Mom came to West Shores as somewhat temporary. We could not be more happy with her stay. She was here for over a month, & from the moment we toured to the moment it was time to leave, it was obvious this was a special place. Every single worker we ran into over that month was exceptionally helpful & nice. They all were willing to do whatever they needed to make Mom feel comfortable & happy while she was there. They went beyond their job. They reached out having conversations with her & our family, & offered their assistance in many ways beyond what is expected-knocks on the door to help her get to the dining room, calls to her apartment to check on her, & notes on her dinner boxes when she wasn't feeling well. The residents were just as nice & were always ready to have a conversation. A very lively community with many activities to engage in. Beautiful grounds, nice apartments, wonderful food! Really love this place & will return again if Mom ever chooses to move from her home.

My mother lives at the Waterford. This was the first place we looked at for my mother and the only place. We knew as soon as we toured it our mother would love it and she does. The staff from the front desk and the kitchen couldn't be any nicer and very helpful. My mother is happier than she has been in years. I wish I could give more stars because the Waterford deserves many more.
