The food at The Waterford is very good. The staff are helpful and we have good communication. They offer a variety of activities. They keep the community clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

My mom is very happy here at her new home. She loves that community and the excellent staff that are always so nice and helpful. This community is very clean and beautiful in every area. The food is outstand and a great variety to choose from. Wonderful activies are available. We would highly recommend this for other families.

My father is doing great here at this community, I'am very pleased with his move here. It is a very nice looking community, they do a very good job keeping everything very well maintained. The staff is very good, they are very helpful and attentive. There are activities available. They do serve well balanced meals, the food is pretty good. Lauren Williams was amazing with all the help she provided us with, she was excellent. I know he is being cared for well, and I would highly recommend this community.

I have spoken with my mother regarding the community and she says she loves it. The staff are very attentive, they always acknowledge her. Her meals are healthy and good. The staff communication is very good they keep in touch with the family. The community is also maintained very clean and organized. I would recommend it to friends and family.

We had a very nice tour with Michael and discussed the financial ramifications of a move. From all of the facilities we have seen, this is our top choice.

My Mom and I have visited the Waterford over the last two years and we've both been very pleased with what we've seen and experienced. We've had some meals and have attended some outreach events. Some of the events involved live big band music and dancing- we had fun. The food has always been good as well. Mom is almost 80 and the Waterford is definitely our top pick for Mom's next step. The outreach events were a great way for us to experience the staff and the facility (both are great) before we make our choice. Mom is excited to go there.

Jennifer was a gem to work with. My mother was so happy when she moved in. The residents are very nice and gracious. She feels like she is home which is comforting to all of us. She did not want to burden her children with living with us. All six of us wanted her to move in with us. But she wanted to be independent and I think she made the right choice. Now when I call, she is doing this or at a meeting and doesn't have time to just talk. She is such a people person and is really enjoying her new friends. Thank you for making the recommendation.

Perfect place for my mom! She needed more care than the Senior Independent Living apartment complex she was currently living. The Jefferson provides three great meals a day, lots of activities, and I can add to the list of medical care as she needs it. The staff was very helpful and everyone seems friendly.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and explained everything the community offers. They are pet friendly, a beautician is on site, and meal plans are available. During my tour i noticed that everything was well organized. They offered the family a complimentary meal this was really nice. The staff met along the tour were friendly and accommodating

I am absolutely happy with the care and glad she is there. The staff are helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She is involved with the activities and likes it. I think they do a good job cleaning the community. My mom also likes the food that they make.

We really enjoyed the tour of The Wellington at North Richland Hills. It was a very beautiful community. It was a very welcoming place and felt like home. The staff were very enjoyable and knowledgeable.

It has been a good experience for my mother in this community. She is doing very well here. They are taking good care of her and her needs. They have a lovely staff here, they have been very helpful and attentive. They offer nice activities, she has tired a few of them. As far as the food, she thinks they need to serve bigger portions. I know they are providing her with good care. She is safe and this is a community I would recommend.

They offer a lot of different activities for the residents to enjoy. The staff are hospitable, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. I have eaten there along with some of my loved ones other friends and we are impressed with the service, the presentation and the large variety of good tasting healthy food they offer. I would definitely recommend this community.

My mother is receiving excellent care from the wonderful staff at this community. The staff makes to feel like your at home. Other patients make you feel welcome when you arrive and they also look out for each other. Activites are wonderful and field trips are offered. Excellent meals are available to everyone. The rooms and grounds are very clean at all times. The community is highly recommended to wonderful care.

My aunt is very happy at The Waterford at Mesquite. She is enjoying the ease and variety of meals offered. She is very satisfied with the staff and the care that they provide. They have a number of activities for the residents to partake in. My aunt has especially enjoyed the stretching group.

This is a beautiful place to live. It brings a touch of southern charm to ones life and home environment. Ms Pena was very kind and caring and shared with us all that this facility had to offer. The floor plans (square footage) came in several sizes and categories, meeting a residents needs and future needs. We were invited to have lunch and the food was very good. I was able to talk with several of the residents and they all felt very safe and happy there. We also meet the Executive Director who extended herself if we had any questions or needed something. All in all, a place a could call home.

The facility was nicely appointed and spacious. The staff was friendly and engaged. The suites were well lit with ample space and private bathroom, shower combination. Compared to comparable facilities that I have toured in the area, it seemed to be a little more expensive.

The staff in the community were nice and helpful. One of the residents said they were happy. Activities are offered to the residents. Transportation is available if needed. The community is a little big. I was looking for something smaller but overall it's a wonderful community.

The community had a really nice layout. I really liked that the staff was very informative. During my tour of the community the guide was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was able to visit the apartments they were nice and clean.

The staff at Country Charm is excellent. The community is very clean and up-kept. My mother and i have lovely dinners. They offer wine during dinner my mom really enjoys this. She has been engaging in the activities that are offered. I feel like she is in a safe place. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
