I was helping my Aunt find placement on the Northside of San Antonio. These people are great. I heard an amazing piano duet by two of the residents.

Enjoyed living at Laurelhurst,all the employees from cleaning to management was fantastic to our whole family(special Thanks to[name removed]). The residents are like one big family,it made life enjoyable and safe

Staff is always kind and courteous and helpful when I am visiting patients.

The Director & staff are team players. While visiting my sister at Waterford at Baytown I’ve witnessed how the staff help out where they are needed. NEVER have I heard a staff member say ‘that’s not my job, I’ll get someone else to help you’. They all pitch in & help where needed. My sister LOVES the current chef’s culinary skills.

We were in the memory care, they do everything they can to make the patient happy and life happy for them. They are very personal and individualize with each patient.

We were very impressed with the support and understanding that our loved one received when they needed to move from their home of 50 years into a more secure and comfortable environment. The manager went above and beyond and helping our loved one with the transition. We feel so fortunate that our loved one is now in a caring and comfortable community.

I enjoy the layout of this Senior Living center. We enjoy the spacious common areas and the activities are great! There is a very professional front office staff, they are also eager to help us.

We have residents and staff that meet in our Chapel to pray for The Waterford and the residents. Entertainment and activities have been elevated and more volunteers are becoming involved. The residents here, including myself, appreciate the cosmetic efforts that have been made thus far, but are eager to see the complete renovation. Let's have a party to celebrate the finished project. The food is getting better and the dining staff has been upgraded.

I have lived here almost three years and would recommend the Wellington to friends and family. It’s a wonderful place to live. I go to the NRH Centre to swim twice a week and the Wellington provides us the transportation to and from.

I visited this community with a friend for her mom and noticed how clean and friendly the community was. The staff greeted us right away which made us feel welcomed! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for assisted or independent living!

My mom moved into LaurelHurst in [date removed]and just recently transitioned to LaurelWoods. All the staff from the very start have been amazing! Both facilities are full of caring people who have gone above and beyond to give great care and compassion to my mom. The staff is what has made LaurelHurst and LaurelWoods the right choice for us! I am so thankful for the incredible staff at both locations that have stood in gap for my mom and gave her the care she needs that we can not provide.

I am a current resident I like the people , bingo and games especially when I win !! I love the arts and crafts , food is good ! The management is helpful . Totally remodeled and loving it , just beautiful .

I would highly recommend the Wellington. I am happy to call it home. It is newly remodeled and the staff is great.

We are so happy with The Waterford on Huebner. [name removed]showed us all the options. When she gave us a tour many residents were participating in activities and enjoying each other's company. Delicious meals are provided as well as multiple fun activities each day. There is a workout room, crafts room, library/puzzle room, and games room. There are many cozy seating areas and two lovely large porches around the building to sit and have a chat. Every staff member we ran into was polite, friendly, and helpful. There is a courtesy shuttle and our mother's doctor even comes to the facility to check on patients. On several occasions, a pianist provided dinner music during the week that we were getting our mother situated. The rooms are updated nicely between residents.

My husband and I moved to Landrum, SC and needed to find a place for my 92 year old Mother-in-Law. After contacting every Senior Living community in the area that offered both Independent living and assisted living, we knew LaurelHurst/LaurelWoods was the right place for her. [name removed] is a true angel! She was so attentive to our needs and stayed in constant communication with us. The unit has been beautifully updated and all the amenities offered are exactly what we were hoping for. The rest of the staff has been amazing as well! My MIL is so happy and feels so welcome here!

I very happy with all the services provided. The staff are very nice and caring. [name removed] the activities director does a great job making sure each resident is able to participate and have a great experience with the activities.

We enjoyed our time at The Waterford at Huebner and would have stayed if our family had stayed in the area.

Although my loved one was unable to move here because she unexpectedly needed skilled nursing care, I was very impressed with how warm and welcoming LaurelHurst and LaurelWoods were. The apartments we toured in independent living were modern, well appointed and inviting. The assisted living area had the friendliest, most upbeat vibe of any I had ever visited and the memory care area felt very homelike and peaceful. The residents we encountered throughout seemed genuinely happy and content. My husband and I got to dine with the independent living residents and the food we had was very good. All of the team members we met were helpful and courteous. The Sales Director was exceptional and did a great job of helping us explore options to meet the individual needs of our loved one, all the while doing so with warmth and compassion.

My father and I toured this facility when looking for places for my grandparents, we havent decided on one yet but personally ifnit was my decision i would definitely going to be going with the Waterford on Cooper, the proximity to the highway would make visits a breeze! Plus the kind staff and beautiful facility was second to none of the other places we toured
