Sodalis Elder Living

I was at Sodalis for 9 months and went to Independent Living . I missed the People and interaction with the Activities. I wanted to come back and here now enjoying the Amenities. The meals are great from breakfast to Dinner.

My mom has been living here for ever two years and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are patient, and care about the residents’ well-being. The facility is clean and inviting. They also keep our family updated, which gives us peace of mind.

The community is smaller with a homey feel and excellent staff.

I enjoy being in this community. I have no complaints. I have met a lot of new people. The staff is very friendly and caring. The food is good, my overall experience has been amazing. I would recommend this place to others.

Visited this community during an event. The food and atmosphere was great! Everyone seems to be happy and having a great time! I would recommend this community to others in the area! The staff seem attentive and fun as well.

My mom recently moved into Sodalis Stuart and my opinion of the residence and staff is great! The staff really go above and beyond to care for my mom and her health. The rooms in the residence are cleaned and the staff really help all the residents. I've personally eaten here also and the food is great as well, My mom loves the food too. Sodalis Stuart is really a blessing in our lives.

Sodalis leadership allowed my dad to be in assisted living rather than memory care which has afforded my dad an easier transition into this next stage in his life with newly diagnosed moderate dementia along with his other medical conditions. He still feels independent but has the comforts of having the assistance with remembering to take his medications and no worries with making meals, cleaning his room and doing laundry. This allows him to live life without worrying.

I toured Sodalis, TX City for my mom and we are moving her there in the near future. She has been in and out of facilities over the last year and the Sodalis TX CIty staff is by far the most professional, helpful, efficient and caring of any facility I have visited. From the tour, to transferring her, including getting her set up with the right clinical care has been the best experience. We are looking forward to her starting a new life at Sodalis!

It's all a 5 in my opinion....weekends, especially Sunday are rather quiet with a very small staff presence, few activities and doors locked that make it difficult to get in or out...good for resident safety, hard for visitors

Our love one has a delightful stay at Sodalis Senior Living - Jacksonville. The place is beautifully decorated and clean. The personnel have been there for years which says volumes. The meals, weekly musical entertainment and holiday activities were amazing. Concerns were addressed quickly and resolved to my satisfaction. With out love one being a Veteran, we were allowed to have a home healthcare aid come in 3 days a week for a total of 11 hrs to do extra things like read to him, take him outside, shave him, bath him and laundry his clothes more often than provided by staff. He would still be there except the State Veterans Nursing Home provided an opening for him. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at Sodalis.

We are still very happy with them. I would recommend to others.

My mother in law is at this community and we absolutely love it. They answer questions, return calls, and they really care about the residents. Thank you Sodalis for taking care of my mother in law and putting our minds at ease.

Very nice place and very welcoming. Looking forward to staying here. The place is clean, no odor, the residents are happy and engaging in activities. [name removed]the sales director does an amazing job! She won us over the most.

Visited eight different places in Augusta and chose Sodalis due to location, atmosphere, watching the staff, how they price, no add ons. My Brother has been there for over two months and has never been happier. The staff embraced him as have the other residents. I have peace of mind knowing that he is there and happy.

Staff is wonderful and so involved in the residence. Trying to talk to administrative personal is difficult once you sign the contract. Always in meetings. I would choose it again regardless because of nursing and staff.

On two separate occasions, my husband exhibited signs of physical distress. I each instant an executive staff member noted his unusual behaviors, discussed them by telephone with me, and took action to investigate with medical attention. As it developed, both times he required medical intervention to treat the underlying causes of his distress; one of these was so significant it was life threatening; the other could have developed into serious or life threatening outcome. I applaud Sodalis' staff and personnel for personally knowing each resident and responding quickly to causes for alarm.

I moved mom in to Sodalis Wharton. She loves living there because she can go places with all the residents. She loves the food and the activities planned. I'm happy because she is happy. All the staff is friendly.

I was greeted by [name removed] and [name removed]. The staff is awesome. Food is great.... my mom with Lewy body Dementia likes it. The staff and assistants are extremely patient with my mom's hallucinations and delusions. This place is A plus.

My moms only complaint is during food service. She says the staff isn't friendly and sometimes she isn't served her drink or dessert. She has chosen to cook and eat in her room to avoid the situation. I told her to tell someone but she said its not worth it.
