Crown Pointe is the perfect place for my Pop. The community is always clean, and filled with activities at all times. Don't think I’ve been there without something going on. The food is very good and I know he enjoys. The senior staff are very engaged with the residents.

My parents recently moved into The Remington at Valley Ranch. They are both in their nineties. After contacting Britton a couple of years ago, we have kept communication open. As the time came for my parents to seek a senior community, I contacted Britton again. He was instrumental in making sure that my parents well-being and comfort was a top priority. The community is wonderful! The staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious, common areas are beautiful, and the food is great! My parents are very happy here. If you are looking for a senior community, look no further than The Remington.

Great place to live- wonderful staff, friendly neighbors and excellent food and apartments. I love that they are pet friendly - my cat loves it here! I love the fact there is a full time bus driver. [name removed] is the best

My Dad has lived here for several years and I recently went to visit him and I just love how active this community always is. There are always several residents in IL and AL attending. In ine day Dad went to WalMart, played Trivia, listened to entertainment, attended exercise, participated in a sing along, met a few fur babies and was so busy all day with his neighbors and really enjoyed himself. I would recommend this community to anyone. Tomorrow they are going to see Christmas Lights on the bus and go get an ice cream from Braum’s. On the weekends they even have a good time.

There is no one else I trust to take care of my grandma!!! They are so attentive and kind toward her and all the other folks I see there. Such a great atmosphere. I was worried at first but seeing how the staff act put me right at ease

Everyone was insanely Friendly and super nice when I requested a tour in finding a place for my Mother to live. [name removed] walked me through the facility and introduced me to a few of the other residents and staff members at Waterford in Plano. Great place to live!

My great grandma has lived here for about 2 months and I am so amazed with how clean this place is every time I walk in. The staff is always helping my grandma clean her room and make sure her trash and laundry is taken care of. I know shes in good hands here.

Several employees are caring and helpful beyond expectations. The rooms are updated, homey and offer different size and cost options. The Activities department offers a large variety of activities that meet different capability levels with the residents.

Moving our folks into assisted living space has been a positive, life-enhancing experience. The staff has been welcoming and attentive, the community is warm and engaging, and the facilities are comfortable and safe. With good meals, meaningful activities, and a balance of independence and care, it offers a true sense of belonging and quality of life. Highly recommended! Thanks to all at Villa SB!!!!

The staff at Villa Santa Barbara has gone out of their way to help us make our cousin more comfortable and improve her care. They have been patient and helpful through all the challenges we have faced. She loves her apartment and appreciates the personal attention she has received. Thanks for all your help and guidance.

My father was a resident here for the last year of his life. The staff and amenities are superb! There is such a family community at The mansions. I am so grateful for this place for my daddy to have his last years.

My mom has lived here for a year. It truly has become a family home. The staff is so kind and caring and attentive to every need. It's just the right size to get to know everyone and enjoy anytime together.

I am a hospice chaplain. I visit several care facilities and this location is by for the most organized and caring of them all. Outstanding staff. Very clean and smell good.

Visited the grandmother of a friend over the holidays. She was previously living alone and not doing great with daily tasks and lack of socialization. She is very happy at Marquis Place and seems healthier and more cognizant!
