Lombard Place provides an environment that is like home for its residents and staff members that treat your loved ones like family. My mother has dementia and was beginning to wander and fall. Living alone was scary for her and concerning for us. It became imperative to find a facility for her that is extremely safe. We toured and compared the facilities of eight different companies and agreed that Lombard Place was the best choice for mom. The skilled staff members are friendly, professional, and very caring. The individual apartments and shared common areas are stylishly beautiful and clean. Safety measures, healthy delicious meals, respectful treatment, and a variety of interesting activities all support our mothers physical, mental and emotional needs.

Found and toured Lombard Place after looking at several facilities prior. After touring the facility with [name removed] I knew in my mind it was the right place. Brought my mom back for a tour and she fell in love with Lombard Place immediately and the rest is history. Beautiful facility, updated, apartment options are great, close walking path, plenty of amenities. The staff is very friendly and caring. I have full trust that my mom is being cared for as expected. Would highly recommend.

I couldn't have been happier with my choice of Cedar Lake memory care for my mother. The folks that work there are all wonderful and caring - caregivers, nursing staff, reception, etc. There was always a clear channel of communication between myself and the staff in regards to my mother. The on-site amenities are so convenient - hair salon, visiting podiatrist, physical rehab room, etc. I especially appreciated the full activity calendar (games, parties, sing-alongs, arts/crafts, etc.) throughout each day. During the warmer months, my mother enjoyed hanging out in the MC garden area - a private and secured outdoor area with lots of seating, large covered patio, and lots of plants and flowers for her to enjoy. They also foster kittens through a local cat rescue. I have personally seen how these kittens have enhanced the lives of so many of the residents with their ability to give and receive love. My mom loved cats and having these kittens around was priceless and gave her so much joy!

Cedar lake is very clean and everyone we have met are so friendly. My parents are so looking forward to moving in and enjoying everything you have to offer. I like that ot is so easy to get around. Food was wonderful.

First: my Mom liked it Second: my brother could be close ie he's in senior living area. Third: the nursing care ie moms diabetic so she needs extra monitoring. Fourth: you offered memory care which we needed sooner than we thought. Fifth: there's a clinic in your facility with medical staff Overall Park Meadows was newer, cleaner, more professional, flexible and I personally had a good feeling about it when we visited it last summer.

After visiting Crestview Senior Living in person, I knew this would be a fun place to live. The other residents and all of the staff are so kind. I was impressed with the apartments and all the different spaces for activities.

Palmilla Senior Living community could improve on the activities they have going on for the residents.

The staff at The Enclave at Gilbert Senior living are great, very knowledgeable and helpful. The main reason to move here is because it is open and bright. Some places that we looked at were dark and their colors were not as joyful. I would recommend The Enclave to others.

She is usually out in the general room which is good. She had been isolating in the last place in Virginia. Covid did a number on her and everyone and she never resumed activities. She does not like to watch TV and that is much of activities that I see. People are lovely. Those who work there, that is. She is new to a memory care and at functions at a higher level than most people there. So hard for her to want to engage with others. Plus she has hearing issues which I'd like to get taken care of her as that isolates her.

I like it here. I’ve made several good friends, and I have found the staff very helpful and accommodating. I especially love that I live in an apartment which is located on the Grant Road side of the third floor. It’s so quiet and peaceful sitting out on my balcony.

I am a current resident and have a lot of fun at Crestview. It is all about what you get involved with and what you make of it! Most of the residents are nice and friendly as well as a friendly staff.

Management is wonderful here. Food is good. Servers are great! Housekeeping is great also. Lots of activities. Outing are plentiful. Everyone here is so kind. Definitely a place for mom! See you soon!

This is my first experience with a living facility so my expectations were high. Both staff and residents are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facility is impeccable and dining facility constantly thrives to improve both selection and service. I’m happy with my choice in Crestview!

First, [name removed] is awesome! mom loves the food, activities and people. her apartment has all new appliances, fresh paint and carpet. Staff members and residents are friendly and helpful. Two weeks in and it feels like home!

With the care services - we had trouble getting medication on a timely basis. This is one reason [name removed] should be in a facility so she can get her medicine correctly and on time. For the meals, [name removed] says the food is awful. Usually cold. When it comes to the activities, there are A lot that are cancelled because of staff shortage. We would recommend this community to other families.

We found the right fit, after five tries, to meet the needs of my 99 yr old mother w MCI. Her needs are simple and she is finally content. The facility is clean, large enough for active residents to move around and the entire staff are better trained and always responsive to visiting family. A large garden area accessible to residents when they feel like getting fresh air or sunshine, can be enjoyed on their own, without an escort. Lots of windows. Most important is the food ! It is delicious, fresh and higher in nutrients than other facilities we experienced. Mom enjoys the staff interactions with her, and it is obvious when family visits her. Most importantly Westbrook appears to have a higher staff to resident ratio which makes my mother feel safe when she forgets where she is in the moment. I would highly recommend this facility be included in your search for quality.

The overall experience has been very nice so far, the cleanliness of the community is spotless. The staff members are all very friendly and provide good quality of care to the residents. The meals are good as well as the activities and the overall value for cost is decent.

I'm living in a very spacious studio apartment decorated perfectly by my wife and at a very good introductory rate. After living alone with me for years, my dog loves to meet new people on our daily walks. Shawnee Hills Senior Living is a caring, service oriented community with a friendly and welcoming staff! I would highly encourage you to visit, sample a meal like I did and check them out for yourself!!

I know our loved one [name removed] is safe and eating well. She needs additional care and The Enclave at Cedar Park Senior Living has provided great resources for that. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
