I recently toured the community w my mom and we were treated w both sensitivity and respect by [name removed]. She gave mom her undivided attention, giving her options before unknown. Such as possible assistance from the VA from Dad’s wartime service! It made this a wonderful and doable experience. Mom has been enjoying her time there and is happier then I have seen her in a very long time. Thanks [name removed] for your continued eyes on mom!!!

My sister absolutely loves it here. We chose this facility because it was the most reasonable priced one we found in the White Bear area and she is very familiar with the are it is in. She is in a 2 bedroom apartment and it is more than enough for her needs. If anything is ever wrong they come to help her out quickly. They have a lot of activities provided for residents to participate in. I would recommend to others looking.

The community did not have any CNA's and was not able to perform some care. I would suggest that your loved be more independent to use the facility. They offer medication distribution but no diabetic medication injeections. I would recommend this community to others

My brother is so happy here. He is being very well taken care of and so are his animals. We are very pleased with The Jefferson.

It was a very good experience except they would not give us back out deposit when we moved my friend. I think they need to improve on staff personality. There was one person that was absolutely great with us [name removed]. He was very kind and compassionate and went out of his way. I would recommend to others looking but just make sure to watch what you sign.

The staff members were friendly and very helpful, and when it came to the food they were very accommodating and they tried their best when it came to the activities. We thought the value was really good and very reasonable.

Service is excellent, both administratively and professionally. Always provide quality care and concern for residents.

I would highly recommend the community. My loved one is enjoying the community to the best of her ability. The staff is very responsive to me. I feel my loved one is very safe. If I had to do it over again, I would. It is expensive, but worth it. The community did a good job through COVID. The director and nurse are top notch in my opinion.

Due to the covid restrictions the activities were shut down, but we do know they have a great plan in place to get them back up and running. We like that the facility itself is attractive and always decorated very nicely.

We chose Rosemont because of the activities provided, the openness of the tour, and the administrator was the one showing us around but they knew all the residents by name so they are involved. They are making the most of activities and they are doing what they can with the restrictions. The food was really good but they recently changed chefs and she is not as fond of the new food. Some residents have been here for years so it shows they really like the facility and that meant a lot. I would highly recommend to others looking.

This is the one facility I absolutely want me mother to reside in. It feels so welcoming and warm environment. I can't wait to see my mother's face light up. Such a wonderful experience.

Three years ago my aunt moved to the Heritage at the Plains. She first moved into the Independent Living Wing. Her apartment was large and beautiful with a lovely balcony and full kitchen. Last year we moved her to the Assisted Living wing and she was happy to have a little extra care. Recently it became necessary to go to the Memory Care Unit where she is so happy. My Aunt [name removed] will soon be 95 years old and the Memory Care Unit is just where she wants to be. The care is wonderful, she has friends to socialize with and the food is excellent. The staff is dedicated and hard working. They always go the extra mile to make sure the residents are comfortable and that their needs are met. The facility is clean, well kept and nicely decorated. I do not have to worry about my aunt. She is in good hands. Thank you for taking care of her so well.

I found the executive director to be very knowledgeable. She's been with them long term. She was approachable and just insightful. She was able to talk to us about things we hadn't thought about yet. regarding dementia, and end of life care especially. She helped us to work through some of the myths on those two subjects. My loved one must have really liked the food, because they gave him double servings sometimes too. They did communicate well. I feel like if they weren't caring for my loved one well, they would not have talked to me so much. I felt like I didn't have to worry much. For the most part, I just had peace of mind that he was where he needed to be.

Wow...[name removed] was outstanding and informative. You could tell that she was really interested in giving me the best information about her facility there at the Remington. She answered all the questions and the facility has so many outstanding benefits. This is a place I would like to go to when my time comes up. I wish I could give her six stars instead of only five

It's just like an apartment. If there's something that's not working right or could be improved, don't hesitate to tell them. My loved one has had an issue with the communal washing machine - the hot and cold connections are mixed up, but that's a very minor issue. She likes the fact that she gets to have her own apartment, without roommates. She feels comfortable and safe here. She's been getting more and more involved with the activities, although the Covid situation has really restricted a lot of things. We also think the food is really great here.

This community is on University Parkway hidden behind some business offices. Once you come over the hill, it is actually a great set up for Memory Care. There are 7 full size houses that can hold up to 14 residents in each cottage with locked gates so that the residents can still go outside in their yard when they want without getting lost. There are 2 caregivers in each cottage and they have an administration building in the middle for functions and activities. Food looked great, it was BBQ and coleslaw. Great set up and caring people.

They've been wonderful, and very helpful. They were especially helpful in the process to transfer my loved one to Medicaid care. The process itself takes months, and they held a spot for my loved one as long as they possibly could, which gave us a lot of comfort. They've been outstanding during the pandemic, very safe, very concerned. We weren't able to visit as much as we would have liked, but that's just part of the deal right now with Covid. Now we've all been vaccinated and I'm looking forward to being able to see my loved one more.

The community is beautiful, overall it has been a good experience so far. She has really been enjoying the activities, she participates in the daily exercise classes, they play board games throughout the week, and they also take the residents off site for lunches. The other tenants are very friendly she has been able to make some friends.
