My Father has lived at Crestview for 2 years. He loves it. He has made a great number of friends and enjoys several of the social events that are offered. The facility is spotless and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dad has commented that he has not had a meal that he has not enjoyed. Crestview has been everything that we could have wanted or expected.

My mother moved to Crestview 16 months ago. She was living alone and was pretty isolated. At first all she talked about was getting back to her home. Within 3 months she was happy as can be. Wonderful friends,staff,activities and a building made for a senior center-not a retro -fit. They also have free driver service for short errands and doctors. The staff is great and if one needs a bit more care the is an independent nursing group on site. They have a Friday happy hour,Sunday mystery bus tours,computer classes and a small exercise room all included in the monthly fee! She pays about 3100 per month for a 1 bedroom. They have studios for about 2500 and larger 2 beedroom unitsalso. I looked at over 10 places and felt this was the best value. They have activities all day .You can have a pet and some people still drive. All in all a 5!! Check it out.

The Lincoln Meadows Senior living needs an orientation for those residents that do not hear. They have orientation but they should be able to accommodate those with hearing problems. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the facility.

Great community that offers all services. Staff is amazing with residents, and very clean and friendly. Everyone is very nice and I always feel welcomed and able to approach anyone for help.

The Gardens was the first community we looked at, we only looked at others to make sure we made a good decision. Nothing else compared in our opinion. There is nothing I would request be changed. Wonderful retirement community for my mom.

I was forced to put my mother into a facility. Long story short she lived two hours away and had a minor fall so I thought I would just have her live with me, but the fall made her have considerable dementia and I could not take care of her myself. The facility is only four minutes from my house. They treat my mother very well. I have no complaints.

They have very good activities for the senior residents. The ratio of workers to residents is very good, such that the residents can get the care and attention that they need. The facility itself is very nice, clean, and well kept. I wish I could have kept my mother there longer, but unfortunately finances would not allow it.

Their admission paperwork needs to be condensed. Instead of having to sign twenty different sections. When you are doing that and having to fax it all back and forth, it can be a pain. Beyond that everything has been great. Their 24/7 front desk staffing is a real plus. The dining experience is very nice as well - always easy for family members to drop in and share a meal. The dining service can be a little slow at times though. But I think that's not an issue for the residents that live there.

Well the location is really good for us. I wish it was closer, but it's actually pretty good, it is an easy drive and convenient. He eats really well, so the food must be good, because he can be picky. The head nurse is really awesome and they call us if there is anything that comes up.

After spending many days on the net, and visiting all the top facilities in Albuquerque, our family placed our Aunt and her independent care givers in the new Palmilla Senior facility as it opened in 2013. During the time she resided there until her recent passing, she couldn't have been In a safer, cleaner, or better managed facility in all of New Mexico. The food is good, the management is competent, compassionate, and never too busy to address your concerns. It was important for me to get timely feedback, as I was managing my Aunts care from Colorado. I highly recommend this facility.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Mountain Park Senior Living was a very nice looking place! It was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly. We ended up selecting a community run by the same company that was located closer to family, which was also very nice!

We are very pleased with how well things are going at The Gardens at Ocotillo, I'd give them top marks across the board! The people here are extremely friendly and helpful, the facility is well kept and clean, and Mom just really seems to love it here. I would highly recommend it!

My mother and I have visited several facilities this month. My mother really enjoyed this facility. We were treated very well from the start, I was very impressed by the staff acknowledgment. I was more impressed to see the residents attending activities, as activities are very important for my mother. It's clean and residents looked very happy.

They have been extremely helpful. I was very impressed with how quickly the staff got to know my mother personally by name. The food there is just excellent. The only complaint I could make (which is very minor) is that while the food is great, sometimes the service can be slow. That has just been an observation of my own, not anything my mom has commented on.

We visited many senior living complexes in Peoria before we made our decision on Palos Verdes Senior Living. We ultimately chose Palos Verdes because it was a newer and cleaner facility with a very friendly staff. Because it is newer, the layout is great and a lot of thought went into designing the common areas to maximize convenience for the residents. The individual apartments are cheerful and are located within a short (indoor) walking distance to the common amenities. The sitting room is very inviting, complimented by a warm and cozy fireplace. Our mother has made many meaningful friendships at Palos Verdes Senior Living. I would highly recommend this home to others!

We have been very pleased. Everyone has been great there. They have had very good food. They have a buffet for breakfast a few times a week that can sometimes be difficult for some residents to maneuver, but they are right there to help them with it. I don't really have one bad thing to say.

The Palmilla Senior Living slogan is: "This Feels Like Home". Their slogan is absolutely appropriate! My Dad is in Assisted Living. My Mom is in Memory Care since December 2014. I would need a few pages to express and describe how Palmilla Senior Living is a wonderful community! The community is first class. The staff is caring, professional, efficient, helpful and friendly! The Executive Director (Teresa) and Directors of Community Relations (Ann-Director, Tammy-Coordinator)/Business Office (Patti))/Wellness (Trish)/Assisted Living (Lizz)/Fun (DeeDee)/Kitchen (Brad)/Maintenance (Victor), Concierge Desks, Med Techs, Caregivers, Life Enrichment-Physical Therapy-Activities Specialists, and Food Service Providers are top-notch! I am on a first name basis with everyone-just amazing (75+ people)! The residence (facility) is beautiful, clean, and very importantly safe! The food is excellent! The facility is fabulous, the staff and residents even more so. I am so happy with this Retirement Living selection, I bring everyone cookies and cake. Thank you Palmilla Senior Living! It really does feel like home!

My mother Marjorie [last name removed] is a resident at Palmilla in Albuquerque. I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care she is receiving. I moved Mom and Dad into Assisted living a little over a year ago, and transferred Mom to the Memory Center when Dad passed in November. I hesitate to mention anyone by name, since it might appear I am leaving someone out, EVERY staff member I have come in contact with is terrific. Having said that, Patrisha deserves honorable mention for helping me keep my parents together until the end, Angie for providing tireless care in the AL, Michelle for always greeting me with a smile at the Concierge Desk, Mary Lou, Denise and Kayla for their watchful eye in the Memory Center, and Anthony for being such a caring individual. For others not mentioned by name I apologize, because everyone deserves kudos. I can rest comfortably at night knowing my mother is well cared for, Thank You.

One of the best, most beautiful communities in Albuquerque, from the decor to the awesome food served in dining room. Palmilla staff are always smiling and friendly. Director of nursing Trish and her team are on the spot with care. Very easy to work with. Definitely one of my favorites to visit.
