I like everything about The Waterford on Cooper. They leave us alone. They don't interfere with the way they we want to live. They keep the place clean and maintained. I am really impressed by their operation. Overall it has been a good experience. I have been several places in my lifetime, I'm an old man and have been around and this is the best place yet.

They have just really done everything right. They are extremely caring and personable with the residents. They make the place a home. We don't have enough good things to say about them. It is totally different than the other places we looked at it.

Seems very nice but no Medicaid waiver beds available as of 10/20/2015

Mom has been in Assisted Living at the Waterford on Cooper now for about 4 weeks. She has mild to moderate dementia and the staff have been wonderful as "reminders" for her to go to her meals and bedtime. With this extra help she has regained her weight. The beautician comes and gets Mom for her hair appointments so she doesn't have to remember. Her deluxe studio is very nice and it has a small kitchenette that makes her still feel independent. The courtyard is a pleasant safe place for her to sit and get some fresh air. This place is clean but I have found her bathroom trash gets full and seems to be missed sometimes. Overall I am happy with Waterford and mostly Mom is happy.

We love it. I think her favorite thing is that there are people around to socialize with, but she doesn't have to. She has done a few of the activities, and the shuttle bus. The people are very friendly, and they did a very good job integrating her into the community, they set her up with an ambassador. The food is actually pretty good. They have variety, so everyone doesn't have to have the same thing. The food is very flavorful, it doesn't seem like institutional. For the price and the services this was the best we saw, hands down. They were actually a little lower that other places we checked out.

The property is great. For the short amount of time everything is just fine. Small issue occurred where there are bigger issues at other facilities.

My 90 year old mother has been there since April and I couldn't be more pleased. The medical staff and aids are excellent.

Our experience with The Waterford at Fairfield was a very good one. The staff is friendly and professional, and they took very good care of my loved one. I would highly recommend the service.

Our experience with Roemont Assisted Living has been a very good one, I'd give them top marks across the board. They've been helpful and easy to work with throughout the whole process, and we haven't had any concerns about our loved one since she moved in. It's a very nice place, overall.

We loved this place and loved their affordability too.

The staff are very friendly at The Lodge at White Bear. My mom has loved it from the first time she checked it out. The staff is the greatest. It feels like home for her. She gets three meals a day, they do laundry, cleaning. All she has to worry about is getting herself dressed and ready. It has been a really good fit for her. They always have coffee on hand and snacks 24 hours a day. This facility is really ideal. The administrative staff go around with coffee at every meal and get a chance to get to know the people. We could not be happier.

If Crown Pointe could add physical therapy on site that would be good. It is a litter more expensive than the competition also. Other than that we have been pretty happy with this facility. Overall it's been a good experience.

We are happy with Renaissance West At Northbend Crossing. My mother is in the memory care unit because it was the only room available at the time. It has turned out to be a better situation for her, because she receives more care there than in the assisted living area. She fell last week and the nurse and staff helped her immediately. The staff appear to be very caring and talk pleasantly with her. The first week she was there, the staff in the dining room already knew her name. The food is really good there, too! They offer lots of activities, but at this point, Mom has not participated in many of them. Hopefully, she will join in soon. The facility is safe, beautiful and always clean. The Executive Director, Debra Saul, is very compassionate and capable. She knew I was upset about not being able to take care of Mom anymore and she gave me a book about dealing with Alzheimer's and dementia. She has helped our family feel comfortable with our decision to place Mom in a care facility.

Really a great place for my sister. All her needs are met . The other people that live there and all the staff are friendly and kind .

They were very friendly. They helped and answered all our questions. Their meals and food service seems to be excellent. I don't have anything bad to say about it. Anything we have observed or participated in went above and beyond our expectations.

At The Waterford at Fitchburg we needed transportation back and forth for some medical appointments. The staff actually volunteered their vehicle on a day they don't normally do medical appointments. I just really thought that was nice and going above and beyond.

So far I love it. I would give them a five. We haven't had any complaints about food, or activities, or anything really. We haven't found any hidden fees, or extra unexpected charges. We have been happy with them.

My loved one really loves the interactions with the other residents and the hospitality and assistance that the staff gives. As far as improvements, if the residents are physically able it would be nice to take them to outings more; like the zoo or museum or some other activity besides what is on campus. I think that would be a big motivation.

My mom and dad have both enjoyed the companionship they get with other residents their age at The Waterford, but they also get to enjoy the privacy they have in their own apartment away from everyone else.
