I was very impressed with my tour that I had taken of this community. The staff where very friendly and made sure to give us lots of great information on everything they had to offer. They had a luxury style living environment with a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for my parents in the end decision due to them not having the right apartment available.

My parents have recently moved into this community and I have no complaints of how things are going for them. Although they have a bit of a hard time adjusting to there new living environment the staff have been very helpful as well as accommodating to there needs. They all seemed to be very skilled in there job and know exactly what they are doing. My mom got the apartment that she was wanting that is spacious and has two bedrooms. The only thing they say could use some improvements is the meals they provide. They need more variety and more of a selection to choose from.

This community looked nice when we visited. The people we met were nice. The community is clean and they have nice grounds. They did not have any openings when we were ready for mom to move.

We toured this community for the care of a family member. We liked the staff who showed us a beautiful community. We liked that they had a lot of great meals that are healthy. The activities would have been helpful for her to participate. We would recommend this community for the and the value to other families.

We liked this community when we visited. It looked clean and the people we met were nice. This community was larger than what we were looking for.

We visited several other senior living facilities with my Mom. She immediately felt more comfortable with Palmilla. We made the decision to move here from Silver City. The entire staff has been most helpful and friendly to Mom and our family. Mom has settled into her routine and is enjoying the activities provided by Palmilla. She is making new friends and is enjoying her surroundings. The only negative has been the hit and miss food. At times the food comes out cold and some of the items are very salty and have too much breading. It is our understanding there will be a new chef in the near future. Over all our experience with Palmilla has been very good. I would recommend this to others that maybe looking for this type of living for the future.

Westbrook Senior Living is brand new and the residents were very friendly. [removed] is wonderful. Unfortunately, while close to me (the adult daughter) it was too far from my parent's hospital of choice.

Needs updating. Some remodeling would help. Marketing personnel need more training.

Visited the residence. its a nice place. Clean, bright, and everyone looked happy. It would seem a nice fit for my dad, but a bit smaller than Cordia. Only problem is the cost, $5000 or so. Its possible, but would stretch us pretty thin.

The staff have been helpful and friendly. The food is very good and they offer a good variety of healthy choices. This community offers three meals a day. They offer a lot of daily activities. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

My mother is having a much better experience at this community. Compared to the other community she was at before. She has adjusted better than expected, and I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. She is safe, and receiving good care. The staff is great, they have been friendly, and helpful when needed. I would recommend this community to my family, and friends.

My tour went well of this community, and everything went well. The staff was kind, and informative. My questions were answered. The community appeared to be well-kept from what I saw. The experience went well, but it wasn't the community for my mother, and her needs.

We really liked this community when we visited. The people were nice and they community seemed clean. They offer daily activities. This community was not able to accept my loved one as they said they were to young.

The people at Lombard Place were very nice, but it was more of a hotel-like setting. I'm sure a lot of people were happy there, but it was not what my mother and I were looking for.

My husband and I toured Palos Verdes Senior Living along with our daughter. The facility was nice, it was clean and in good shape. The young lady that gave us her tour was friendly and informative, it was a good experience to tour.

I was deciding on this community, and another one. My tour of this community was very nice. The rooms they showed me were nice. The living room area looked very lovely as well. My only issue was that, there was not very much room to walk around the community. The other community had a large outside walking area for their residents. Unfortunately this wasn't the one for us, but it is a very nice community.

My sister and I toured many communities with one being Westbrook Senior Living. The complex was clean and maintained well. The tour guide answered our questions and was friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

My mother is really adjusting well since her move to Lombard Place. I would absolutely recommend them because they have been good to my mother. They send me pictures of her joining activities ad keep me informed on her. The facility is clean nad well maintained.

Wonderful ambiance (very home-like) without being dated. Nice amenities (wish they had a pool table) and staff was noted to interact very well with residents (esp in memory care area). Although not "new" it fared 2nd highest rating of the 5 places I've visited in Chesterfield.
