Facility- there is no way provided in the rooms to contact nurse's Station. This is a concern since the patients are checked on every 1-2 hours. What if a patient falls and passes out? The staff is very good and helpful. There were a couple of issues that we encountered but were properly and quickly addressed.

This is a gorgeous community. Sharon and Rachel are absolutely wonderful. They keep the resident as a priority with all that they do. Staff is kind and considerate. I would highly recommend this community .

Seagrass Village of Gulf Shores community has a great atmosphere. The staff is very helpful & the place is just beautiful. It has been a good transition for us.

My family member is happy there. I thought that the unit would be tidied up daily, and it is not.. Good physical therapy on site and PA is on site weekly. I have not eaten there, but my family member is satisfied. I would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job and the facility always smells nice. Communication with the family is open and any concerns or questions we have are answered with compassion, promptness, and respect. The move-in process was easy and they have carts available to make the transition easy. The meals look and smell good. My Mom doesn't eat much, and I haven't tasted much of the food, just a few bites. The food I tasted was good. I would recommend Westhills Newnan Crossing.

I gave my neighbor the information I received from A Place for Mom and he was able to quickly get his mother entered into The Beacon. Another friend who had been sitting with [name removed] before her move, and I visited with her once she was settled. We were delighted with the lovely facility and how happy [name removed] was to be there. We were welcomed by every staff member we saw as we visited and toured with [name removed] in her wheelchair throughout the facility. I have recommended A Place for Mom to all of my friends. Thank you for providing such a positive experience for those of us who may have need of elder care services in the future.

We had to move my 92 year old mother into Heron House as caring for her became just too much for me and my family as much as we tried to keep her at home. It was one of the hardest decisions my family and I had to make in our lives. After feeling guilty at first, we realize it was the best thing we could have done for her and for us. She is more active and feels a sense of purpose while having an amazing care staff to look after her, giving us the peace of mind we need. We come and go as we please to visit and to our surprise, when we invite her out she politely has declined because she has settled in so well. Thank you the the Heron House Care Team! Truly the best!

My experience with Canopy of Duval Station has been good. They were in the process of making some changes, but they have been keeping families informed and that is greatly appreciated. Overall, it is a wonderful facility.

I'd give 5's across the board. The staff knew mom by name by the second day. The dining experience is lovely. Cost for all assisted living is a bit of a shock, but based on the facility and level of service The Beacon's at Gulf Breeze' rates aren't out of line. Finally, a community that ticks the boxes for cleanliness, openness, and friendliness, where residents are treated with dignity.

I have done projects for a handful of communities and Indigo is my favorite. The staff is great and the residents seem genuinely happy. There are smiles, fellowship and laughter everywhere you look.

The staff was wonderful from beginning to the end. They were always available and very willing to answer all our questions and assist in every way. Great experience. Looking forward to continued working with these fine folks.

We toured Indigo at Carolina Forest while visiting the Myrtle Beach area. We went in without an appointment and they rearranged their schedule to accommodate me and a friend. The facility looked new and was clean in all areas that we toured. We were impressed with the attitudes of the staff that we met during our tour, they were happy to see us, and that meant a lot to us, especially dropping in without an appointment. What was important to us was Indigo offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. We love the Myrtle Beach area, and Indigo is at the top of our list in that area, our tour experience was excellent and we appreciated it.

The staff are wonderful! Very caring and respectful to the residents and the family members who visit. My parents were made welcome from the first day!

Indigo shows love and care above and beyond any other senior Care Center they pride their selves in the value of taking care of the elderly and assisting the elderly that are able to get around They greet you with a smile, and have a thorough background of knowledge to provide for considering a new home. I would recommend indigo over any other in all of Horry County so if you want quality care, a loving and kind spirit, call indigo.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Villas at Canterfield and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services meals and value for cost are also great. We've had no issues to this point. I would highly recommend The Villas at Canterfield to others.

They come through for us every day. They handle everything and have everything under control. I would recommend to others.

My father is currently a resident at Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet and his experience at this facility has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, meals, activities and value for cost are also great. I think that this facility is a great place. I would recommend Magnolia Bridge at Murrells Inlet to others as an option for Assisted Living for their loved one.

Question 2: it's not that the place is dirty it's that it's showing its age. Carpets are quite stained and walls pretty dinged up. All of this is normal wear and tear. I would recommend a more modern color pallet going into the future. Other places I saw were a little more tidy and new but villa provided more room square footage. Question 6: We are new to assisted living. My mom was in independent before for 4 years. She is used to more mind games and competition. She misses intellectual stimulation. She is quite unhappy there. She doesn't think she belongs there. Management helped me to understand that this is a normal reaction to age progression. I am very satisfied with the choice for my mom

My mom is currently a resident at Superior Residences of Panama City Beach and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The Chef is wonderful and my mom loves the food. They keep the place very clean and I love the staff. I would definitely recommend Superior Residences of Panama City Beach for others.
