Overall, this facility is very nice. Most of the staff was great. Some go the extra mile, some don't, but that's with anywhere. Mom didn't eat the meals, so I'm not sure how the food was. I always brought food and helped her eat. She ended up needing more care and we considered moving her to the memory care unit. But we ended up calling in hospice care and a nursing aide for more care. One of the reasons we chose this facility was that it was so close to home and they allowed pets, which was important to mom. They do have a stackable washer/dryer in the apartments, which was very convenient. The assisted living manager (name removed) absolutely went above and beyond always. Even when she was on vacation, she text me to check in and was just absolutely exceptional. I couldn't have asked for more. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Palos Heights Senior Living is a great place as we learned on tour. However didn't have all the benefits needed for my loved one so had ended up in a more specialized care unit.

We were greeted with a warm reception from the moment we stepped into Palmilla Senior Living. Everyone was out of their rooms and socializing. Staff was very pleasant and seemed to really care for the residents. Lovely experience and great facility.

My mom really liked Las Soleras because it was a brand new facility and had a bright, open and airy atmosphere. It feels like a very nice hotel and is nicely decorated. The facility is in a great location with not too much around. The apartment sizes are very good - she is happy with hers and the layout. The drawers where you can put kitchen utensils is very narrow which would be my only complaint. Everything else has been good. My mom walks around the complex every day for exercise and I feel that she is safe because the front desk has cameras all around the facility so they are able to keep an eye on her. I would definitely recommend Las Soleras to others.

They've been short staffed because they're having trouble hiring people. Although there is a lack of staffing, the people that work there are good. I would suggest for others check out HighPointe Assisted Living and Memory care, but you need to be aware of their short staffing.

Life began slowly, first we had to get a bigger group, then activities grew and soon we were finding our path. Apartment is a good fit. Meals are needing work. Making friends has been great, and most situations have been resolved.

Very satisfactory to my needs at this time and age.

Felt was a decent tour, had some nice looking facilities.

The apartment was really cute. The nurses and staff were all super friendly. They had tons of activities that my mom enjoyed such as bingo and different card games. She also really liked the food as well and had no complaints. I would recommend The Enclave at Round Rock to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and for this location it was brand new and resembled a really nice resort. But again it was very overpriced and the staff at [community name removed] was more friendly and accommodating

They are very friendly; they do make an effort to know the residents and understand their needs. They ask for feedback and if you tell them you'd like to see something different, they'll do their best to try and make it happen. So, all around it's been impressive in that manner. I've also talked with other residents who do use the assisted side and they are very pleased with the care that they receive.

This is a very good place with a variety of activities and plenty of opportunities to socialize. My loved one is able to co-mingle with the assisted living and memory care residents and this is ideal for my loved one. The staff are great to work with. They are good at following up with the family to make sure that our questions are answered. There are monthly town halls held by the community to assist the family members with information about the community.

It's a nice place, and the people are nice. Ovreall, I am happy in the community.

They have done their best to make my mom comfortable and included in activities. They visit with medical care several times a day and advocate for the correct therapy and meds. Special team members visit her to make sure her day is going well and have decreased a huge burden off of us. The food wavers. The Covid updates are very good. The biggest issue is the same as anywhere right now: employee turn over. They have lost some really good people that are hard to replace.

This is a good place for your loved one. I would recommend HighPointe to others for their loved ones. The community is clean, organized, and the staff are friendly. Medication management, dressing, and bathing assistance are some of the care provided by the community. The meals are served three times a day.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was amazing and the staff were very good. The place was just beautiful but the room sizes were extremely small.

Our stay was good; it was an easy process to get her in. The only person I really dealt with most of the time was the director, [name removed]. She was - by far - the best individual to work with in a tough situation. She was empathetic, sympathetic, organized, knowledgeable, and amazing.

I think it' s a good facility overall. In these times, it difficult with short-staffing, and their communication between different shifts could be better. I do think they really try. The common areas are clean and absolutely beautiful, although my loved one's room has been a little less clean. She loves the breakfasts but finds the dinners are a little lacking. I'm pretty pleased with how they keep the memory care residents active and engaged.

My mom has said everyone here is very friendly. I would recommend the facility to others looking. The only issue we have been having is with the internet and TV set up. The provider changed on them and there is some confusion on the billing but the staff are aware and they are working to get things resolved.

The main things that stuck out to us about Westview at Ellisville were the smaller size of the facility, the friendliness of the staff and how they were willing to accommodate our needs and also the convenient location. I would highly recommend the facility to others looking.
