 3rd party providers. The activities provided daily keep residents engaged and active. The staff encourages participation gently, but effectively. Things that stand out to me include the interactions between staff and residents and the atmosphere on all shifts. The communication and activities. Everything handled in house. Bottom line, my grandma is safe and well cared for.

Kessler was very clean, and it smelled good and that was important to me and my father. The staff was very friendly and helpful. [name removed] was very kind and shared a lot of information and made the decision easy for my family.

All the staff are amazing. They all treat the residents as family members and are genuinely committed to providing a safe and healthy environment. They have great activities to keep the residents involved daily. The meals that are provided are not only well prepared, but also healthy meals. My wife has become attracted to some of the staff due to her being treated like a family member. I definitely recommend this facility.

Outstanding overall. The facility is very clean with a real home-like feel. The support staff was very professional and friendly. Food was average, with additional choices. The Director was always available and helpful. I would like to give a shout out to two exceptional employees, [name removed] and [name removed]. Their care and concern for my father's comfort and well being was outstanding and heartfelt. I would highly recommend this facility.

They are very helpful in every way. Very accommodating in special circumstances. They have been making updates and upgrades to the building and grounds. My uncle, who lives there and I are extremely happy with Duluth Heights.

The nurses and staff were very attentive of Daddy and all of our family members. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and showed grace and compassion when caring for Daddy. He truly loved his time in the Assisted Living side and made many new friends . He enjoyed his favorite ice cream and sweet tea daily . [name removed] was amazing getting Daddy to engage in the activities throughout the week and I went on a few excursions with them and enjoyed my time too. The food is as always good and we shared many memories in the cafeteria with him . The only negative I would have is the room wasn't always cleaned and the floor was sticky a lot . Our entire experience from touring, making the decision, Enhabit Hospics, finances, and relationships with staff/nurses, and his death were truly a blessing from the Lord ! It was definitely the right place for us . My Daddy only lived in the facility for 3 months before passing but it truly was his home for that part of his life .

My sister in law's husband died several years ago. She was lonely, distressed, and very overwhelmed. She couldn’t keep up her large house. She asked her doctor for help and he recommended Kessler Estates. We were impressed the moment we walked in. Everyone smiled and greeted us. [names removed] were very helpful and informative. [name removed] is settling into her room, and the facility. I overheard her tell her grandson, I love it here. I’m safe. And the food is delicious! Thank you for making the rest of [name removed] life a happy one.

I visited Leisure Park and met with [name removed] for a tour. I was looking for a place for my mom who has dementia. [name removed] was amazing. She was sincere, caring and honest about how difficult it is to have a parent in a state of decline. All of the other staff that I met were equally professional and friendly. The facility is welcoming and not at all like a nursing home.

The place is gorgeous, decorated nicely. The fireplace & surrounding area are so comfortable for visiting or reading. The staff all seem very friendly, they always have a smile on their faces & truly happy to be there. The rooms are updated and have plenty of space, the residents really all seem happy to be there.

We are so glad to have found Oak Ridge. Their concern for the residents is unmatched in our experience. When you walk through the doors, you get a sense of family; a happy family! If you’re looking for a safe place for someone you love, look no further.

I recently attended an event at this Assisted Living Community, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming and beautifully maintained. The staff was kind, attentive and genuinely engaged with both residents and guests,which really showed the care and dedication they put into their work.

What stands out most to me is the sense of peace knowing that my loved one is in a place where their health, happiness, and independence are supported every step of the way. Kessler isn’t just an assisted living community—it’s a place where residents can thrive. The staff is very polite and welcoming and I’m glad that I chose Kessler for my mom.

After taking a tour of Kessler Estates, meeting staff members, hearing a presentation about who they are and how they serve our community and our senior population, I have become very impressed and know that should I need any of the services that they provide for myself or any loved ones, they would certainly be my first call! I have heard nothing but praises about them!
