It felt like the sales said one thing and then we got there and it was different. The people that I know are going to be with my loved one and caring for my loved one is the ones I want to get close to. With the staff shortage right now I think there is a struggle with care. I did not feel like all things were up front. Also it was important for me to meet the director and the person that I would be working with everyday. It was a great tours and a lot of knowledge but everything was flashy and appeared to be more than what was actually offered.

This is a great place. The staff make it that way. The staff are quick to respond to questions or concerns I have any. My loved one likes the food. Bingo, socials, and more are some of the activities for the residents to participate in. There is a beauty salon in on site.

The staff was very accommodating and was able to have an apt ready for my Brother after he was ready to be discharged from Physical Rehab. His apt was very clean and had a great view of the courtyard. All staff members were very pleasant to deal with and very responsive. I dealt mostly with one of the lease managers [name removed] and she was very responsive and was able to send us all the documents we needed to complete electronically. Everything went very smoothly the day my Brother became a resident of THE AMBERLEIGH.

We chose Whitley Place because of the close location so we are able to visit her frequently. The room sizes at the facility are nice and spacious. The staff are very responsive and friendly. I do think that the food could be better, it looks to be institutional but I know that is common. We would recommend them.

The staff is what has me returning during winter weather storms. Respite option is like checking into a five star hotel. Customer service is perfect, food is fresh and delicious.

moved here to keep independence but have the care as I may need. The transportation options are a life saver. Great people! I am treated like family by staff.

For the duration of my stay so far the staff has been 5 star. Always responds quickly and resolves needs immediately. Food is always fresh, hot and wonderful. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

although my loved one was only a resident for a little over a week, the experience of getting her moved in was amazing. the staff were very friendly and always reassured my loved one that she could do more. on one of the first nights, they encouraged her to go downstairs to participate in an activity and interact with the other residents. this resulted in her getting up to sing and having a glass of wine! this surprised me a lot because she said no to almost every other activity. this community is wonderful; there's a lot to do if you want to take part. it's clean with good food and a caring staff. unbeknownst to my family, my loved one needed a more advanced of level of care, which unfortunately led to having to move her out early - to no fault of the community. this was a short stay, but she did enjoy her time here and i would recommend to others!

I chose The Waterford at Ironbridge because of how friendly the staff were and they were willing to work with me on the rent. I have a studio apartment and it it fine for what I need. The meals are very good and are all chef prepared. The director [name removed] went above and beyond her duties while I was in the hospital for [dates removed] and she actually took my dog home with her. My dog loves the front desk staff, they always give her treats. I was not expecting it to be this expensive, but it is worth it for everything that I get here. I would definitely recommend The Waterford to others looking.

very friendly and welcoming with a good staff. my loved one and her friends do think that the meals could be served a little later in the day.

When he went to look, the facility provided exactly what he needed. It is "al a carte" so extra things you may need are add on charges which was perfect for him. The apartments are on the smaller side, but it is enough for what he needs. I really like how they provide the level of care that the individual person needs. I would recommend to others.

The staff members are very friendly and so far we have really been happy with The Waterford, the value for cost has been great. The meals are very good, that is one of our loved ones biggest highlights of being there.

Quick to respond, very friendly, great service. Really enjoy the dining room with all windows and fireplace with clock. It's like I'm at home.

They could work to improve their internal organization and keeping track of our loved ones belongings, we have had some trouble with their clothes going missing and running out of clothes.

We like the smaller scale of the community, it has a more intimate setting. It is very nice, they are doing some upgrades like painting and adding new carpet. It is in a nice location and overall we are very happy.

I liked the people and the lay out at this community it just came down to a coin toss and we went with the other community. The community had an access door for outdoors but I seen it as a safety issue for my loved one.

Very pleasant staff. Always courteous and professional. Very clean facility. My client is very happy here. It was a pleasure to come in and visit as a nurse.
