Of course, A Place For Mom was so helpful during this difficult transition and I felt 100% supported by the organization. Crown Pointe has thus far exceeded our expectations and Donna's needs have been well attended. I was very impressed after meeting [name removed] and many of her staff members at Independent Living of East Lansing, so much so that I wrote a check of deposit on the spot! The two bedroom, two bathroom unit is quite spacious! If your loved one is ready for Independent Living, I highly recommend you check out IVEL!

Mom is very happy at The Waterford at Ironbridge. When she presses her call button, someone responds very promptly. And with a smile! Our family has much less stress, and it’s great to visit and spend time with Mom, knowing she is also happy. We know that if she needs help any time of day, she doesn’t have to wait till one of her children can get there. The staff has been very responsive to any of our concerns.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Waterford at Fort Worth and overall her experience at this facility has been very good. The staff is friendly and the housekeeping staff does a good job. However, there is a pest issue and they do not spray the rooms on a regular basis. The care services, meals and activities are good. Overall, I would recommend The Waterford at Fort Worth to others.
