The staff here is always helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to move in here. Even the head staff are so friendly to me, I’m not used to that! I love it here. I love having my independence and being able to attend activities and have fun with other residents and staff!

The staff was AMAZING! Front desk receptionist got up from behind her desk to comfort me. [name removed] comforted me in her office and allowed me to share stories about my loved one. She cried with me!! That really touched me. [name removed], my loved one, didn’t know who I was. That broke my heart.

I have lived here about four years. The workers here are very pleasant. Everyone is great. We have Wii bowling, which I had never done before I moved here. However, I now bowl and I love it!! We have bridge, euchre, bingo, and poker. I am sure I have probably forgotten other things that they may do here. We also have arts and crafts that you can work on here and there’s pretty much something to do quite often here. I have a lot of friends here. We go to our friends who live here and we have coffee together. We also play cards at our homes. They do have cards, bingo, and competition here. I feel very safe here after hours the doors are locked to the outside. The people who work here are very friendly. I left when my husband got very sick, but eventually I came back here. One reason I came back here it was like it was my home. I like the help here and the friends who live here. I would definitely recommend it but as you can see, this is my second time back here. Hope to see you sometime

I would give them all fives. It's clean, everyone is have met is very friendly and caring. Activities are awesome and my mom likes it there.

My experience at Rose Arbor has been very positive. I like the staff and residents. I receive excellent care.

Nice place clean i may go for short stay..staff are nice new rooms coming up decorations very pretty. Thank you for your time and caring for others there can't think of much more to say sorry.

If you can't live at home this in the first place. It is happy friendly place help stop and atmosphere enjoy my large living quarters good food and large amount.

I recently toured Magnolia Trails at East Lake and was very impressed with the overall experience. The facility is clean, bright, and feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. Out of all the tours I’ve taken, [name removed], the Sales Director, stood out the most—he was one of the most polite, approachable, and easy to talk to people I’ve met. He answered all of my questions with patience and honesty, which really made the visit feel comfortable. The staff overall seemed caring, the community atmosphere was positive, and the residents looked engaged and happy. Magnolia Trails is definitely a place that balances professionalism with compassion.

The tour was wonderful. Loved the olive tree! [name removed] was wonderful! He was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We met the chef and head of maintenance as well. Beautiful and clean facility. Highly recommend and top of my list for my parents

5 on all but the food. Appears to be an issue with the quality of food. Seems a lot of meals come out cold. I would recommend The Waterford at Fairfield to other families based on the experience so far

This is absolutely the best facility anyone could ever ask for. My mother has been taken care of by these folks for two years. There is no possibility I could ever ask for anyone to be more caring or conscientious than the staff at the Wellington in Conroe. Thank you to everyone from the chefs, to the nurses, to the management and everyone in between! My mom feels safe and well cared for and that means so much. Thank you for taking care of her in the kindest way.

The people taking care of my husband were very caring and nurturing. Yes, we would recommend Willow Grove community to other families based on the experience so far.

Having a loved one live in memory care requires us as family members to be flexible, understanding, and collaborative with the community. You have to allow things to not be perfect. If the community is willing to listen, it can be a great partnership. In my experience, The Waterford is safe, friendly, and always striving to be better and do the right thing. They have made many improvements to the physical plant from painting to new furnishings. They are planning more updates. The staff knows my mom very well. They get her and treat her as a person. Not as a “patient”. They also know me. They seem to appreciate my feedback and are responsive. I also see when a staff member isn’t aligned with the company’s mission, they address it. Recently I’ve seen improvements to weekend coverage. Staff is always caring regardless of the day of week. I know it’s not been for lack of trying, but weekends can be hard. My family and I visited this past Sunday and it was great.

We enjoyed the staying in the guest suite and visiting with my family member. It made the visit very convenient and nice. We loved going to eat with them and the food was really good. The rate for the guest suite was very good.

The Waterford Management has shown their genuine concern for my parents well being. They have kept me aware of situations that could have easily been overlooked and not addressed with my parents well being but instead was brought to my attention and together with between them and myself situations were mitigated and things for mom and dad are better. Thank you to the Waterford Management and staff for making things better my parents. Kudos!!!

My client enjoys living here and we have met many friendly faces. Many of which have graduated to their final resting place in Heaven or have moved on to be closer to their families. I can understand how this loss can be upsetting, depressing and cause loss in personal motivation to thrive. My client tries to be active by going to exercise and visiting the library frequently to exchange books. She is a voracious reader and enjoys having the library available. Her/our biggest concern would have to be the completion time of maintenance requests. We have requested the ceiling fan in her living/dining room be fixed or replaced. She likes air flow and is using a plug in fan to compensate. The cord across the walk path from living room to bedroom/bathroom presents a tripping hazard. Her balance is not great and more obstacles makes it even more difficult. We submitted requests at least twice over the past 4-5 weeks.

I am satisfied with the Waterford and appreciate APFM in helping us to find this location. They have plenty of space to add new residents. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents.

I moved them to The Addison in Lawrenceville. This place is amazing to them. The Addison responds within 6 minutes which is law maybe? The food is exceptional. They have weekly events. Everyone will help if you need it.

They all do a very loving and caring job!!! Also fairly priced! Many places are ridiculously priced..

The Waterford has given me so much comfort on how they care for my Loved One and all his Dear Neighbors there. His needs are always attended to along with referring to him by name! Their effort to keep life calm but provide stimulus I'd a lovely balance
