The peace and happiness knowing that my dearest friend is not only cared for, but also, cared ABOUT, is inexpressible. The genuine care and thoughtfulness shown by every employee to each and every resident is second to none. It is often hard to distinguish between employee and resident due to the extraordinary interaction between the two. Never in my 70 years have I experienced more, a true sense of community than when visiting at The Waterford.

I love my room and the friends I have made.

So far my experience with Anthology of Louisville has been great. There is always something fun for my friend to do, and she talks about how great the food is. She also loves the staff and says they have always gone out of their way to make sure she has everything she needs.

I feel good about Laurelwoods as a care facility for my wife. There Magnolia Trails program for memory care is excellent. The staff is very caring! The food is great. Lots of activities.

I was first introduced to the Waterford at Irongate in [date removed]. It had become apparent that my sister could not live on her own any longer and the Waterford was recommended to me. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. Everyone I met, I felt like I had known for many years. There is a real family atmosphere and upbeat people everywhere. I had lunch, which was fabulous, and met many of the staff that day. When my sister moved in, they were there to help in any way they could. Unfortunately, my sister's health declined rapidly and she lived there for less than two months. I live in Tennessee and when I was back in Springfield to finalize some of my sister's business, I stopped by to see my new family! I highly recommend the Waterford and thank Kelly and all the staff for their professionalism, courtesy, kindness and above all else, their love! I will see you all the next time I'm in town. The staff has treated my mother the way I would want to be treated. They are respectful and kind. Throughout Covid-19 quarantine the staff put in exhausting hours to plan special treats to brighten up the long days for residents. They were wonderful about reassuring me of Mom’s health and Overall well being. My mom constantly expresses how nice it is there and how much she loves the people there.

We’ve been very happy and so has our aunt. The staff is always nice. They’re providing the care that she needs and are very thorough. They have plenty of activities - crafts, religious related activities, music, exercise, things like that.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this community, the best thing about it is that they have a two bedroom assisted living units. So if one of our loved ones needed more assistance they could go together, they wouldn't have to be separated.

The staff and facility of this community is outstanding. From the first phone call to now multiple visits, I knew this place was different from what I had experienced or been exposed to in the past. Visitors and residents are treated as special. There is a feeling of calmness and love is the environment. You truly feel like you have come home. The community is clean, spacious, and full of opportunities for all residents.

I do work at this community and can honestly say that I recommend it for your loved ones. The residents are all wonderful people and it’s been a pleasure building relationships with them. The team here has huge hearts and they treat the residents like they would their own family members.

We had a good tour and liked the facility, we just did not feel as drawn to the staff members here.

From my call to Sr Advisors to moving Mom in-fast and seamless. While I expect it will take mom a bit to adjust the staff has been incredible. Emails, Facebook, sign in/out...communication is wonderful.
