I wish I would've moved in before covid/quarantine so I could've had a chance to meet other residents. The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. The staff has been like family since I've been here. Very grateful Country Charm is pet-friendly. My dog, Sammy, is also very happy here!

During this pandemic, The Wellington at Arapaho have kept things as smooth as possible. People, food, services are all very satisfactory

My only complaint is the meals are not as good as the used to be. I miss [name removed]'s cooking. Thought he was a very good chef and very personable. I think cutting cleaning days to every other week is not as nice as it used to be. My meal last night was disgusting. It was roast beef, I think, and my piece was a slice of gross fat!!. No meat...just a big piece of fat!. Should never happen to anyone. Just remember how much our rent is and what should be included in our cost...don't keep dumming it down. Having to wash towels and sheets was a service that we was covered in our rent! I have always done my own because I have my own W and D. I am thinking of others. Like I said, I am still happy I chose the Jefferson!

The staff are great. The cleaning ladies are great. The food is good and not so good. The personnel who delivers the food are great.

Living at Rosemont has been very good for me, and I've enjoyed living here. The staff and workers have been very helpful.

I like the smaller community as caretakers learn more about individual patients. There is always room for improvement. They are trying and we see new changes being done.

The Madeline has done a great job especially during the pandemic. We really liked how its a smaller community, which we thought it would be good for our loved one. We also liked how it had hand rails all over the place for the residents to easily get around. The rooms are on the smaller side, but for our loved ones needs the rooms were perfect. We haven't eaten there ourselves, but the food they have provided for the residents seemed fine. At the family functions they provide, the food was delicious.

I would tell friends, to know what you are getting. My loved one came from a condo to independent living. In independent living, isn't assisted living. Make sure that you know what you are getting. The room sizes were good.

The activities you have to sign up for in advance to participate. The activity director works hard on the activities. It is well worth considering. This is a great place to move from moving to a home, but you still receive the fellowship and a simpler place to live. If something goes wrong I can call maintenance instead of trying to fix it myself or paying for it to be fixed. It allows you to not have as many bills, and I am happy here.

Group religious offerings. Menu ok. Highly recommended.

I visited several other places, but when I visited Benton House, I didn't want to go anywhere else. We chose this community because the first time I went in, they were concerned about me and how I can deal with the situation of moving my mother which impressed me. They didn't want to just take care of mom, but they want to take care of me as well. They call me when something is important and when I have questions they are very communicative. The room sizes seem average. My mom said the food is very good, they are delivering food to the rooms right now, but there is a dining room. My favorite part about this community so far has been the staff members. They are friendly, they say I can call them anytime, even if they are not on the clock, and if there is a problem, they don't try to avoid it. I would recommend Benton House at Oakleaf and I have.

This location has a program is kept us safe. They do a good job of entertainment. The meals are good. It is located close to Walmart, HEB, Gold's Gym, and least a half dozen good cafes.

Very home-like atmosphere. Excellent care by staff demonstrates a love for residents. Very clean and attractive. Love my apartment. Good activities. Excellent staff...resident relations. Playing bingo... weak!

My mom has been at Rosemont now for 5 years and has been well taken care of. She has enjoyed the facilities and the services provided by Rosemont. In today’s time with the cornovirus the staff has been very careful with subjecting their resident to be contact with the public. They are complying with all the rules and guidelines set forth. In summary we are pleases with Rosemont and their staff.

I very much enjoy living here at Waterford. The administrations are very helpful and friendly. I also love the community of people that I lived with. They are awesome people that I love. There are many activities in which to precipitate. My sons also like it here and they feel secure that I am well taken care of.

It is a smaller community and they really do get to know the residents. I chose this community because of the size and it was more reasonably priced then others I looked at. She likes the food and they offer a variety. The caregivers are very nice. I would recommend this community to other families.

My mom is in Independent Living. It is cost-effective for the area. They take good care of my mom. It has been hard with Covid-19, but they are doing a good job. The food was better when it was serviced in the dining room.

The community looked nice during my virtual tour. Them apartment shown is just the right size for my Dad. I will keep this one on the list.
