It is noted that Waterford management took full action to combat the covid problem. They started with mandatory meetings to go over rules and regulations and many other measures is providing safety for all. We feel that the staff is very friendly and cooperative. They follow up in an efficient manner with any problems! Activities are provided on a daily basis. There are a variety of activities suited for all examples are Bingo, exercise, cards WII bowling, and many other activities.

We are so blessed at this location. Our director seems to have every skill needed to be successful. She is so caring of her residents. It is very evident. Her team of helpers work together so very well. We had two brushes with covid-19. The first was handled very well, in the middle of the other but expecting a good outcome.

I've lived here three times. First st. John's after seizure, 5 weeks St John's and Rehab. I lost 62 pounds. Our son moved my wife and I to Louisville, KY to be near him after my spouse passed away, I moved back to the Waterford. The beginning it did not have dining service. The Waterford’s staff by far surpass all others.

Been here 2 years 2 months couldn't want any better group of people who provide for all and any needs I might have to enjoy my retiring years. It's been a pleasure living here. They try their best to keep us informed I feel safe during this pandemic and really that way even before it's struck.

The Waterford is a loveyly place to live. The staff is warm and welcoming. They know everyone's name and that makes me feel special. There's always something to do. My apartment is perfect, but more important the residents are warm and friendly and help to make the Waterford home.

We, my husband and I, enjoy living at the Waterford. It is a beautiful landscaped setting with places to walk outside. Staff are enthusiastic and energetic and helpful when needed. There are many planned activities and well stocked library for reading. The pandemic has been a challenge, but we have had communal dining and been able to get in halls. We highly recommend this place for older individuals needing some help to remain independent. Staff keep our families informed about activities via email.
