[Name removed] has great skills with residents. His knowledge of their care is outstanding. A fine facility.

My Mom is 94 and has been recently diagnosed with Dementia. She can still function well, but needs alot of Cueing. We chose Cedar Lake because of the Residence Club program that seems to be a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care. Mom moved in 2 weeks ago and has adjusted very well. The Staff is exceptional. Each and everyone we have met that works there, is well trained and very Caring. They have a wonderful daily program of activities to keep Mom active and socializing. The facilities are immaculate and the food is quite good. There were no surprises as everything was clearly explained in advance. So far, I do not think that Mom could be in a better Place, and that is very comforting to me.

Our mother moved in here 2 weeks ago. She is very happy. Everyone is so friendly and there are so many activities available. The decor is beautiful and it’s warm and inviting. She loves the walk-in shower. Her apartment is just right for her. We are very pleased with Lake Travis Independent Living.

Beautiful atmosphere, loving staff and caregivers, excellent meals and wonderful activities. Lombard Place is not your typical assisted apartment style living for seniors. My mom was in the memory care unit and was treated with kindness, respect, and lots of hugs. I couldn't rave more about the staff at Lombard Place and, without hesitation, I give it a 5 star rating!

Dining room is open continuously from 7 am to 7 pm. There is a bistro too. Lots of planned activities including a happy hour every Friday afternoon with an open bar and live music. Basic 81-channel cable and all utilities except phone is included in apartment rent. Staff is super friendly and personable - they obviously love the residents. The residents are very happy. Dining room food is very good with lots of choices. Lots of transportation opportunities with no extra charge. They give the residents one of those emergency buttons as a necklace or bracelet as a part of the rent. They are negotiable on the community fee. My mom was very impressed with everything as was I and she put the deposit down and is going to live there! :)

My Father was one of the first residents of Westview which has been approximately seven years ago. At that time he needed little assistance, however over the years the need for assistance has increased. I have been very pleased with the ability of the staff to meet those needs at all levels. Having a background as a manger in healthcare I am more aware of the care provided as well as the friendliness and interaction of staff. I have always felt the administrative staff to be approachable with any issue or concern.

Westview is full of caring people doing their very best to care for and tend to the needs of the residents. After having my Mom in another "facility" that will remain unnamed, Westview was a breath of fresh air. Everyone from the ladies who make sure everyone is well and cared for daily to the chefs and servers in the dining room, the Staff, the Wellness and Assisted Living Directors and Executive Director and all those I am forgetting to name are sincere, good people who truly care about who they are serving and how they do it. The Executive Director has been there about 6 months and she does her very best to address any concerns and how to improve. A loving environment for my Mom who has acclimated from her house in the country to her beautiful 4 room apartment with the help of all of the folks at Westview who truly try to make it home. We are blessed to have found them and even more blessed by all of them every day.

My father has been there for 2 weeks and the staff has been very professional and friendly. They have helped with the move and making him feel at home. The food is very good and the building is spotless. [name removed] and [name removed] have helped me a lot. [name removed]

My mother has been a resident at Green Oaks for almost four months following an illness and a brief stint in rehab. She is 91, legally blind, and barely able to walk, yet was surprised when the doctor said she would either need 24/7 care or assisted living. She wasn't certain of the decision my siblings and I made. Two days into her new life, she told me moving to Green Oaks was the right decision and now, four months later, is living a fantastic life - much better than my siblings or I could have anticipated. Yes, there have been a few hiccups. The facility is new and a few kinks needed to be ironed out. Those kinks of which I am aware have been resolved. I cannot say enough about the staff. Each and every person I have met is upbeat, friendly, and totally dedicated to the residents. The ongoing and special event activities keep my mother engaged. She is like a new person. She is loving life. Instead of the calls I used to get, "are you coming to see me soon," now when I call I get "[name removed]who?" Okay, I'm kidding on that one, but truly she is so involved in life, I have a hard time reaching her. She gets her hair done, her toenails cut, and many other routine types of appointments than minimize my "having" to see her. Now I "get" to see her. Such a difference for me as well. My mother, my siblings, and I highly recommend Green Oaks assisted living. We are all thrilled with the decision to move Mom there.

My father-in-law has been at Lombard Place for almost two years, and really enjoys it there. The building is newer, with all the amenities and friendly staff. He particularly enjoys being a part of the ‘men’s group’ that gets together regularly. Overall a great place, that takes good care of him!

