My loved one is in as independent living, so we aren't using the housekeeping and nursing services on a regular basis. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful answering questions. They went out of their way for her to borrow furniture until hers had arrived. The building is homey and cozy feeling. Her apartment was one of the biggest for the price. It is close to shopping and medical facilities. I would recommend this facility.

The move in process needs some work. We are still waiting for her TV to be fixed so she can watch more than a couple channels. Also, maybe an ambassador to help show the ropes and check in would be great. Staff is always friendly and helpful and answers all questions. Food is nutritional and balanced. I think, as far as communication, maybe a check in to let us know how they see her doing would be good. And as far as recommending the place as a whole, I feel mostly comfortable saying based on staff interactions I would say yes I would recommend American House.

Communication sucks but the staff, when available, is great. The quality of the meals are great. Better communication would help. Based on our experience, I would not recommend the facility to others.

My husband and I recently visited my Aunt who is living at the Waterford. We were able to rent the guest room, and bring our sweet dog. We love that it is a pet friendly place, and the convenience of everything that is offered for my Aunt and other guests. The staff is very friendly, helpful, kind and courteous. One area of improvement would be mealtime. Although we didn't have to pay much to have dinner with my Aunt, the food did not all come out at once, and my husband had to look around awkwardly while my Aunt and I ate our dinner before it got any colder. (And I had to ask where his was.) I'm not sure why the dinners (all meals) aren't brought out all at the same time, but it certainly is an area that needs improvement. I feel it should be considered just as if they were 'going out for a meal' and treated as such. We were able to use the Rotundra and pull off a small surprise party for my Aunt, and invited family. Also, please consider a fenced in area for the dogs.

The facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. The staff is warm and very caring. The residents are generally welcoming and moderately active. There are opportunities for arts and crafts, game playing (bingo, Uno, etc.), and group movie watching. Because of the different level of care options, residents are able to receive the assistance they need / want while maintaining their independence. Frankly, the food fell into the category of "needs improvement" for the better part of the past 18 months. That said, there has been a significant, sustained improvement over the past 60 days.

I've so far been very pleased with Willow Grove. Of course, early on there was an adjustment period, but overall they have been very receptive and responsive to my concerns and desires. Their communication as to my Dad's situation has been very helpful to me.

The move in process was smooth. Communication can be tricky and I often have to contact a couple of times to get a response. Housekeeping is doing a good job of keeping the apartment clean. There's a nice variety of activities and residents are encourage to participate. I would recommend; the price is reasonable for the level and quality of care.

We picked this community because it was close to me, a newer facility, and had bigger apartment than other places.

The staff is wonderful. The housekeeping is okay. The meals need improvement and are served cold. I would recommend the facility, but not the food.

Café ladies are fabulous. Cleaning ladies are good also. The apartment sizes are great. Amenities offered are great. I would recommend Waterford at Fairfield to others.

Mom is legally blind and has a hard time seeing the activities calendar. She tends to stay in her room a lot because she doesn't have a feel for what is going on and when, yet. Loves her meals and has her laundry done and room cleaned every week.

Staff - very friendly, courteous, attentive Food 0 mom says the food is good. She eats good. Mom has made friends, enjoys visiting. A/C Repairs cause discomfort - warranted temporary rent reduction (didn't happen). Housekeeping in room could be better.

I would recommend. It's really a nice, clean & friendly home!!It was close to family. Other places I checked didn't have vacanties at this time. Meals could be better & more servings time. It's a little pricey.

I am currently a resident at The Wellington at North Richland Hills and overall things have been good for me at this facility. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to others.

I would tell anyone that it is a nice place and all amenities are very good. The main reason for choosing Vintage Gardens was the best facility in St Joseph, MO that was in his price range.

We like the friendly, caring atmosphere of the staff and residents. I would appreciate more communication with the staff. As the family member of a relatively new resident, I sometimes don't even know what I should be asking or even who I should be asking my questions.

My loved one is a resident at Summit Place. Everyone on staff has been extremely friendly and willing to assist. I would recommend this facility to others.
