I recently visited Farrington Court to talk to [name removed] about the possibility of my mother moving into an apartment because she had a few friends that live there from the community where she lives right now in Renton. [name removed] talk through the entire day-to-day activities and he was very upfront about everything that goes on at Farrington Court and what’s included in the price of the rent and my mother and I were amazed of how wonderful this place could be for her to live. Of course everybody skeptical and there’s always hidden things but we could not find anything that is wrong with this place and could see the happy faces on many residence as we walked the hallways to go see one of the one bedroom apartments that was available. I will say from [name removed]and the entire staff including [name removed] the manager to the smallest job at that place of how comfortable and happy the staff and residents seem to be. So to put a long story tomorrow we are moving our mother in.

My mom is doing really well at The Palms. A great facility, room size and feel is great. Staff is great! This one is definitely a winner in the Peoria area!

My grandma has been living at The Montebello for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are warm, attentive, and truly care about the residents. The place is always clean, welcoming, and she’s made so many wonderful friends there. Most importantly, she feels safe, supported, and at home! We’re so grateful she found such a wonderful place!

Wonderful place! Staff are very friendly and helpful.. love all the activities that are offered to residents. The restaurant is amazing and offers so many options! The library is stocked full and the theatre with popcorn is great! What a fabulous place!

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and cleanliness. However, they could improve on the food assortment/selection could be improved. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

After two months with my father at Lakewood Reserve, I've been pleasantly surprised with his transition and acceptance to what has been an incredible lifestyle change. Whether it his him realizing his limitations and/or the limited options he has, I think Lakewood Reserve has been just what he needs and where he belongs. The facility and the amenities and staff have been great.

The entire staff is always smiling and eager to help. And the food is great. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for a place.

All of the staff and personnel ave excellent. They have a ton of activities and so varied.

Walking in I was greeted by two different residents who were leaving to walk their dogs. Knowing people can come and go when needed, and keep their beloved pets with them brought a smile to my face.

[name removed] is extremely knowledgeable and helped myself and my mother through a very difficult process of getting her signed up to be a resident. His help was greatly appreciated.

So I visited many assisted living places and did not like them, but Farrington Court really felt like a good home for my Mother. It's important to get a feel for these places because you can't trust just any place for your loved one. It's just like looking for care for your child, safety is number one. This place feels like a mini resort for the elderly minus the pool and palm trees. The staff is always smiling and the residents that I noticed seemed comfortable and content where they are living. It smelled nice, it was clean and the staff are very lively and loving. I'm glad I found this place for my Mom to call home.

I’ve only been here a couple days but I’m very happy about the nice people, welcoming atmosphere, good food, and comfortable accommodations. I appreciate the free parking and closed in park for my dog to run free. I also love that my dog was welcomed. I would not be here otherwise. I look forward to the activities and exercises when I’m settled in.

I would give them a 5 on every category. They are the most caring people I have ever seen. They try to help their residents in any way possible. Food is great! Rooms are a good size and the facility is spotless. My friend is very happy there and has recruited new residents to the facility. Highest recommendation possible!!!

The residents made my mom feel like she has been living there her whole life. The food was bland. Even after they hired a new chef. The wait staff were nice but over worked.

I'm really glad we chose this community. My mother has settled in very well. The residents are kind, and there's a strong sense of community. There are plenty of activities for her to enjoy, and I believe those have made the transition much easier. The staff are also extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. I would encourage anyone looking for a new living situation for themselves or a loved one to visit several places and, if possible, share a meal there. Thunderbird allowed us to do that, which gave us a good idea of the food quality. We also had the chance to meet with residents without staff present to get the "brass tacks," which was great.

The managers were really helpful and willing to answer all our questions. It was a perfect location close to Medical City where my husband has his doctors. My husband has found many new friends and he thinks, the chef is a good one!! So far, so good!!

The staff is friendly, caring and observant and attentive with the clients needs. The dining room is spacious and the food I am told by the client is very good. The bedroom is spacious and the restroom is large and easy to accommodate a wheelchair or a walker. I am very pleased with this facility.

We recently moved my mother-in-law into Broadway Proper Senior Living, and the experience has been wonderful from start to finish. The staff was so helpful, the community is beautiful, and there are so many great amenities. The social activities they plan are especially amazing — there’s always something fun going on! Most importantly, she’s very happy and thriving in her new home. Highly recommend Broadway Proper to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming senior living community. Huge thanks to the entire team for making her feel so at home!

The interview process was easy and informative. The staff is courteous, professional, and kind. In assisted living the resident wears a beeper around her neck or on her wrist. They respond to this alert in less than five minutes. My mother had a terrible fall in the wee hours of the morning and required five staples in the side of her head. They called me immediately and I met her at the hospital. Could not ask for better care. The only negative is they must have a smaller staff on Sunday because Mother does not get to choose her meal and it is delivered to her room.