Lst year we found it necessary to place mom in a memory care facility and we chose Palmilla due primarily to the location. As time passed we found that location was the least beneficial aspect of this tremendous facility. The staff was ALWAYS there for us, and mom. When I would go to visit I could feel the care and love that Palmilla had for mom. Even in the most difficult of times Palmilla was always there for us. Then, when it was moms time to go ythe entire staff catered to me and my five siblings in a way tht made you feel as though we were at "Home" with mom... Which in retrospect, we were. I didnt have to think twice about giving this tremendous facility "5s" all across the board. Thank Palmilla for your amazing care and service to mom, and our family.

Visited to check out the services offered. The amenities are nice and new. Like the flexible dining schedule and the standard food items that are available. Offer good options on Memory/Respite Care.

My mother in law has been a resident at High Pointe since it opened. Our family has witnessed wonderful care for her over the years. The staff is friendly and very caring and very patient. The range of activities and therapies has been such a help to us. Everything she needs is right there in one place. If my mother in law didn't like something, believe me, we would hear about it! Thank you so much to the staff for taking such great care of our family gem!

My M-I-L has been a resident of Lincoln Meadows in the AL section for just over 2.5 years. My wife and I spent several months touring similar facilities in the Denver area, and this one facility stood out over all others. Why? The building is well maintained, and we never experienced the smells one might associate with such a facility. We noticed many residents not only out of their rooms, but actively engaged with other residents, so we did not see any residents alone and semi-comatose as noted by others. Kudos to Chef [name removed], who not only has prepared excellent and diverse menu, but has done well in training his young staff on service and commitment to their residents. The care givers are also exceptional, as they know each of their charges habits and preferences, and they work diligently to make their residents comfortable and engaged. Lastly, LM has a program called Resident's Club for those with declining memory issues. It is run by [name removed], and I have never encountered an individual so committed and caring for her twelve resident members. Even though my M-I-L no longer attends these daily sessions, [name removed] still checks in on her daily, as that is who she is. Yes, this facility and program are a little pricey, but the value of providing a daily structure for my M-I-L convinced us to chose LM. Another benefit is the month to month program, avoiding a costly buy-in we encountered at most other facilities. So, taken in total, what convinced my wife and I that this facility was the right fit for our family was a facility and staff that was always focused on their residents.

Like! They have a variety of services and a pool. Nice grounds.

My favorite part of being here is my fellow residents. They are all so friendly and have made me feel very welcome since my arrival. It's nice to have such interesting neighbors to spend time with, the staff is also very kind. Everyone here has made me feel welcome and that is so important because there are many places where people don't care as much about you and it can make you feel alone. That has not been the case at Green Oaks Senior Living.

My loved ones were at W'view for just over 2 yr.—only moved out in Mar. 2018, bec. a higher level of care was needed. Loved the 'smaller' size of the community and more intimate feeling compared to others we visited. Loved the setting with trees out back. I marked all the 'star' reviews with 5. At times, we had little complaints, but overall, 5 stars best fits what we experienced.

Mom lived with my family for 6 years so finding a place that could somewhat match our care seemed a daunting task. I was lucky that a neighbor told me to check out Westbrook. I can not say enough good things about this beautiful building. More than that, the memory care staff exceeded my expectations. The entire staff from the front desk staff who welcomed guests with a smile, to the techs, nurses, housekeepers, and administrators were excellent. The techs were savvy enough to notify nursing when mom had a painful lump on her Abdomen. The staff helped us get mom the hospital care she needed. Unfortunately mom passed a short time later, but she was well cared for to the end at Westbrook. I truly felt she was home. Westbrook accommodated moms dietary needs, her physical needs and her spiritual needs. They also cared for the families needs throughout moms journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better “second home”for mom. I highly recommend that you check out Westbrook Senior living for your senior living needs.

After visiting a number of area assisted living facilities and asking friends about their assisted living experiences, six months ago I moved to Cedar Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care. Apartments are sized for one's need. Mine has an office, personal computer, player piano and quality bath features. Services include laundry, bathing/dressing assistance plus room for my electric scooter. Individual climate control is in each apartment. I trust staff because they do what they promise. Service staff keeps my apartment clean and comfortable. Guest activities are numerous. Services are secure. I like Cedar Lake employing special needs people in our dining room and kitchen. Dining room staff remembers my name, meal preferences and make for pleasant, helpful dining that follows dietary requirements. It is not "home" but the next best thing.
