We recently moved my 90-year-old father-in-law from NY to TX, and while he didn’t want to go at first, LTIL has completely changed his mind. The staff—from the management team to the dining crew to the Front Desk, have been nothing but kind, patient, and welcoming. The apartments are bright and spacious, the building is modern and clean, and the atmosphere feels lively. Every time we visit, we see residents laughing, socializing, and enjoying activities like movie nights in the theatre room. Even meals have been a pleasant surprise—good food and friendly service made it easy for him to feel at home. After just 2 weeks, he’s gone from resistant to genuinely happy here, and that gives our whole family peace of mind. I’m also including our 10 year old son’s review, who LOVES visiting. amazing place The food is amazing. The apartments are. Staff is super friendly.(especially front desk staff). Game room is nice. The pool is clean and nice. Love visiting my grandfather.

[name removed] that does the initial getting the apartment, and size was very knowledgeable. She was also very helpful in all aspects. At my visit of Mason Assisted Living and Memory Care everyone was welcoming, and all the staff worked together as a solid team. It was a an all around clean facility too.

My Dad has lived at Lincoln Meadows for over 3 years in Independent living. We recently had to move him from Independent Living to Assisted Living. The entire staff, from the front desk staff to the sales staff to the in-house handymen, made the move smooth and uneventful. This is our family's first experience with assisted living and they had a solution or suggestion for every question we had. We are looking forward to Dad enjoying his new apartment as much as he did his previous one. He has made some good friends while living there and enjoys still meeting them at mealtime.

This community is pretty great! I work in the industry and enjoy working here very much. The staff works hard to make a comfortable living for seniors. The community is beautiful and kept very well clean.

Rigden Farms was very helpful in assisting my sister with a speedy move-in after her previous plans fell through at the last minute. They have been very friendly and welcoming which has really helped my sister adjust to a new environment. She has really been enjoying meeting new people and participating in the many activities that are available..

Palos Heights Senior Living has been very attentive. The facility is great.

First, I liked that Memory Care was in a stand alone, one level building. Second, it seemed fresh and clean. Most important the staff seemed capable and caring which has proven to be true.

I visited 12 places over a 2 year period and they're head and shoulders above many of them in terms of offerings for the price. My in laws have been very happy there. I would highly suggest them

I live at Lincoln Meadows for 3 years now. When I first got here, it was a bit overwhelming because I was the new person and there are a lot of people living here. Everyone was so welcoming though, that it didn't take long for me to feel comfortable. I made friends easily and the staff was/is always helpful. The meals are fantastic and the servers are very accommodating to residents special requests. I was also initially overwhelmed by all the activities that I had to choose from but now that I've figured out what I like, I go to those activities daily. I love bowling, exercise classes and I love to walk the courtyard when it's nice out. The gym is great too. I'm very happy here. My daughter lives very close within walking distance and that's been wonderful. It's really very nice here.

They are a very caring place. They do not house a ton of people which is made evident by the care they are able to offer. Everyone there knows each resident and do a terrific job trying to keep them engaged. The nurse care is great and everyone have been nothing but nice and respectful. The place is very clean and the food is fabulous according to our dad. With his frequent visits to the hospital, the hospitals told us that Westview is the best facility that they have ever coordinated with. Hospice care had nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility

The appearance of the communal spaces of the memory care unit are kept clean. There seems to be activities several times a day. The staff overall seems caring and attentive. They have really spent a good amount of time learning my mother's history in order to help care for her. The rooms are very spacious. I love the accessibility of the outdoor courtyard for residents.

Everyone at Green Oaks was personable, kind, and caring. The food was good, there were lots of activities, and it was very clean. The staff answered all our questions, treated us with respect, and we never felt pressured.

From the very beginning the staff had been nothing short of a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relocate a loved one! The staff are so attentive and really care about their residents. This is a must see assisted living community!

My mother has been a resident at Peakview over 6 years through several different phases of her health. The Staff is very caring & always providing smiles & laughs. If I had concerns, they were listened to & addressed. I always know my Mom is in good care when I'm out of town. A few months ago, we needed to transition my Mom to Memory Care. PV staff was very comforting to me & my mom. When I arrive for visits, she has never been in her room but involved in one of their many daily activities or outside walks. PV meets the residents where they are at many different stages. I've never regretted choosing Peakview for my Mom!

Facilities are in excellent condition. Wide hallways, and spacious public areas. Multipurpose room, theater, lounge area with game tables, and on site physical therapy facilities. Parking lots recently resaved, sidewalks and curbs repaired where needed. Outdoor landscaping very well maintained And nice spaces outdoors that some other facilities lack. [name removed], the Activities director is great. She works hard at involving residents and maintaining a full schedule of activities. This place offers Independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities.

Good experience moving. [name removed] was marvelous in assisting the move. Clean, friendly, fun, and busy Well located. Safe. Good referrals. My in laws keep saying fantastic once they signed leased and moved in.

My mother lived at Lombard Place for almost two years before she passed. It was a great place for her. My mother could be cranky and stubborn at times, but her care never suffered. The caregivers and staff were always so wonderful. My mother considered Lombard Place her home. She had several hospital stays and she always asked when could she go home to Lombard Place. She made best friends with a couple of ladies there and met people she could watch/talk to about the Cubs play. The best part of Lombard Place, for me, was that the carers and staff kept me informed about my mom. I never had to worry that my mom would forget to tell me things. The staff became really good friends. My family loved the care given to my mom so much that my BIL had his father go there for hospice care. The carers and staff really are the best. My mother had many rehab stays at multiple facilities and none had the commitment to care that Lombard Place had. I have recommended Lombard Place many times.
