[name removed] director of sales has been super helpful in every way possible he goes above and beyond to help. I like the activities they do. Yes, I most definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had.

All 5 stars! We are extremely pleased with the experience at Superior Residences of Clermont. They have a great staff who really truly care for their residents.

My mother still resides at Creekside and we couldn't be happier. The staff is kind and considerate. The food is good which is a big deal to my mother. We did recommend to a friend and his Mother in Law [name removed] has moved in.

I chose The Village at Southlake because it has a complete kitchen, and the handicap features in the bathroom. It also has a washer, dryer and a separate water heater.

Needed quick spot. They had one open when hospital wanted us gone. Creekside were able to make very quick temporary accommodations for us while we waited for another care home spot that could provide the full medical needs. In the interim Creekside, was very supportive to help us with an outside nursing cash pay service to manage ostomy needs of our family member while at Creekside for 2 weeks and we are grateful for Creekside helping us in that transition.

Seagrass village was awesome. She only lived there 6 weeks until she got moved to memory care at The Landing, their Sister property. It was understaffed, not well managed, small and had little to offer residents. Seagrass is a Beautiful and clean facility, with excellent food, staff and plenty of activities. Convenient location.

We picked this community because of the longevity of the staff location and would work with with Medicaid if you private pay for a while. They have great value.

My experience here has been wonderful! The staff here is helpful in every way possible! I couldn’t be happier! I love my villa which couldn’t be more perfect for my puppy and me! As I get older, I moved here to be closer to family! Lastly, the weather is a factor for me as I left a part of the country where the winters could be vicious!

The Beacon staff have been wonderful taking care of my Father in memory care. He has such a nice room with his own bathroom and lots of activities to keep him occupied. The food is delicious and nutritious. He is getting such good care there.

My first impression was it smelled good and appeared clean. Staff and other employee were kind to residents patients, are clean, smell good and their rooms and beds are clean. It's memory care so things go missing, but that is small compared to knowing the one you left there is well cared for and shown kindness ways. They cared.

Everyone was very kind and friendly. They were wonderful with the patients very caring and kind. I had dinner in the dining room with my husband a few times and the menu was varied and well.prepared. When his illness progressed to the point he couldn't go to the dining room they delivered it to his room. I could go in and out whenevercI wanted. They knew me by name and were helpful. After he passed away, they were very helpful with removal of his furnishings. I would certainly recommend the Heron Club on Prestancia.

The employees are beyond amazing. My mom passed in 2024, and she was cared for with compassion and her needs were met.

Resident a picky eater.

The food is pretty good as well. Fair amount of activities, trips. It's a real nice place. We picked this community from the pictures. Some places had outdated rooms, looked dreary. This place was beautiful and the price was comparable to outdated ones

I am always impressed with the care the staff has for all the residents. The facility is always so clean inside and the grounds outside. Both management and staff are professional and genuine with the care provided. My uncle is happy has made new friends and looks forward to the mails and activities.

The property is a little outdated. I had some issues with the sales process but it worked out in the end. I would recommend Heron House to other families looking.

I would say all 5s. We are very happy. My momma is very happy. It is expensive but compared to the others in the area it seems comparable. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend Superior Residences to other families.

The entire place is friendly and kind and we would recommend Sanders Glen to other families based on the experience we have had so far!

I've been at HS for 3 1/2 years. As a resident dealing with various handicaps, help is needed inside and outside HS. HS staff is friendly and ready to help me. I'm a satisfied resident.

We chose this community because the location is great. The size of the community is good. They offered specials at move in, and they have new facilities.
