They take great care of my parent for whom is not the easiest to care as I gave the care 24/7 for the past 18 months. Mgt interferes with caregivers end they seem to find ways to neutralize families with payment points

I like the staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and comfortable.

We have been generally pleased with them. The apartments are spacious and the staff has been easy to work with. They take good care of the residents and we would recommend it to anyone.

The care is very good and attentive, they are concerned for my loved one's wellbeing. My loved one's health is very strong. Good services from Sunflower Springs, the skilled nursing from Pinnacle and Doctor services from Blue Stone. The one thing that they improved upon is communication, which was initially spotty, but they have improved to a 5! My loved one participates in meals, such as breakfast and dinner. He has no complaints about the food. My loved on does not partake in snacks. My loved one is comfortable and safe at Sunflower Springs and it is living up to my expectations.

We love it here. I like the staff. They do a very good job, although they do have limited staff right now. Our cottage is perfect for us. There are no stairs - everything is all one floor. It has everything we need, and I like that it's new, although over time I've noticed that it looks like the contractor was in a hurry. But anything I tell them about, they take care of right away, which I appreciate.

I had the pleasure of visiting Carriage Hill Retirement in the past and it was a very pleasant experience. Residents were happy, well groomed, appeared to be well cared for and overall they seemed to enjoy living in the community.

It was a great place. The staff were very personable. From the administrator to the housekeeping, everyone was nice and very helpful. If any issues arose, they were handled. It was very clean without odors. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

We love everything about The Village at Southlake and based on our experience we would recommend them to other families!

Seagrass Village of Port Orange is a beautiful place. The staff members were all friendly and always super helpful.

My brother has been a resident at Village Veranda for 2.5 years. He has become friends with staff members as well as other residents. My brother has dementia, and as his illness causes his mental and physical decline, the familiarity of the facility and staff has been a comfort to him and his family. The building is lovely, easy to navigate and has a beautiful courtyard. The staff provides special events and activities weekly for residents.

My Mom has been at Harbison Shores for a while now and we're so impressed with the staff and the way they care for her. Whenever we need anything, they always seem to give it immediate attention. I have and will continue to recommend Harbison Shores to other families.

This facility is second to none in the way they treat their residents. They have so many fun activities and the "home" is decorated for each occasion to make residents feel at home and special. The sales director makes each family feel at ease and more confident that they will be happy if they choose to put a loved one here.

My loved one lives here in the Memory Care Community. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the care staff and management team are to my Aunt and my family. We are impressed with the cleanliness of the building and how they cater to the residents and their needs so patiently. We are happy with Harbison Shores and would recommend to anyone else looking for a special place to care for their loved one.

Harbison Shores is a beautiful facility. The staff are caring, well trained, compassionate, and good cheer. The setting has the comforts of home and it is a place I like to visit and I always feel welcome. The management team is very responsive and are quick to notify us if there are any issues or concerns that arise. You will not find a better place then Harbison Shores.

We were very pleased with a smooth transition closer to us from another community for Mom & Dad in the last couple months. The Care Partners are very attentive to their needs, noticing, commenting on, and seeking intervention for them within their first few days of arriving in sharp contrast to their prior facility taking almost 10 months to notice. This level of attention seems to translate into other areas of care as well. For this, we are Grateful.

Was drawn to this place while was being built. One the first thing I liked , was the design that [name removed] show us . Awesome and very inviting and warmth. My spouse was in UF with severe Covid-19 and I had it also. We realized that we had to make some decisions fast, I the first time I saw it ,I knew it will be my future home. I made the deposit and we are so excited about this new adventure… Really love the place!!

Thank you, A Place For Mom - your help placing her at Creekside was so very appreciated! We live out of state, and the staff at Creekside are great about communicating with us and working with my mother in law to meet her care needs.
