My parents are doing well here and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. The community is very well-kept, they do a good job with keeping their room and the facility nice and neat. The staff is great, they have been good to work with. My parents have tried a few activities. They serve good means, my parents like the food. I know they are safe and in good hands. I would recommend this community.

I took a tour of this community but since it was full I was unable to see a room. I did get to look around and the community did look clean, all the amenities were available except for the smoking area. I did notice it was far away from the building and more close to the trash area. The staff were caring and organized and the residents were very nice. There was a waiting list at the time of my tour.

This was a nice community and I was pleased with my tour. The community looked great and everything was nice and clean. This community was to far for us. Other then that I was impressed with this community. Everyone was very nice and friendly. There are nice activities offered. This is a very big community, and the hallways were very nicely decorated. I recommend for anyone to go take a tour.

Overall our experience with Creve Coeur Assisted Living has been a good one. We are satisfied with the care and service they provide.

I am very happy with both the facility and the staff. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Staff takes good care of my family member and has been very helpful in keeping me informed and assisting with her care. My relative originally moved in to Assisted Living and has now transitioned into Memory Care. Staff was extremely helpful during this period. I would recommend Cedar Lake to anyone interested in this type of facility.

Both parents are current residents of Three Oaks and since we have started this process it has been great! The staff have all been very pleasant and accommodating. They really seem to care about their residents and any complaint my parents have made have been addressed in a timely manner. Both of my parents really enjoy the food and the activities which have really helped stimulate my Mom. She looks healthier since moving in which really warms my heart ! I am very happy with the results so far and are very excited for the improvement yet to come!

My name is Barbara and I have lived at Shawnee Hills for over 4 and 1/2 years. Before I moved here I lived in a nice little apartment with lots of windows but for some reason got almost no sunlight. My brother and sister-in-law called it "the cave" and suggested I move into a senior community. That was the last thing I wanted to do but they pushed and pushed. Thank goodness they did! I love it here. I live on the third floor, have a nice view, a nice breeze, and lots of sunshine. The people who live here are all so nice and we are all at about the same stage in our lives. I have made some great friends and there is always something for us to do (if we so desire). There are games, card games, art classes, craft classes, trips to many interesting places, etc. The people who work here are special people. When I lost my son about six months ago, they were all right there for me. They were my family. I am so lucky to be here at this point in my life. I am happy! I would give this 5 stars except for the small problem in the dining room. There is a shortage of servers right now but they are addressing the problem and soon will have it solved.

We waited a while before moving my mother to a community because we wanted to find the right fit for her.My mother really likes it here and loves the staff. She enjoys the staff because they treat her very sweet and they are always willing to help. The food is great and they offer good activities at the community center. This is really an excellent community and I would recommend it.

I love all the renovations that are being done at the Homestead, the refreshing was needed and I hope it continues! I love the people who work there and the atmosphere of hominess you see in the furnishings. However, my family member has been there for a number of years and I feel the quality of the food and the number of activities have declined. And continue to be curtailed all the time. With the prices, these people pay to live here, it shouldn't be a budget problem They used to have fun things in the evenings and now the alternative is to go to your room or just watch a movie. That feeling of comradery experienced before seems to be waning. Now many of these special events such as the winter ball or the wonderful buffets are gone Although, it is an independent living facility, extra care is provided for those who are declining either mentally or physically on an a la carte basis with a partnership between The Homestead and the Home care entity located within the premises. This extra care is priceless.

I like the assisted living area however the memory care area was not a good fit for my loved one

My father stay at Mountain Park was a good experience. There was good and bad things about this community for us, the staff was wonderful I just didn't enjoy the fact that the turn over rate of the staff was high. I would get use to one staff member then all of a sudden they were gone and my father and I did not like this. They do offer wonderful activities at this community for the residents here, and that was very important for my father with his condition. He loved participating in the activities with the other residents. They are great with the upkeep of the grounds of the community. I feel that they should pay more attention to the private rooms and tend them more often. The one thing that I wanted from the staff was for them to be hands on with my father and they informed me that they were not the type of community so that was a disappointing factor for me. Overall, A Place For Mom was great. I had no clue where to go look when I had to start considering options for my father, and they guided me throughout the whole process. I would say anyone thinking about senior living call A Place For Mom they will do all they can to help you.

So far so good. Maintenance is good. No complaints so far. The parking could be a little easier. The billing has been pretty smooth. Maybe there could be a few more activities in the memory care area.

Crestview is a pretty decent place. The staff is nice and they seem to really care about the well being of the residents. The facility is clean and it seems well kept. So far, we are getting settled in and have not had any major issues.

It's been fine. My mom has gotten pretty well settled in here. It's clean and the staff is friendly. We haven't had any major concerns so far.

This is a nice place with nice décor. The staff is friendly and helpful. There have been some communication issues with the staff and the family, but we think it is resolved now. They are nice, but could use improvement.

No openings currently. Apartments are NOT furnished, rentals are on a month to month basis. Pet friendly. Studios and 1BR units with kitchenette - 3 sizes each. Monthly rent ranges from [removed] to [removed] plus ala carte services. Rent includes utilities, housekeeping, 2 loads of laundry per week, cable TV (not phone), 3 meals daily

HighPointe Assisted Living is a very nice facility, but the staff members there, especially the administration department, is not very responsive to the family needs. I would rate it four - stars overall.

At Gardens at Ocotillo Senior Living their assessments for intake were pretty good. Specifically with my mothers case she was border line between assisted and memory care. We put her in assisted living initially but quickly decided she needed to go to memory care. The staff were flexible and willing to work with us. I really appreciated that.
